She

She had always hated violence. Life had forced her to learn to defend herself, but she had never used her force to cause trouble. Growing up she had always been that once silent, serious girl, with no smile on her face. She had become strong but had never encountered any children without being hit first.

She still hated violence, guns, men who see women as slaves to their pleasures, filthy men who enjoy to rape womens.

She had always been disgusted by such things, and perhaps life had taught her in this way not to trust anyone in this world. Because everyone destroys everything for their own interests. The sound of gunfire had already become a melody to her ears. Was she afraid to die? !

No, she had been seeking death for a long time. She had always known that just to leave her country, she would not be able to hide her past and memories. No matter how much time passed, she would always remember what she had experienced in that house and after being removed from it. The way she had grown up. Or rather the way they had forced her to grow up. Because yes, those people had stolen her childhood and her innocence.

As she was lost in thought, appearing before her all her previous life, she had not seen Louis come out. It seemed as if he had managed to save the girls from there, and was calling his men. In his face it was clear how worried he was. Maybe something had happened ?! Any of the girls?!

She was also afraid to go to him and ask. What if the answer she would hear , she would not like, what if she could not afford to hear the truth. There was so much fear.

Meanwhile Louis was talking to the other cops and telling them where Marko had left with one of his men. He had not managed to catch the filth. He was asking all the men to disperse and ask. They should not have gone too far.

- You are bleeding -he heard a voice behind him as he was trying to calm down.

Only then did he return to see a wound to his right arm bleeding .

- It is nothing, just superficial.

- Are you fine ? You look very worried - Ria finally decided to ask.

- I am fine .Do you really want to know or just asking ? - he asked her looking into her eyes .

When he received no response from her, he spoke again :

- I do not believe you really want to hear if I'm fine or not? The girls are inside, they are all fine - he replied, knowing the real reason she was worried. The real reason she had decided to come to this operation.

When she turned her head towards the entrance, she saw the girls coming out accompanied by two policemen. Her eyes automatically filled with tears, and she ran towards them. She hugged each of them as if she had not seen them for years, as if they were actually her daughters. She loved these children with every cell of her body.

She wanted to protect them from the world, from the evils that lurked outside. She had cared for them for years, they had almost grown into her hands. She could have been a caregiver at the orphanage, but for these children she was a mother. A mother they had never had, a mother they had chosen for themselves.

She had stood over their heads when they were sick, when they could not sleep it was Ria who had told h the story of the princess who had decided to save herself. She had always been there, near them.

As she rarely hugged them and checked to see if they were hurt, Louis was looking at this strange woman.

She was not their mother but behaved like one. She treated these children so kindly, so protective.
