I was left alone in the hospital room, with the 'gift' the general gave me , I opened up the box and saw a ring.

The ring was black in colour, and looked worn out. I immediately knew what the ring was as both Quinn and kale both have similar rings although thiers looked newer and more expensive but never the less they where the same thing.

It was an AI ring, AI rings are like personal companions. While the more advance ones could speak and hold conversations with thier owners. What made AI rings special was the fact that they could store stuffs, and can also be used as a mini bank.

Star coin is actually an e-currency , in this day and age only ancient cavemen like me actually carry it in a sack and hang it over our backs, like we where farmers.

Once I saw the AI ring , My anger was quelled a little but thankfully it was, because I saw an alarm clock on the table beside my bed. The clock read (MONDAY ; 9:30 ).Once I saw the time I jumped up from the bed I slept on and ran out the room.

The graduation ceremony starts at 8:00 and ends at 10:00. I am already an hour late for my graduation ceremony. I had to run to school because I didn't have any 'solid' star coins slung around my back, and I haven't setup the AI ring.

After about 20 minutes of running I finally reached the school, But I couldn't rest yet because I had to get to the hall where the ceremony is being held. As I ran towards the hall, I could see a lot of parents walking towards the school gates with thier children.

I hoped with all my might that the ceremony won't be done, and thankfully when I entered the hall, I could see a group of teacher's standing up from the podium Infront of the hall.

I ran towards the teachers and when I reached Infront of them, They all wore a surprised look on thier faces.

I was walking towards the hideout of the Blood Samurais, and I was collecting my thoughts. Apparently everyone expected me not to attend the ceremony for some reason, but what shocked me the most was that the top 3 students will get a seeded spot in the Oakland University.

Oakland university is the number 1 university, It is situated in the capital of glory empire, and it is the same school that the royals attend, although Getting a seeded spot doesn't necessarily mean you will enter the University, Because a seeded spot means you will be personally sponsored by the University, that is if you pass the entrance exams.

I was lost in thought and didn't notice when I reached the top of the mountain. As I reached the top I saw the Dojo like house that i spent the last 3 years of my life in . I approached the building but my legs where shacking making it hard to walk. As I reached the front of the building my legs immediately gave up and my eyes started to tear up

I looked around the mountain and seeing there was no one was around, I shouted at the top of my lungs and started crying. I cried till I felt that no sound could be produced from my mouth again. And the suddenly

BOOOM

CRUMBLE.

There was a large explosion and the dojo house sank into the mountain.And from the hole created by the sunken dojo, An immense head was being generated. My curiosity peaked and got the better of me, causing me to walk towards the hole.

When I was about 2 steps away from the hole, I could see multiple strange runes around the hole, when I saw these runes my eyes lit up. This was an ancient ruin, and if I am lucky I might be able to find something to make me no longer an invalid.

My long lost dream of becoming a gene master was buried deep in my heart once I learnt I was an invalid, but now I might have a chance to get stronger and take revenge for the blood samurais.

I jumped down the '6 feet' hole and I landed with a thud. The inside of the ancient ruins was dark and the only source of light was a single torch which flames where blue, I was surprised to see the blue flame torch but I quickly assimilated it to be something related to the ancient ruin.

I quickly picked the torch and tried to navigate my way around the ruin but to my dismay the torch didn't produce much light, I would've used the torch in my phone but electronics couldn't work in ancient ruins.

I wondered aimlessly for about 30 minutes before I finally reached a giant door, on the door I put my hand on the door and I felt an Intricate design. I traced my fingers around the design but it seemed to be a writing but it didn't seem to be english.

As soon as I finished tracing my hands over the design, the huge doors started to open. Once the doors opened , a small room was brought into view.

There were rows of pillars on both sides of the room, Beside the pillars where two little lakes each with lily pads. The room had a weird black glow that seemed to get stronger closer to the front of the room.

At the front of the room was a figure wrapped in white clothes, the figure had long and luxurious white hair. But the most outstanding feature of this figure was that it was bound with hundreds of chain and was impaled with tons of spikes.

Curious, I walked towards the figure and when I was directly Infront of the figure, I raised my finger and poked it's cheek, half expecting my hand to sink into the body which was partly decayed.

But to my surprise the moment I touched it's cheek, The figures already decayed skin started to patch its self up. Seeing this my heart immediately jumped, and started beating fast.

I immediately tried to pull my hand away from its face when an arm suddenly grabbed me. And staring at me where a pair of eyes as deep as the galaxy.

Staring at the pair of eyes, I felt a very strong force pulling me towards the body and then I suddenly I appeared in a pitch black room.

The room was pitch black and had multiple shining star like objects. Suddenly a powerful voice echoed throughout the room causing the room the shake. The voice said

"DO YOU WANT POWER,.....WELL ITS NOT LIKE YOU CAN REFUSE UFUFUFU"

The voice echoed in my head multiple time, *If only the voice of a person was powerful enough to make this room shake, how powerful was the person behind the voice* I thought.

The thought of power started filling my head and subconsciously my mind started to recall past events ; the time I got kicked out of the military apartment.

The time i met James and his gang.

The time I lost James and Bruno.

After recalling all those events my eyes already started to tear up, and it was at this moment that the figure spoke up again in an irritated voice

"IS IT CRYING?, *SIGH* AFTER BEING SEALED HERE FOR A HUNDRED THOUSAND YEARS, IM FINALLY FREE AND MY SUCCESSOR IS THAT?"

"BUT I GUESS WITH MY GUIDANCE IT COULD BECOME LESS OF AN ANT AND MORE OF A BUG AND IF IT'S LUCKY IT COULD VECOMA A RODENT"

before I could feel angry I felt a burning sensation in my stomach. It was as if my stomach was dipped in lava and was being torn by the teeth's of a giant creature.

I gnashed my teeths together trying my best to not scream in hopes of not further annoying the being, uncase annoying him may cause him to no longer give me POWER.

I gnashed my teeth so hard causing my gums to bleed . After about 5 minutes of excrutiating pain my mind began to feel blury and my conscienceness began to fade away into oblivion.

I woke up Infront of the hole leading to the ancient ruins, At first I thought that all that happened was just simply a dream, but the dried blood on my teeth and an ache I felt in every single part of my body.

Remembering what happened I hoped with all my heart that I wasn't actually cheated by that being. Yeah.... while will a being as powerful as that trick me,... He possibly couldn't gain anything from tricking me. Except he is a sadistic and powerful being who see humans as nothing but a source of entertainment. What are the chances that that being is a sadist, probably zero ....right?
