Curled up on the poof chair, I did my homework while cuddling Vulpix. "Gem, can you hand me the pillow?" I asked.
Gem rolled her eyes. "Espeon."
I raised a eyebrow. "What? Uh, use telepathy." I muttered, quieter.
I'm not using physic for you. Gem stared at me.
"Yeah well don't tell me you don't when I'm asleep." I grumbled.
Gem smirked a bit. Bored, aren't we?
What was up with Gem? She didn't usually behave like this. "Uh, you okay?" I asked.
Vulpix! Gem must've added Vulpix to the channel.
"Vul?" Vulpix looked up.
"Gem, what are you-" I began.
A swirling bright light surrounded us, and faded just as quick.
Vulpix and I shrieked as we fell onto something hard.
Gem walked up and nuzzled my hand. You okay?
After a few moments, my eyes adjusted to the light. "Gem, what did you do? Where are we?" For all I knew, I was in the johnto region.
A nearby forest. Full of pokemon. Gem replied. You didn't know I know teleport?
"Forest? Full of wild pokemon?" I rasped, panic filling my chest. Suddenly aware I was only wearing a long sleeved shirt and leggings, I began to shiver. "Gem, why did you do this? I'll be grounded!"
The shiny espeon looked up at me, confused. "Espeon?"
"UMBREON!"
I held Vulpix closer to my chest, shaking. "What's that?"
A wild Umbreon appeared, and nuzzled Gem.
"Espeon!" Gem nuzzled back.
I yanked her back with my left hand, shaking. "Gem, take us home."
Instead of listening, Gem walked back up to the Umbreon, and looked up at me. This is Azure's father. I've gone here when you're asleep. We have more eggs, but Umbreon watches them.
"Oh I'm so dead." I whined, bending down. "Bring the eggs, and I promise to keep them safe. If you prefer I catch you too, I'll catch you." I set Vulpix down and looked at the Umbreon.
He looked at Espeon, and seemed to be having a conversation silently. Gem giggled a bit, and nodded.
"Umbreon." The Umbreon nodded, and his eyes glowed as several eggs floated over.
Gem used teleport, and we appeared in my room.
"Izzy, where are you?" Mom yelled from the living room.
I sweatdropped. "My bedroom!"
There was a pause, and mom shouted back. "OKAY!"
