Once Isaac blew out the candles, a strange phenomenon begins to occur in the bakery. The blown out flames begins to swirl and then merge together around one of the sword candles. The flames begins to combine within the candle and a small but bright flame sword appears before Isaac. It lasts for about ten seconds before everything returns to normal. Everyone in the room is stunned, but then everybody besides Ava begins to clap extremely loud and Isabella runs over to Isaac and hugs him while repeating how proud she is.
"Um...WHAT IN THE WORLD JUST HAPPENED!?" Isaac thought in his mind. "Surely a FLAME SWORD ISN'T SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF RIGHT!?". Isaac feels like his head is spinning too fast for his thoughts, but Isabella finally stops hugging Isaac and explains to him about what just occurred.
"Isaac, you must have been born under a lucky star when I had you, you have a talent for magic". Isabella states, and then continues by explaining the event with the flames and the sword. "When a child has a talent of rmagic, the elements will begin to show you somehow what talent of magic you have, so basically you have a talent with magic related to weapons I suppose, I'm not so knowledgeable myself, but I'll take you to the town's librarian who happens to be our only mage, and she should be able to explain it better than I can".
"Hmmm...well step one of one of my objectives in this world is approaching soon, so I have a talent with magic? I guess that means not everyone has a talent with magic, that's good to know. But I don't think I can reach my full potential by staying in this village, eventually I'll need to travel, I should learn survival skills in the next couple of months from the hunters of the town". Isaac thinks in his head as multiple plans begin to form.
"Does this mean that I can become stronger mom?" Isaac asks with childlike innocence to cover up the seriousness of his face.
"Of course my little warrior, magic can make you very strong, and then you'll be able to take on those wolves outside of the town with no problem if you get strong enough". She smiles at him and giggles. In her mind Isabella thinks to herself, "Always with getting stronger this one, he reminds me of his father, a rare streak of sadness flashes past her eyes but she quickly shakes those feelings off.
Isabella walks over to a table with a knife and begins to cut Isaac's strawberry cake, and puts a slice of the cake on a plate for him, then she begins to cater to the rest of the guests. As Isaac is talking with Ava about what they think his magic power is, Ava's father, Mr. Tross, walks over with a gift in his hand.
"Hello there Isaac, I heard about you discovering your talent for magic earlier, wish I could have been here earlier to see it, but I have something pretty good for you, when I thought about how your mother described you". Mr Tross hands the gift over. Isaac begins to hold the gift in his hands, and is suprised by the weight of the gift he has received, he then looks up at Mr Tross.
"Well don't just stare at me boy, open it up". Mr Tross replies squarely when he sees Isaac hasn't opening his gift.
"Ok Mr. Tross". Isaac replies and then proceeds to open his gift. Isaac sees a set of black colored clothing: a shirt, pants, arm bands, and boots.
"Is this what I think it is"!? Isaac stares deeply at the clothing and shudders a bit at what he thinks it could most likely be.
"Yes Isaac, it is indeed weighted clothing, I heard how you liked to train your body even from such a young age, so I made these clothes for you that when worn all together, weight exactly 50 pounds. 20 for the shirt, 10 for the pants, 5 for each boot, and 5 for each arm band. It's also pretty durable so it can take quite the beating for sometime. If you ever want to repair the clothing or just increase the weight, come to my smith and make an order, and I'll get to it when I can". Mr Tross finishes explaining about his gift to Isaac
"Thank you so much Mr. Tross! I will definitely put this gift to good use. Isaac replies ine excitement to Mr. Tross
"I also have to thank you for helping my daughter".
"Helping your daughter"? Isaac replies in a confused tone, "What did I help her with"?
"You helped her find her first friend and be less shy". Mr. Tross replies back with a smile.
Ava hides her face as she realizes her father is right, but then shakes her head up and down realizing he is right.
"I suppose though not many things will change". Isaac giggles as Ava hides behind her father embarrassed, showing a familiar scene of what happened earlier today when Isaac first knocked on Mr. Tross' smithey's front door.
