The Legacy System

The weirdest part about the whole issue was that the boat staff didn't really insist on their goal and work. Well, they did put some resistance, but it was nowhere close to being violent.

A boat full of people that were being taken away could even be thought of as a human trafficking case, just following the wishes of its passengers.

This was certainly something mind-boggling, especially for the people that were desperate to find something wrong with those boats.

Of course, the situation became even weirder upon noticing that only one out of 5 boats was returning back, as the other 4 seemed to have stopped in different locations in the sea.

Still, there seemed to be nothing making contact with them, and they looked like they were ready to turn around anytime.

It was extremely incomprehensible, but there was nothing they could do but wait for information from their spies and infiltrators, as waited for their opportunity.
