5. True Colours

Steve POV:

I walked up to her, it was really Anna. Too surprised, I said Hi! Anna ( in a cold voice, hiding my excitement 😅).

She looked at me shocked then with a relieved expression she said Hi! Steve. She looked so cute in the school uniform 😍.

I know she was beautiful to begin with but seeing her in the school uniform, my heart beats faster than ever🥰.

I don't know what to say to her so like a fool I asked her, What are you doing here and why are you wearing our school uniform?

After saying that I felt so stupid for asking questions with such an obvious answer😂. But Anna replied me simply and not mocking me for my question.

Ah! Me, Steve, you remember right? I told you my parents enrolled me in a school. She said, you know what, I was really surprised when I saw you too this morning. We are in the same school, aren't you happy? ( Her eyes bleaming with happiness 🤩).

I said, Um, kind of. And the next question given to me really hit me hard.

She asked, Steve, the students called you cold prince, are you really cold to everyone here in school? ( She asked me with such an amused expression).

I can't believe she has the guts to ask me that. Of course since it's Anna she has the guts to ask me that.😏

I was mad why everything is going so wrong today. I woke up late and was nearly late for school, my whole body ached, boring classes and now Anna, I was pissed off by her question😩.

So I said, Ah! That reminds me, let's pretend we don't know each other here in school. It will be annoying if the others came to know of it. I don't want you to be bothered because of me. It's not because I hate you. I hope you understand Anna, I said.

When I finished my words, Anna looked at me surprised by my words and then her face lit with anger.

Anna POV:

What does he mean, pretend not to know each other, what a joke. Who does he think he is, jerk, bastard. He is finally showing his true colours 😠.

He dare to say that pretending not to know each other is for my sake. I can't believe what I just heard 🙄. Does he think that I am going to cling onto him like a child. As if that's going to happen😒.

Then, I look at him directly in the eyes and said, Fine, if that's what you want, it's not like I want other people to know that we are friends. I don't want to have a friend who has a nickname cold prince either, understand? 😂.

Then, I stormed out of the library. He thinks too highly of himself. What an arrogant, egoistic, self-centered boy! I swear I'll never gonna talk to him ever again ( humph 😤).

Then, I went to my classroom. The class started soon after which was not getting into my head. His words filled up my head. I was still so angry😡.

After school was over, my father came to pick me up, then he dropped me at our house and went back to work.

After what happened today, I made up my mind not to talk to Steve unless he beg me for forgiveness. I need to teach him a lesson for his rude behaviour.

How dare he to me ( smirk😏).
