Drone

"Morning beautiful." Lexa says as I wake up beside her. "Tired?" She asks as I yawn. "Yep. You sure kept us up late last night." I say as I wink at her. She blushes and kisses me softly. "I love you Clarke." I smile brightly at her words. "I love you too Lexa." I reply. The tent of the curtains flap open, and Octavia walks in. "We're leaving." She says. "Jesus Octavia! Good thing the blankets are over us. Ever heard of knocking?" I say. "How could I knock? It's a tent." She says as she smiles and laughs. "I'll give you a warning that I'm coming in next time." She says, as she walks out.

The rover is back after about 6 hours. "We found a route, and watched over the camp." Octavia says. "They have a lot of people, but we have more. It looks like they have more guns though." She says. "How long did it take to get there?" I ask. "Double the time it would take through the desert, so the walk would be two days long." She replies. "Alright. We can set up tents somewhere overnight so we're not tired for the next day if we really have to go to war. We need to pack a lot of food then too." I say. Octavia nods, and everyone starts getting ready to head out tomorrow. Raven makes gunpowder, Octavia and Indra make swords and knifes, while Lexa and I tell everyone the plan. If we all fight if we have too, we can win this war. I just hope that Madi and Lexa will be fine. I can't imagine losing either one of them.

Something flys over our heads, and I hear the sound of it first. "It's a drone." I say, and Lexa hears me. "Whats a drone?" She asks. "It flys around and takes pictures of videos. That means it can see us right now. It probably came from the others camp. "Shoot it!" I yell to a guard. He knocks it out of the sky in his second shot. "Now they know we have more people, and probably that they're planning to attack." The guard says. "Should we still head out tomorrow?" Lexa asks me worriedly. "Yes. We can't give them even more time to get ready." I say.

When night falls, Lexa leads me to a part of the camp with a campfire and logs. "Madi's in her tent sleeping." She tells me. "I love you." She says, before she gives me a kiss. She breaks it, and looks into my eyes. "I love you too." I reply. She smiles, and we kiss again.
