AHTM: Chapter One

" Now now now Ana...don't be upset with me for bringing you here-" Her Aunt Marina spoke with a sadistic smile on her face "Don't give me that bullshit-" Ana was interrupted but the slap that was swung across her face "Behave you little bitch!" Marina told her

"If it wasn't for you're stupid ass father, Damien would already be out of prison-" she was soon interrupted when the metal door swung open " What the fuck do you think you're doing with my child Marina?" a voice said

Ana turned over to see her mother, her fiery autumn hair and silver eyes matching her own- the tone in her voice was strong for fae, but she wasn't weak either, her political power was beyond extraordinary- Olivia King, was indeed the Fae Queen, she didn't really want the title but her sister wasn't fit for the throne either

"Oh- Hi Olivia, Darling how are you?" Marina asked nervously, Olivia only shook her head in disappointment "Oh don't give me that look..you know i hate that look." soon a sharp object had sliced through the woman- " That's for fucking with my kid- and this is for what you did to mama and pop's!" she said slicing her head off clean..Ana watched amazed by the sight of her mother's power- she was truly what the humans storybook said "Fae were possibly the most power supernatural species, they just hid it well."

"Honey I am so sorry for taking so long...you're father just...he.." Olivia tried explaining the lateness and Ana understood..

"It's okay mom.. i know- he just doesn't favor me like he does with danielle.." she finished with a sad smile upon her face, she slipped off the now loose ropes and walked out of the building, not only with rope burns, and whip scars but with a more broken heart than she had when she first arrived month's ago

Ana knew her father, not by is title but his name, Vaughn Michaels didn't favor the tribrid child his wife gave birth to- he absolutely despised the child but nonetheless Ana still loved him...no matter how much he hated her- she did all she could to get the love and respect from the man, whom she thought was to be her father

"Vaughn doesn't approve of me, i know..please don't refer to him as my father.." Ana told her mother, as her mother heard those words she nodded her head and complied with the simple request her daughter asked for, "If it means anything, you're Uncle Ben, was the first to go looking for you when you disappeared..." Uncle Ben, Bennett Michaels was Vaughn's Younger brother, he was more like a father to Ana than Vaughn ever was to her, he was her savior, the real reason she loved reading and training so much, " i wonder how him and vivian are?.." she thought to herself

"How about we pack your things and bring you to uncle ben's instead? I think him and you're aunt viv would be excited to see you.." her mom suggested, the light in her eyes finally shown through- "Can I just move in with them?" Ana asked almost under her breath..Olivia became pale but said "If that's what you want.." she soon brought out her phone and called whom Ana assumed was Uncle Ben..

"Hey Bennett, yeah it's Olivia..I have Ana here with me..No Marina had her...No Vaughn didn't come with me..I understand..We will be there soon.." she finally ended the call but her once smile now faded.. "What's wrong mom?" Ana asked..her mom looked over at her and her mom just smiled once more.. "Nothing.."

She drove on and on, finally reaching Bennett's Home.. the warm scent of pine and cinnamon mixed together.. she almost couldn't bare to move from her vehicle..but got out of the vehicle with Ana, Bennett opened the front door with open arms to the little girl running toward him.. "How's my favorite girl doing?" He asked Ana "I'm doing better now." she said with a big smile on her face, the strange connection she had with her uncle confused her, but she loved the fatherly figure he'd become to her.
