AHTM: Chapter One (Pt.2)

"Olivia, A moment please." Vivian said to her, directing her eyes the other way, gesturing she'd like to talk alone. "Mama will be with Aunt Vivian for a moment honey" Olivia said to Ana, as the women walked away, Bennett brought Ana inside " How's Vaughn?" he asked.. "He's grumpy...as always.." Ana responded sourly, she hated talking about her piece of work dad, Bennett only nodded towards her response, As Vivian and Olivia came back into the room a slight tension could be sensed by the child

"Is something wrong Auntie? Mom?" she asked but the women only smiled and shook their heads in synchronized movements, Ana knew something was off with them but decided to ignore it, as the day was coming to an end, she could hear her Uncle Ben & her Mom talking from the other side of the door in his office

"When are you gonna tell Ana? Why did you have to keep this secret from her?" Bennett asked Olivia..

"She's just not old enough to know yet Bennett.." a growl came from his mouth "I told you not to call me that.." a chuckle left her mother's mouth..

"Still can't handle being called Bennett by me...I am still surprised you wanted to keep the bond between us" "Besides keeping our bond..Have you seen how Ana act's when I bring up Vaughn?" Bennett began to say.. "Bennett I know...she's become depressed.." Bennett growled at the thought of his favorite girl being depressed and not feeling good about herself

Ana made her presence known by opening the door "What's wrong Uncle Ben?" she asked him, he looked at her "Nothing's wrong..go back to your room, i will read you a story when your mother leaves" she nodded, said her goodbyes and left the room

"Bennett...please take care of our girl.." Olivia told him, he looked shocked at Olivia's words but nodded, "She is my little princess..of course I will take care of her.." he hugged her and than she took her leave

" I promise you " he whispered as she left the property

As time went on, Ana saw less of her mom each month, there would be times she didn't see her at all...until Ben had given Ana the worse news yet..

" Ana we need to talk, can you come to my office of the first hall please." He asked her quietly through the mindlink, she replied with a "yes sir" and walked down to the first hall office, she knew only bad news came out of that office and a gut wrenching feeling started to overwhelm the girl

As she arrived to the office, she knocked and awaited the response a quick "Come in" was said and she walked in and she had noticed her uncle ben was acting strangely

"What's wrong Uncle Ben?" she asked him, he bit down on his tongue and said "Can you sit down, this information may be hard to process.." she sat on the chair in front of him, he let out a long dry sigh and gulped hard

"Ana..your mom was recently hospitalized.." as soon as the words left his mouth tear began to roll down her face "she was attacked by vaughn and his mistress.." the sad then became overwhelmed by anger, the once silver eyes that Ana held..became blood red..fangs began to grow and the claws of a werewolf began to grow on her nails

Ben realized this crucial information was making Ana turn sooner and before he knew it she broke the window and jumped out-
