The new Doctor is suffering, "Argh. What's happening? I wonder if we'll get back. Yes, one day. Argh. I've reversed the polarity of the neutron flow."
"The First Doctor. And the Third Doctor." Jared said, sadly.
Jared clutched his head in pain.
"The Flesh is struggling to cope with our past regenerations. Hold on." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Would you like a jelly baby?" The 4th Doctor asked, nearby.
"The Fourth Doctor?" Jared asked, looking up.
"Why? Why? Why?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"Why what?" The Doctor asked.
"Hello. I'm the Doctor. No, let it go, we've moved on."
"From what? Rose? Martha? Donna?" Jared asked, leaning against the TARDIS console.
Jared clutched his head in pain again.
"Hold on, hold on, you can stabilise." The Doctor said, on screen.
"I've reversed the jelly baby of the neutron flow. Would you like a Doctor, Doctor, I'm, I'm the. I can't." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"No, listen, hold on. Hold on."
"No! Argh."
The other Gangers are trying to batter their way in.
"And they're gone." Jared said, sitting on the stairs in the TARDIS.
Then it all goes quiet.
"What's up with you jinxing us today?" Sayaka asked, on screen.
"I think I liked it when they gave me some discord." Nagisa said, on screen.
"Mmm hmm. Doctor, we need you. Get over here." Amy said, on screen.
"Hello." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"Doctor."
"Cybermats." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Do we have time for this?" G-Doctor asked.
"We make time. I'd like more proof that you're me. Cybermats."
"Created by the Cybermen. They kill by feeding off brainwaves."
"Do you have anything like big guns?" Sayaka asked, on screen.
"Yeah, big guns would be good right now." Buzzer said, on screen.
���Why would we have guns? We're a factory. We mine." Jimmy said, on screen.
"Acid." Amy said, on screen.
"A hammer and a shield would really come in handy right now!" Sayaka said, on screen.
The door starts to dissolve and the Gangers recommence their battering.
"Rory, Amy, Madoka, Sayaka, and Nagisa, they may not trust both of us." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"How much longer is this adventure? It is really long." Sayaka said, telepathically.
"Jared, is your end good?" Madoka asked, telepathically.
"Besides me being trapped inside the TARDIS." Jared said, telepathically. "I'm good."
"What do you mean trapped?" Nagisa asked, telepathically. "Can't you just fly her?"
"Forgot how to."
"How can you forget how to fly the TARDIS?" Sayaka asked, telepathically.
"I have!"
"I know." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"Doctor, come on." Sayaka said, on screen.
"So, what now, Doctor?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"Well, time to get cracking, Doctor." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Hello. Sorry, but we had to establish a few ground rules." The two Doctors said, at the same time.
"Formulate a protocol." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Protocol? Very posh." G-Doctor said, on screen.
A protocol between us. Otherwise…"
"It gets horribly embarrassing."
"And potentially confusing."
"I'm glad you've solved the problem of confusing." Amy said, on screen.
"That's sarcasm." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"She's very good at sarcasm." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Amy, breathe." The two Doctors said, at the same time.
"What?" Amy asked, on screen.
"And Jared, don't overthink things. Or remember too much."
"What?" Jared asked, sitting on the TARDIS steps.
"We have to get you off this island. And the Gangers too." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Sorry, would you like a memo from the last meeting? They are trying to kill us!" Cleaves said, on screen.
"They're scared." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Doctor, we're trapped in here." Sayaka said, on screen.
"Right, See, I don't think so. The Flesh Bowl is fed by cabling from above." The Doctor said, on screen.
"But where are the earthing conduits?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"All this piping must go down into a tunnel or a shaft or something, yes? With us?" The Doctor asked, as he finds a grating in the wall. "Yowza. An escape route."
"Yowza?" Amy asked, on screen.
"Is that even a real word?" Sayaka asked, on screen.
"It is." Nagisa said, on screen. "Unfortunately."
"What does it mean?" Jared asked, standing up from sitting on the TARDIS steps.
"It's used to exclaim excitement…"
"You know, I'm starting to get a sense of just how impressive it is to hang out with me." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Do we tend to say yowza?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"That's enough, let it go, okay? We're under stress."
When the armoured Gangers break in, the Doctor is sonicking the grating shut again. The two Cleaves stare at each other briefly.
Monastery / TARDIS...
"Stop. Stop. Stop, stop." G-Jennifer said, on screen.
Rory and Madoka watch her go.
"Jennifer." Madoka said, on screen.
Corridor / TARDIS…
"The army will send a recon team out." Buzzer said, on screen.
"We need to find a way to contact the mainland." Cleaves said, on screen.
"What about Rory, Jen, and Madoka? They are out there." Sayaka said, on screen.
"This place is like a Witch's labyrinth." Nagisa said, on screen. "We could use magic but there's a slim chance that Rory and Madoka split up. Do you have a computer map?"
"If we can get power running, we can scan for them. Be a lot quicker." Cleaves said, on screen.
They start coughing.
"Doctor, you said earlier to breathe." Amy said, on screen.
"Very important, Pond. Breathe." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Yeah, well, I'm struggling to."
"And Doctor, you said for me to not overthink things." Jared said, telepathically. "And for me to not remember things."
Jared is leaning against the TARDIS console.
"Very important, Jared. Don't overthink or remember." The Doctor said, on screen.
"I'm trying not to." Jared said, sadly.
"Acid interacting with the stone."
"It's creating an asphyxiant miasma." Nagisa said, on screen.
"A what?" Cleaves asked, on screen.
"It's choking gas."
"Extra heavy. If we can get above it." The Doctor said, on screen.
"The evac tower. It's this way." Cleaves said, on screen.
S.O.N.G headquarters/ Kirito and Asuna's home…
"Yui, got anything?" Elfnein asked.
Elfnein is in the control room of S.O.N.G headquarters with the image of Yui in the log cabin in Floor 22 of New Aincrad.
"In terms of technology, it's like a base of the STL and the copies seen in Endless Mirrors." Yui said, looking at Elfnein. "The Gangers."
"Where is Jared's physical self?" Elfnein asked.
"The TARDIS gave me access to her databases. Jared has been having breakdowns."
"Breakdowns?"
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"Oh. I think I coughed so hard, I pulled a muscle or something. It's okay, it's better. It's easing off." Amy said, on screen.
"Man, I hate not knowing what will happen here." Jared said, sadly. "This adventure feels wrong. And off. But why?"
The church bell starts ringing.
"It's midnight. It's Adam's birthday. My son's five. Happy birthday, bud." Jimmy said, on screen.
S.O.N.G headquarters/ Kirito and Asuna's home…
"Yeah, breakdowns." Yui said, looking at a monitor. "Whenever he has this, he gets all upset. And scared."
"Blake called a while back." Elfnein said, looking at Yui. "Apparently Jared had an outburst over something. He must have seen something."
"Seen what? What do you mean?"
"I don't know. But he really hasn't been himself. He has been distant to everyone."
"He saved Sinon awhile back. But is that a part of it?"
"It might be his will to save someone."
"His will?" Yui asked.
"Yeah. He has been fighting. But for what?" Elfnein asked.
"Do you think it had to do with what he has been seeing? In his head."
"Possibly. But we don't know for sure."
"We need to analyze this data more."
"Yeah."
Elfnein and Yui are looking at the monitors so they can track Jared's brain patterns and where he could possibly be.
Evac tower / TARDIS…
The two Doctors keep bobbing up and down behind the console.
"Great, talk about a show." Sayaka said, on screen.
"Maybe the Ganger is on the left. And my Doctor is on the right." Jared said, leaning against the TARDIS console.
"Is it possible to get power back?" Nagisa asked, on screen.
"Oh, there's always some power floating around." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"Sticking to the wires, like bits of lint." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Can you stop finishing each other's…" Amy said, on screen.
"Sentences? No probs…."
"Yes." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"No, hang on. You said that the Tardis was stuck in acid, so won't she be damaged?" Amy asked, on screen.
"Nah, she's a tough old thing. Tough, old, sexy." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Tough, dependable, sexy." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"Well, how can you both be real?" Sayaka asked, on screen.
"Well, because we are. I'm the Doctor."
"Yeah and so am I. We both contain the knowledge of over nine hundred years of memory and experience." The Doctor said, on screen. ""We both wear the same bow tie, which is cool."
"Because bow ties are…" G-Doctor said, on screen.
"And always will be."
"But how did the Flesh read you? Because you weren't linked up to it." Nagisa said, on screen.
"Well, it must've been after I examined it. Thus, a new, genuine Doctor was created." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Ta-da." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"No getting away from it. One of you was here first." Amy said, on screen.
"Well, okay. After the Flesh scanned me, I had an accident with a puddle of acid. Now, new shoes. A situation which did not confront me learned self here." The Doctor said, on screen.
"That satisfy you, Pond?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"Don't call me Pond, please. What?" Amy asked, on screen.
"Interesting. You definitely feel more affection for him than me."
"No, no, I. Look, you're fine and everything, but he's the Doctor. No offence. Being almost the Doctor is pretty damn impressive."
"Being almost the Doctor's like being no Doctor at all."
"Don't overreact."
"You might as well call me Smith."
"Smith?"
"John Smith."
"Yes! Communication a go-go." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Guys, I'm getting bored over here." Jared said, frowning. "Why is this adventure so slow?"
Jared is sitting on the TARDIS steps, his head in his face. Cleaves rushes to the console in the evac tower.
"Find Rory and Madoka! Show me the scanning tracking screen. Come on, Rory, Madoka, let's be having you." Amy said, on screen.
"There's no sign of them anywhere." Cleaves said, on screen.
"Come on. Come on, baby, show yourself and Madoka."
S.O.N.G headquarters/ Kirito and Asuna's home…
Yui loaded up a screen and it has three versions of Jared across various points in the multiverse.
"There's three versions of Jared. One of them is asleep. He is with Team RWBY, Qrow, Oscar, and an old woman. They're on their way to Argus." Yui said, studying the screen.
"And the other. Well, it's the one that's with the Doctor, right now. The one that's in the TARDIS watching the adventure with the Gangers." Elfnein said, sadly. "But where's the original? The one we know."
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"Saint John's calling. Emergency Alpha." Cleaves said, on screen.
Monitoring station...
"Let's see if we can intercept." G-Cleaves said.
"Saint John's calling the mainland. Are you receiving me, Captain? Come in." Cleaves said, over a speaker.
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"We'll never get a signal through this storm. Saint John's calling the mainland. Come in, this is urgent." Cleaves said, on screen.
"We're just about reading you, Saint John's. How are you doing? We've had all kinds of trouble here." Captain said, over a speaker.
Monitoring station…
"Request immediate evacuation. We're under attack. The storm's affected our Gangers." Cleaves said, over the speaker.
Evac tower/ TARDIS…
"They're running amok." Cleaves said, on screen.
"Your Gangers?" The captain asked, over the speaker.
"Yes, our Gangers are attacking us. We need you to take us off the island immediately and wipe them out."
Monitoring station…
"Copy that, Saint John's. Shuttle's despatched. Hang on." The captain said, over the speaker.
Evac tower / TARDIS...
"You'll need to airlift us off the roof of the evac tower." Cleaves said, on screen.
Monitoring station…
"And Captain, any further transmission sent by me must come with the following codeword. I'm typing it, in case they're listening in." Cleaves said, over the speaker.
"Oof. See how smart I am? That's why I'm paid the big bucks." G-Cleaves said.
"Got it. We'll swing in, get you out and decommission the Flesh." The captain said, over the speaker.
"Jennifer's right. We're going to have to fight if we want to survive."
S.O.N.G headquarters/ Kirito and Asuna's home…
"So, how long do you think Jared has?" Elfnein asked.
"Until the truth gets revealed?" Yui asked, closing her eyes to check. "Probably the end of this adventure. Team RWBY figured it a while ago after all."
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"We've got to get out of here. We are, we're going to get out." Buzzer said, on screen.
"We're not leaving without them." Sayaka said, on screen.
"I want them found too, but it's about casualties, innit? Can't be helped."
"What are you doing?" Nagisa asked, on screen.
"Making a phone call." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Who to?" Amy asked, on screen.
"No one yet. It's on delay."
"Right. Not getting it. Why exactly are you making a phone call?"
"Because, Amy, I am and always will be the optimist. The hoper of far-flung hopes and the dreamer of improbable dreams. The wheels are in motion. Done."
"You know really there can be only one." Amy said, on screen.
"Hmm?" The Doctor asked, on screen.
"Oh, nothing. Carry on. Be amazing."
Amy and Jared are drawn to the far walls of the respective areas they are in again.
"I said to leave me alone!" Jared said, angrily. "Why can't you do it? Please!"
A hatch opens in both the TARDIS and the evac tower and they see the Eye Patch Lady again. Jared pressed a button on the TARDIS console for it to hack into the speakers for a few minutes.
"Amy? Jared? What happened?" The Doctor asked, on screen.
"It's her again." Amy said, on screen.
"Yeah, it was her." Jared said, leaning against the TARDIS console.
"It's who again?" The Doctor asked, on screen.
"There's a woman I keep seeing. A woman with an eyepatch, and she has this habit of sliding walls open and staring at me." Amy said, on screen.
"It's been happening for me too. This woman, What was her name? Madame Kovarian?" Jared asked. "I think she wanted…."
Jared clutched his head in pain.
"Jared?" Sayaka asked, on screen. "Are you okay?"
"No." Jared said, sadly. "Doctor? What's up?"
"It's nothing." The Doctor said, on screen.
The TARDIS then disconnected herself from the speakers in the evac tower.
"Doesn't seem like nothing." Amy said, on screen.
"They're time memories. Like mirages. It's nothing to worry about." The Doctor said, on screen.
"It's in my head." G-Doctor said, on screen.
The Ganger Doctor leaves. Sayaka ran after him.
"Hey, hold on." Jimmy said, on screen.
"Don't let him go." Cleaves said, on screen.
"No, leave it to me and Sayaka." Amy said, on screen.
Outside the tower / TARDIS...
"I'm sorry. What I said about you being almost the Doctor, it's just really hard, because I've been through so much with him. I've even seen. I've even seen the moment of his and Jared's. Can you die? If you really are the same, then you can die. You can be killed, and I might have seen that happen." Amy said, on screen.
"Why?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"Why? Because you and Jared invited us and Team RWBY to see it. Your death and Jared's death."
"I heard about it on the news." Sayaka said, on screen. "It was trending in Mitakihara City and Kamihama City. Kind of shocking to be honest. Knowing you and Jared died."
The Ganger Doctor pushes Amy against the wall.
"Why?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"Stop. This isn't right." Sayaka said, on screen.
"It isn't You're hurting me." Amy said, on screen.
"It's all the eyes say. Why? I can feel them as they work each day, knowing the time was coming for them to be thrown away again. Not again, please. And then they are destroyed and they feel death, and all they can say is, why?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"I...died?" Jared asked, leaning against the TARDIS console. "How? How can I die? And how did the Doctor die?"
The Ganger Doctor lets Amy go, and Amy and Sayaka run back inside.
Evac tower / TARDIS...
"Why?" The Doctor asked, on screen.
Amy and Sayaka enter, followed by the Ganger Doctor.
"Jared found out about his death." Sayaka said, telepathically.
"Oh no." Madoka said, telepathically. "Did you tell him?"
"It was gonna slip eventually. But at least he knows now."
"Was that a good idea?" Nagisa asked, telepathically.
"I don't know." Sayaka said, telepathically.
"I can't believe you three didn't tell me I was gonna die." Jared said, letting out tears. "Why am I gonna die?"
"Spoilers." Sayaka said, on screen.
"I want to know now."
"I'm sorry." Madoka said, telepathically. "But you can't."
"It's much more powerful than we thought. The Flesh can grow, correct?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
"Its cells can divide." Cleaves said, on screen.
"Well, now it wants to do that at will. It wants revenge. It's in pain, angry. It wants revenge."
"I was right. You're not the Doctor. You can't ever be. You're just a copy." Amy said, on screen.
"Doctor, it might be best if you stayed over there for now, hmm?" Cleaves asked, on screen.
"Hold on a minute, hold your horses. I thought I'd explained this. I'm him, he's me." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Doctor, we have no issue with you, but when it comes to your Ganger…"
"Don't be so absurd."
"Buzzer."
"Sure, boss." Buzzer said, putting out a barrel for the Ganger Doctor to sit on. "Take a seat, mate."
"Nice barrel, very comfy. Why not? Is this really what you want?" G-Doctor asked, on screen.
Corridor / TARDIS...
Rory and Madoka are still searching for Jennifer. The Centurion is now armed with a large stick and Madoka is in her Magical Girl outfit, she is holding her bow.
"Help me. No, get away." Jennifer said, nearby.
"Jennifer?" Madoka asked, on screen.
Crypt / TARDIS…
There are two identical Jennifers here.
"Crap." Jared said, sadly. "They look so realistic."
"Rory? Madoka?" Jennifer asked, on screen.
"I'm sorry. She found me. Rory, Madoka, listen to me." Jennifer 2 said, on screen.
"Don't listen to her."
"I'm Jennifer Lucas. This woman is Flesh."
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"This is the shuttle. We're right above you, but we can't get low enough. Gamma static could fry our nav-controls. Sit tight. We'll get to you. Just…" The pilot said, over the speaker.
The Doctor scans Cleaves with his sonic screwdriver.
"Okay, everyone is gonna get saved." Jared said, happily.
The fanboy is sitting on the TARDIS steps and looking at the TARDIS scanner.
"Hello? Can you hear me?" Jimmy asked, on screen.
"I can't find Rory. I'm going out there." Amy said, on screen.
"And Madoka could be out of range again for tracking." Sayaka said, on screen. "So I have to go out there and save her again."
"We could use the sonic to track him, Madoka, and Rory. Humans, Magical Girls, and Gangers give off slightly different signals. The sonic needs to tell the difference." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Oh, so the sonic knows Gangers are different. The other Doctor is different." Amy said, on screen.
"He is the Doctor."
"Not to me. I can tell."
"Sure you're not prejudiced?"
"Nice try, but I know, okay? We've been through too much. You're my Doctor. End of."
Crypt / TARDIS...
"So one of you is human, and one of you we sat with and talked with. Why can't you just tell us the truth?" Rory asked, on screen.
"The Doctor, Jared, and us Magical Girls. We want you to live, okay? We know what we're doing is right." Madoka said, on screen.
"That's a lovely idea, Madoka, but the Flesh want to kill us now." Jennifer said, on screen.
"You're limping. You're not." Rory said, on screen.
"So? So what? You think a Ganger can't put on a limp?" Jennifer 2 asked, on screen.
"Show me your leg."
"It got burnt while I was in the harness." Jennifer said, on screen.
"She's lying. She's telling you what you want to hear." Jennifer 2 said, on screen.
"But look, you can't fake a burn." Rory said, on screen.
Jennifer 2 attacks injured Jennifer.
"They're fighting! But why?" Jared asked, looking at the TARDIS scanner. "What's the point?"
"Stop it! You don't have to fight. Please! Fighting each other is pointless!" Madoka said, on screen. "Come on."
"Please, please stop. Jen. Both Jens, stop it. No!" Rory said, on screen.
The fight ends with one Jennifer being pushed backwards into a pool of acid. It is the Ganger, and it dissolves into Flesh.
"She, she attacked me. I knew the both of you would find me. We're in this together, Rory, Madoka, and we've got to trust each other." Jennifer said, on screen.
"Right." Madoka said, on screen.
"Okay. Come on, let's go." Rory said, on screen.
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"A camera's working." Sayaka said, on screen. "What's going on?"
"That's Rory, Madoka, and Jennifer." Nagisa said, on screen.
"They're heading for the thermostatic room." Cleaves said, on screen.
"Let's go and get them." Nagisa said, on screen.
The Doctor throws the sonic screwdriver to his counterpart.
"The hell is he doing?" Jared asked, sitting on the TARDIS steps. "Giving the sonic away."
"Hang on." Amy said, on screen.
"We can't let him go. Are you crazy?" Cleaves asked, on screen.
"Am I crazy, Doctor?" The Doctor asked, on screen.
"Well, you did want to plumb your brain into the core of an entire planet just to halt its orbit and win a bet." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"He can't go rescue them. I'm going with Sayaka." Amy said, on screen.
"Do you know, I want him to go. And I'm rather adamant." The Doctor said, on screen. "Sayaka, go with him. You are an ally of justice after all."
"Well then, he'll need more company. Right, boss? It's fine. I'll handle it." Buzzer said, on screen.
"Thank you, Buzzer. It'll be all right. I'll find him." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"I got your back, you sentimental idiot." Sayaka said, on screen. "Let's go."
The Ganger Doctor, Sayaka, and Buzzer left the tower.
"Can't explain it to you now, but I need you to trust him. Can you do that for me, Amy?" The Doctor asked, on screen.
"And what if you're wrong?" Amy asked, on screen.
Thermostatic room / TARDIS…
"This is the thermostatic chamber. We can stir the oxygen supply from here." Jennifer said, on screen.
"What?" Madoka asked, on screen. "So, this is an air filter, right?"
"We're going to choke to death if we don't clean this air. Madoka, keep a look out in case of Gangers. Rory!" Jennifer said, on screen.
Madoka is still in her Magical Girl outfit.
"What's wrong?" Rory asked, on screen.
"It's this wheel. It's just too tough for a girl to turn. Are you feeling strong?" Jennifer asked, on screen.
"I'll break out the big guns."
Jennifer puts Rory's hand on the palm print scanner.
"Why are you doing that?" Madoka asked, on screen.
"It's okay, I won't hurt him. This first." Jennifer said, on screen.
"Human source recognised." The computer said, and Rory turns the wheel. "Thermostatic override granted."
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"These temperature gauges are rising. Jennifer, Madoka, and Rory must have shut off the underground cooling vents." Cleaves said, on screen.
"Why would they do that? They'll kill us." Nagisa said, on screen. "I could possibly use my magic so I won't freeze to death. But still."
Nagisa is in her Magical Girl outfit.
"There's a million gallons of boiling acid under our feet." Cleaves said, on screen. "Not like your magic would do anything."
"And now the acid is heating up the whole island. How long till it blows?" The Doctor asked, on screen.
Rumble.
"I wish I had the confidence to go out there." Jared said, kicking his foot back and forth. "I want to be with Team RWBY again…"
"Gangers or no Gangers, we need to get the hell out of here." Dicken said, on screen.
"Shuttle, we need evac. Where are you? Can you hear me? Can you…" Cleaves said, and he is struck by a stabbing headache.
"Cleaves? Cleaves? Cleaves, sit down." The Doctor asked, on screen.
"I'm fine."
S.O.N.G headquarters/ Kirito and Asuna's home…
"The headaches are part of it." Elfnein said.
Elfnein and Yui are still watching the live footage coming through the Augma headsets Sayaka and Nagisa have. As well as the Torchwood contact lenses Madoka is wearing.
"Jared has been having a lot of those." Yui said, closing her eyes to see.
Evac tower / TARDIS…
"I'm waiting for results, so let it go." Cleaves said, on screen.
"It's a very deep parietal clot." The Doctor said, on screen.
"How can you possibly? Inoperable?"
"It is on Earth." Nagisa said, on screen. "I was human after all. And I'm still human, technically."
"Well, seeing as Earth's all that's on offer. Hmm. I'm no healthy spring chicken, and you're no weatherman. Right?" Cleaves asked, on screen.
"That's not good." Jared said, still sitting on the TARDIS steps.
Big rumble.
"Something just cracked. I heard it." Amy said, on screen.

"Cleaves to Shuttle. Respond. We need to move, and we can't be collected from the Evac tower." Cleaves said, on screen.
"Give us the codeword." The pilot said, over the speaker.
"The codeword is…"
Rumble. Bang. Alarms.
"Cleaves? Cleaves, it's dead. It's dead. We need to get out of here. We need to get back downstairs and get those vents back on. Come on." The Doctor said, on screen.
S.O.N.G headquarters/ Kirito and Asuna's home…
"What can we do about Jared?" Elfnein asked.
"We could tell Team RWBY." Yui said. "But I don't know. Do they want to tell him as soon as he wakes up over there?"
"Probably not. What should we do?"
"Cut the signal."
"How?"
"The Doctor scanned the Flesh. The sonic screwdriver probably sent that signal to the TARDIS."
"What's your plan?" Elfnein asked.
"We could have the Symphogear wielders sing in front of Jared. To cut the signal to that Ganger in Remnant." Yui said, sadly.
"That could work. But which wielders?"
"The alpha team. Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris."
"You sure? Let's hope that it works.
Down in the crypt area / TARDIS…
"This room's always sealed. Power surge must have thrown the bolts." Jennifer said, on screen.
"What is that?" Madoka asked, on screen.
"That's disgusting." Jared said, looking over at the giant monitor in the TARDIS console room.
A pile of uniforms with gunge and blank faces.
"Discarded Flesh. Faulty, probably. Just thrown away. Look at them. One of my old Gangers." Jennifer said, when it opens its eyes. "Left to rot, fully conscious. Can you imagine what kind of hell they're in?"
"But Cleaves, the Company, how could they do this? How could they?" Madoka asked, on screen. "That's horrible! Why do it to the Gangers? They're human! They have a mind, a heart, and a soul."
"Who are the real monsters?" Jennifer asked, on screen.
"We can't let this carry on. Jen, Madoka, we have to make people see." Rory said, on screen.
"Okay, Rory, Madoka. I have an idea. The two of you came for me. We have a bond, right? We trust each other."
"Yeah."
"I do. I trust you." Madoka said, on screen.
"So trust me on this." Jennifer said, on screen.
Courtyard / TARDIS…
"I'm getting something." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"Is it human?" Sayaka asked, on screen.
"Yeah, it's human, but it's fading. It's fading. This is bad. Fading is very bad. Argh. The signal's gone." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"She's dead." Sayaka said, on screen. "Sorry for this to happen to you."
They find Jennifer.
"She was hanging onto the edge of life and she just, just slipped away. Oh, Jennifer, I'm so sorry. She's been out here for hours." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"But if the real Jen's been lying out here?" Buzzer asked, on screen.
"Rory and Madoka are in trouble." Sayaka said, on screen. "We have to save them."
Buzzer hits the Ganger Doctor over the head with his torch.
"Oh, my god." Jared said, sitting on the TARDIS jumpseat.
"Sorry, pal. it's boss's orders. Us and them, innit? Let's go, Sayaka." Buzzer said, on screen.
Buzzer ran off with Sayaka.
Passageway / TARDIS...
Lots of Ganger eyes watching from the wall.
"I guess this is the eye-cing on the cake." Jared said, jumping off the TARDIS jumpseat.
"Ah. The eyes have it." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Why are they here?" Nagisa asked, on screen.
"To accuse us." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Ignore them. It's not far." Cleaves said, on screen.
Staircase / TARDIS...
"This place is really gonna blow." Jared said, staring at the far monitor in the TARDIS console room.
Another rumble.
"I don't like the sound of that." Sayaka said, on screen.
"I should have been a postman like me dad." Buzzer said, on screen.
"Shush. I'm here. I'm here. I'm with you. I know, it hurts. I'm sorry. Go to sleep. Sleep." G-Jennifer said, nearby.
Crypt area / TARDIS…
"What the?" Sayaka asked, on screen.
Jennifer is stroking the discarded Flesh.
"Oh no…" Jared said, sadly.
"You killed her. You killed our Jen." Buzzer said, on screen.
"And I'm stronger, Buzz. I can grow." G-Jennifer said, while she stretches her mouth open very, very wide and rushes at Buzzer.
Buzzer screams and Sayaka ran away from her.
"I'm sorry Buzzer." Sayaka said, on screen.
Thermostatic room / TARDIS…
"It's a chemical chain reaction now. I can't stop it. This place is going to blow sky high." The Doctor said, on screen.
"How long do we have?" Nagisa asked.
"An hour? Five seconds? Er, somewhere in between." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Get out! Make it back safe." Jared said, frowning.
Jared is pacing around the TARDIS console room. A klaxon wails.
"Out!" The Doctor said, on screen.
Passageway / TARDIS...
They meet Rory and Madoka coming the other way. Sayaka comes in a different direction.
"Thank goodness. I was really worried about you, Sayaka. Are you okay?" Madoka asked, on screen.
"I'm fine." Sayaka said, on screen. "Had to run away from some Gangers."
"Oh, Rory. Oh, Rory." Amy said, on screen.
Jared is smiling away, as he is safe inside the TARDIS, "I hope you guys have a way out."
"There's a way out. Jennifer found it. A secret tunnel under the crypt." Rory said, on screen.
"From the crypt? It's not on the schematics." Cleaves said, on screen.
"It runs right out of the monastery. Maybe even under the Tardis, Doctor. Follow me and Madoka." Rory said, on screen.
S.O.N.G headquarters/ Kirito and Asuna's home…
"They're going back to the TARDIS." Yui said. "Does Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris know?"
"Yeah. They'll be using Gjallarhorn. An alert hasn't been made on our side of things yet." Elfnein said. "But we could get one soon after this."
"Okay. Good luck to them."
Acid room / TARDIS…
"We can't leave without Buzzer." Jimmy said, on screen.
"I'll go back for him." Cleaves said, on screen.
"Er, Doctor, look. we'd better tell you. Madoka and I haven't been quite straight with you." Rory said, on screen.
Ganger Jennifer closes the door, locking the rest in.
"The hell is she doing?" Jared asked, leaning against the TARDIS console.
Outside the Acid room / TARDIS…
"Rory!" The Doctor said, on screen. "Madoka!"
"Hang on, Jen. We don't need to lock them up. We should just show them what we've found." Rory said, on screen.
"I don't think so." G-Jennifer said, on screen.
"Rory Pond, Roranicus Pondicus!" The Doctor said, on screen.
"Rory, Madoka, what the hell are you playing at?" Sayaka asked, on screen.
"They've been throwing away old Flesh and leaving it to rot. Alive." Madoka said, on screen. "It's horrible. Sad and messed up."
"We think the world should see that." Rory said, on screen.
"Rory, Madoka, there's no time. The factory's about to explode." Nagisa said, on screen.
"Are you sure about this? Because I'm not. And so is Madoka." Rory said, on screen.
"Let them out. Please!" Madoka said, on screen.
"The little girl got strong." G-Jennifer said, on screen.
"What?"
"The little girl lost on the moors in her red wellies, looking for a way home? Well, she got strong, Rory, Madoka. I told you, remember?"
"But that wasn't. It was the other Jennifer that told us about being a little girl." Rory said, on screen.
"Oh? What other Jennifer?" Jennifer asked, on screen.
"Well, the, the er. Wait, you tricked us?" Madoka asked, on screen.
"Let us go. We're opening the door. Let us." Rory said, on screen.
"I'm sorry!" G-Jennifer said, dragging Rory and Madoka away.
"No!" Amy said, on screen.
"Madoka! Rory!" Jared said, looking at the TARDIS monitor.
"We have to be free." G-Cleaves said, on screen.
"I'm sorry too, Miranda. Of all the humans in the world, you had to pick the one with the clot. But hey, them's the breaks. Welcome to the human race." Cleaves said, on screen.
Acid room / TARDIS…
The Doctor scans the acid vat with the sonic screwdriver.
"Wait, what's the sonic doing there?" Jared asked, looking at the monitor in the TARDIS. "I thought the Ganger had it."
"This is going to overheat and fill the room with acid, just as a point of interest." The Doctor said, on screen.
"And we can't stop it?" Cleaves asked, on screen.
"Just as a point of interest? No."
Dining hall / TARDIS…
"You created another Ganger just to trick us. You tricked us." Madoka said, on screen.
"When we found you, you were both Flesh and you tricked us into trusting you. Jen's dead, isn't she?" Rory asked, on screen.
"She's gone, Rory, Madoka. Gone." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"Shuttle. We're dropping down on our approach. Stand by for evac." The pilot said, over the speaker.
"The humans will be melted, as they deserve, and then the factory will be destroyed. Once we get to the mainland, the real battle begins. The humans and Magical Girls won't stand a chance. You're one of us, Doctor. Join the revolution." G-Jennifer said, on screen.
"Madoka, we've got to go and get them out." Rory said, on screen.
"Right." Madoka said, on screen.
The Ganger Doctor pushes Rory and Madoka back.
Acid room / TARDIS…
"This'll never work." Sayaka said, on screen.
Dicken is lowering the lid onto the vat.
"It might but…" Nagisa said, on screen.
"It'll never hold her." Jimmy said, on screen.
"If you have a better plan, I'm all ears. In fact, if you have a better plan, I'll take you to a planet where everyone is all ears." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Now that's a planet I, um, might want to see." Jared said, leaning against the TARDIS console.
Dining hall / TARDIS…
"Doctor, we can't just let them die." Madoka said, on screen.
The Ganger Doctor checks his wrist watch, "Ring, ring."
"Doctor!" Rory said, on screen.
"Answer the fucking phone!" Jared said, sadly.
Jared is pacing around the TARDIS console room.
���Ring, ring." G-Doctor said, on screen.
Acid room / TARDIS…
"The acid's eating through." Cleaves said, on screen.
Dining hall / TARDIS…
"I don't like this." Madoka said, on screen.
The whole monastery shakes.
"Stay." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"Okay." Rory said, on screen.
"I will. I promise." Madoka said, on screen.
The telephone rings.
"Ah, that'll be the phone. Somebody get the phone. Jimmy, get the phone. No? Fine, I'll get the phone. Stay put." G-Doctor said, on screen.
It is a holographic communication system. A little boy in pajamas is standing underneath the words Morpeth Jetsan Pre-Booked Holo-Call 011-109-4455.
"Thank you for booking your holo-call with Morpeth Jetsan, bringing the world together." The computer said.
"Ha! Hello, Adam, I'm the Doctor. Well, other Doctor. Or Smith. It's complicated and boring. Anyway, who cares. It's your birthday." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"How much longer do we have?" Madoka asked, telepathically.
"I don't know." Jared said, telepathically. "I've been in here for hours. I could fly the TARDIS. But would she take me where I want to go?"
"So, you can fly her. Huh." Sayaka said, telepathically.
"Why haven't you flown her yet?" Nagisa asked, telepathically.
"It's because I'm not myself." Jared said, telepathically.
"We know." Madoka said, telepathically. "We'll tell you more later."
"Okay."
Ganger Jimmy runs out of the dining hall.
"You've tricked him into an act of weakness, Doctor." G-Jennifer said, on screen.
"No, I've helped him into an act of humanity. Anyone else like the sound of that? Act of humanity." G-Doctor said, on screen.
"I did." Madoka said, on screen. "And I am a Magical Girl. I was human after all."
"Dicken, drain the acid well in Crypt One." G-Cleaves said, on screen.
���Don't you dare." G-Jennifer said, on screen.
"I've had it with this. What's the point in this ridiculous war? Look at you, Jen. You were a sweet kid. Look at you now. The stuff of nightmares. I don't want my world populated by monsters."
"You can't stop the factory from melting down, boss. I'll take revenge on humanity with or without you."
"It doesn't have to be about revenge. It can be so much better than that." G-Doctor said, on screen.
Jennifer runs out.
Acid room / TARDIS...
Jimmy is trying to keep the lid on the boiling vat. He gets burnt by acid just before his Ganger comes in.
"Be careful…" Jared said, walking around the TARDIS console room. "Man, I don't like today at all."
"Argh." Jimmy said, on screen.
"Let me through." G-Jimmy said, on screen.
"I'm sorry. There's nothing we can do. The acid has reached his heart." Nagisa said, on screen.
"Hang in there, mate." G-Jimmy said, on screen.
"I'm quite handsome from this angle." Jimmy said, on screen.
"I'm sorry. I'm the fake. Adam deserves his real dad."
"Shut up."
"What do you want me to do? Anything. Just say."
"The way things are, mate, it's up to you now. Be a dad. You remember how." Jimmy said, handing over his wedding ring then dies.
"That's actually really sweet." Sayaka said, on screen. "You have to keep his legacy alive. And honor him. Jimmy Wicks, you're a dad."
Dining hall / TARDIS...
"Daddy? Where's my daddy?" Adam asked, on screen.
The rescued group enters. Amy and Rory hug. Madoka and Sayaka hug. The two Cleaves stare at each other.
"Madoka, Sayaka, Nagisa, this adventure is almost over." Jared said, telepathically.
Jared clutched his head in pain.
"Did you remember something?" Madoka asked, telepathically.
"Yeah." Jared said, telepathically.
"Don't." Sayaka said, telepathically. "You got that. Not until we're all out of here."
"When are you coming home?" Adam asked, on screen.
"Daddy's coming home today, Adam." The Doctor said, on screen.
"Yay."
"Now we need to move."
Crypt / TARDIS...
Ganger Jennifer morphs into a ravening beast.
"Run. Run. Run! Ooo, roof's going to give." The Doctor said, on screen.
They get to a security door marked No Humans.
"We have to stop her. This door doesn't lock." G-Dicken said, on screen.
"No, but the far one does." Dicken said, running back along the passage and struggles with the jammed door as the monster approaches. He finally gets it shut with himself on the wrong side. "Argh."
"No!" G-Dicken said, on screen.
"Here she comes." G-Doctor said, on screen.
The Tardis crashes through.
"Oh, she does like to make an entrance." The Doctor said, on screen
"Everyone in!" Jared said, opening the TARDIS door. "Jimmy! Dicken! Madoka! Sayaka! Nagisa!"
(Jared's POV)
Crypt...
I exited the TARDIS as everyone ran inside the blue box, except me, the Doctor and his Ganger, Cleaves and his Ganger, and the Ponds.
"Go. Go, go, go." G-Doctor said.
"Get on board. Go." G-Cleaves said.
"I'm not leaving." Cleaves said, looking at his Ganger.
"Go."
"Hey, Spaceman. Now's our chance to get out of here." I said, happily.
"I have to stay. Hold this door closed. Give you time to dematerialise." G-Doctor said.
"Oh, don't be crazy. Okay, what happens to you?" Amy asked.
"Well, this place is just about to explode. But I can stop her." The Doctor said, sadly.
"Both of you can survive this, okay? There has to be a way." I said, looking between the Doctor and his Ganger. "There's always a loophole. This can't be the end, right?"
"Or perhaps you think I should stay instead? Mister Smith."
"No, of course not. But look, this man, Jared and I have flown with him, you know? And you are amazing and yeah, I misjudged you, but you're not him. I'm sorry." Amy said, frowning.
"You're the Doctor, I've been doubting you and myself the entire time." I said, looking at the Doctor's a Ganger. "I know the Doctor when I see him. I did start traveling with you when you were big ears."
"Amy, Jared, we swapped shoes." G-Doctor said.
"I'm the Doctor." The Doctor said.
"And I'm the Flesh."
"You can't be. You're the real him." Amy said, looking at the Doctor's Ganger.
"You're the Doctor!" I said, walking towards the Doctor's Ganger. "You're real. I can feel it."
"No, I'm not, and I haven't been all along." G-Doctor said.
"What?" Amy asked.
"How? Can you tell me what's going on?" I asked, looking between the Doctor and his Ganger.
"I'm the original Doctor, Amy, Jared. We had to know if we were truly the same. It was important, vital we learn about The Flesh, and we could only do that through both of your eyes." The Doctor said.
Amy hugs the Ganger Doctor. I joined Amy and the Doctor's Ganger to make it a group hug.
"Okay, that was amazing." I said, happily. "Loved this adventure. Even if it was slow at times."
"I never thought it possible." Amy said, looking at the Doctor's Ganger.
"What?" G-Doctor asked.
"You're twice the man I thought you were."
"Push, Amy. And remember, Jared. But only when she tells you to."
"Amy, Jared, come on!" Rory said, angrily.
"Well, my death arrives, I suppose." G-Doctor said.
"But this one, we're not invited to." The Doctor said.
"Pardon?"
"Nothing. Your molecular memory can survive this, you know. It may not be the end." The Doctor said, tossing a sonic screwdriver to his Ganger.
"Yeah, well, if I turn up to nick all your biscuits, then you'll know you were right, won't you." G-Doctor said.
"Doctor! No, please." Amy said.
"Don't sacrifice yourself!" I said, crossing my arms.
"You too, Cleaves. Off you pop." G-Doctor said.
"I'm staying." G-Cleaves said.
"This is not the time for grand gestures."
"Says the king of grand gestures. This is my factory. I'm not going anywhere."
"Foreman Miranda Cleaves, marvellous. Beware of imitations."
"Clear off out of here, the lot of you."
"Okay! Okay!" I said, annoyed. "You don't have to tell me twice."
The Doctor, Amy, Rory, and I run into the Tardis to join the others. It dematerialises.
TARDIS…
"So, what now?" Sayaka asked.
"I don't know." I said, leaning against the TARDIS console. "It's been a long day. And I'm hungry."
"Want to get something to drink too?" Madoka asked, looking at me.
"Sure." I said, walking away with Madoka. "You're not my Madoka, are you?"
"When did you know?"
"And what about Sayaka and Nagisa? You three are from another universe. Another timeline. You're the Law of Cycles. And Sayaka and Nagisa, they're your secretaries." I said, looking at Madoka. "Why did you three come back here?"
I clutched my head with pain. I got another bad headache.
"The energy from the Tardis will stabilise the Gangers for good. They're people now." The Doctor said.
"And what happens to me? I still have this." Cleaves said.
"Ah, that's not a problem. I have something for that. It's small and red and tastes like burnt onions. Ha. But it'll get rid of your blood clot." The Doctor said, tossing a small vial to Cleaves, then plucks a red balloon from somewhere. "Happy endings."
Beach…
The Doctor and I watch the family reunion from a distance.
"Man, this adventure feels like it really is almost over." I said, happily.
"Hey! Hello, bud." G-Jimmy said, smiling.
"Daddy, you're back." Adam said, hugging his father.
"Hello, my boy. How are you doing?"
Morpeth Jetsan…
The Tardis parks herself in the big steel and glass company headquarters.
"You really want us to do this?" Cleaves asked.
"Yup! You're doing one Iron Man moment." I said, excitedly. "Your company is telling the world that the predicament between humans and Gangers are over."
"You have to tell the world that it started." Sayaka said, looking at Cleaves. "Have them understand what they're doing to the Flesh."
"Make them stop, okay?" Madoka asked, grabbing my hand.
"Dicken, remember, people are good. In their bones, truly good. Don't hate them, will you?" The Doctor asked.
"How can I hate them? I'm one of them now." G-Dicken said.
"Yeah. And just remember, people died. Don't let that be in vain. Make what you say in that room count."
"Ready? Side by side." Cleaves said.
"You got it, boss." G-Dicken said.
They open the door on the press conference.
"And there they go. Doing a proposition." Nagisa said, looking around the place.
"Have the army dealt with the imposters, sir?" A reporter asked, nearby.
"What sort of threat is there to the public?" A woman asked, nearby.
"You okay?" Amy asked.
"I said breathe, Pond. Remember? Well, breathe." The Doctor said, looking at Amy.
"Why?"
"Breathe."
Amy doubles over in pain, "Oh!"
"Let's see, this adventure is over." I said, squeezing Madoka's hand. "I want to hang out with...I want to…"
I clutched my head in pain.
"Whoa." Sayaka said, looking over at me. "This isn't good."
"Oh." Amy said, clutching her stomach.
"What's wrong with Amy and Jared?" Rory asked.
"Get them into the Tardis." Nagisa said. ���This is why Elfnein and Yui called us."
"Ow. My memories are conflicting with each other." I said, frowning.
Tardis…
"Doctor! What is happening to them?" Rory asked.
"Contractions." Nagisa said, looking at Amy.
Madoka and Sayaka are supporting me from falling.
"Contractions?" Rory asked.
"Amy is going into labour." Sayaka said. "There were three things that convinced us to come."
"One was Amy being pregnant." Nagisa said.
"Two was Jared having breakdowns."
"And three was finding out the source of it all." Madoka said, sadly. "Jared, everyone knew."
"Everyone knew what? Amy being pregnant?" I asked. "Of course Amy's not pregnant. She's fine."
"Rory, Jared, I don't like this. Ow." Amy said, clutching her stomach.
"Same." I said, clutching my head in pain. "Ow! Gah…"
"You're going to have to start explaining some of this to me, Doctor, Madoka, Sayaka, and Nagisa." Rory said.
"What, the birds and the bees? She's having a baby." Sayaka said, looking over at Rory.
"We needed to see the Flesh in its early days. That's why I scanned it. And that's why Yui and Elfnein needed the information for the Flesh. To keep track of it too. When I was off having adventures. That's why we were there in the first place. I was going to drop you off for fish and chips first, but things happened and there was stuff and shenanigans. Beautiful word, shenanigans." The Doctor said.
"It hurts." Amy said.
"It really does." I said, rubbing my forehead with my fingers.
"But the two of you are okay?" Rory asked.
"No…"
"Amy, breathe. And Jared, don't overthink things. I needed enough information to block the signal to the Flesh." The Doctor said.
"What signal?" Amy asked.
"The hell are you going on about?" I asked.
"The signal to the both of you." The Doctor said, looking between Amy and I.
"Doctor. Doctor." Amy said, sadly.
"Doctor…" I said, letting out tears.
"Stand away from them, Rory, Madoka, Sayaka, and Nagisa." The Doctor said.
"Why? No. And why?" Rory asked.
"Given what we've learned, I'll be as humane as I can, but I need to do this and you need to stand away!" The Doctor said, angrily.
Rory, Madoka, Sayaka, and Nagisa slowly step back.
"No. No. Doctor, I am frightened. I'm properly, properly scared." Amy said.
"Doctor, I'm scared." I said, looking over at the Doctor. "Like, I'm really scared."
"Don't be. Both of you. Hold on. We're coming for you. I swear it. Whatever happens, however hard, however far, we will find you two." The Doctor said, looking between Amy and I.
"I'm right here." Amy said.
"I'm here too! We've been through so much together, Raggedy Man." I said, happily.
"No, you're not. Neither of you are. You haven't been here for a long, long time." The Doctor said, aiming his sonic screwdriver at Amy and I.
"Oh, no." Amy said.
"No…" I said, as I started crying again.
Me and Amy goes splosh.
(Open POV)
Cubicle...
A hatch opens in the top.
"Well, dear, you're ready to pop, aren't you? Jared's not awake yet, so that means we can extract more information from him. He is still at Remnant dreaming. And the little one's on its way. Here it comes. Push!" Eye Patch Lady said.
Pregnant Amy screams.
