The Year 2094

"My name is Jacob Carroway," Jacob told himself. "I have a 7 year old son and I... I support the government in all their endeav- NO! Let's try this again. My name is Jacob Carroway, I have a 7 year old son named Toby and I... I... I refuse to listen to the government's guidli... this is for my own prot- No! It's getting worse."

About a year ago, Jacob, his wife, and his son were told to go to the nearest clinic for a mandatory injection of the DianVirus vaccine. His wife, Miranda, escaped and ran.

"You have been deemed non-essential." the Security-Bot said before vaporizing her.

"Miranda!" Jacob shouted. He was then shepherded towards the chair where he and Toby were injected with an untested "vaccine" that is beginning to take it's toll.

"I had a wife who was killed by the gov-" Jacob tried to say. "She was killed by the g- the g- the DianVirus. Miranda died because she refused to listen to the safety guidelines. She didn't take the vaccine so the virus killed her. I'd better get to work."

Jacob was a factory worker, one of the few jobs that was allowed to be done outside the home. Jacob went into his son's room to say goodbye for the day.

"Toby, I'm going to work." he said. "Be sure to do your school while I'm gone."

"Okay daddy." Toby said.

Jacob put on his safety suit, went to the door and waited for it to open. At 9:00 AM, just like every morning, it slid open and an officer was standing there to escort Jacob to his job.

"How are things today, Hal?" Jacob asked.

"Pretty good." Hal responded. "I saw some people with their safety suits not on properly but other than that everything was perfect. All thanks to the vaccine."

"What about the vaccine?" inquired Jacob.

"Uh, nothing." Hal quickly said. "Well, here's your stop."

They had walked to the factory. Jacob parted with Hal and went into the building.

"I feel like there's something I'm forgetting." thought Jacob. "Probably nothing."
