<p>When I left the house, I had not gone to work as Heather had thought I was. Instead, I went to the market in the city and started to stock up on some things that I needed for the night. I had to make this special for her, and I only had the day to take care of everything that I had planned, and I knew that this was going to be cutting it close. Still, I would make sure that today was perfect. I knew that I had been slightly neglecting my mate recently. Not on purpose, it had happened, nonetheless.</p>

<p>I was going to be making a lot of different things, and that was going to take a lot of time in the kitchen, however, I wanted to make it special for Heather by making all of her favorite dishes. I grabbed salmon, steak, chicken, pork, bacon, and several different vegetables for the side dishes. She would have all of the major proteins tonight. Although, I wasn't going to be making too much of each item. I didn't want to waste the food.</p>
