Zagred, after suffering defeat due to him underestimating his opponents, is offered the chance to be able to wield godlike powers that the Exalted Devil was capable of wielding.



After seeing the Exalted Devil's fight against the Utmost Entity, a fight where they were destroying galaxies like they were nothing, where even the most powerful people that were residing in that universe were nothing than mere ants, Zagred become obsessed with the pursuit of not becoming the strongest, but rather, becoming someone capable of wielding such powers.
