Energy Core[Spiritual] - The Energy Core is a type of Energy Singularity whose sole purpose is to gather and store energy. An Energy Core is able to store multiple types of energies.

Energy Singularity[Spiritual] - The Energy Singularity is a dense structure where the Energy Veins lead to. There are multiple types of singularities.

Energy Veins[Spiritual] - The Energy Veins work just like the hands of a human. Cultivators believe that Energy Veins dictate your innate potential. There are sixty four Energy Veins attached to a normal human.

[Three Foundational Realms]

White Core Realm[*] - In this realm, in terms of prowess you no different than a normal being.

Yellow Core Realm[*] - The core's color changes to yellow, and you will also be able to use the energy stored in your core.

Orange Core Realm[*] - Your body's physical strength will be increased alongside your soul. The quality of your energy is incomparable to that of the Yellow Core Realm.

These realms have different stages: early stage, middle stage, late stage and there is the transcendencent stage which is not mandatory.
