Part VI

Wu went back to his old apartment, tossed all the things he brought from Japan into his closet. He searched thoroughly for anything more than the couple of hundreds he had in his wallet. He'd use up more than he budgeted, but he wasn't worried because there were other things he could've sold from the house that weren't supposed to cross anyone's mind. Unfortunately, that plan backfired.

His heart skipped the moment he remembered he'd left his photograph with Lijuan behind. And that meant there was a chance it was found. 

"More and more problems every single time" his head was a carousel of fears spinning out of control, each one pushing his mind more into blackness, made him feel like all hope was lost. 

All he had was an entire day to fix it all, but he didn't know where to start, and a part of him had already given up.
