Part III

Sabrina poured both herself and Lijuan a cup of tea before she sat down beside Lijuan, who was laid back on the sofa. She took small sips from her tea to calm down after everything that happened at her office.

"About what happened today," Sabrina raised the topic.

"He didn't do it."

"Sorry?" Sabrina didn't understand what Lijuan meant. She didn't want to believe her boss was talking about Jin, but denying the obvious doesn't really change anything.

"I'm not basing my conclusion on the fact that Jin could never steal from me. It was pretty clear than Hong was behind it all."

"Really, then why did you?..."

"Because I want him to suffer. If possible, I really want to hurt him more than he has hurt me."

"Miss Qin..."

"I'm not doing anything bad, am I?"

Sabrina didn't know what to say. She didn't like Jin, but she felt sorry for him. He was wrongly accused, and that was... wrong.
