ALPHONSE HIGHLANDER POV:

While we are looking at the dragon who is coming like the apocalypse, the Longinus on the ground hasn't left the fight. He fired another dark lightning bolt at miss Farner who is in the air with me but it is blocked by a light wall that appears instantly. She didn't even say anything or move a bit.

"You will die." She pronounces those words with such hatred it gives me the chills. How is it that me, a Diz'kar, is being threatened by mere words? Is that the difference of power between us?

Miss Farner raises her sword again and it brightens up. Her sword starts shining like a second sun and she disappears as soon as we touch the ground.

Right after that, all I hear is a loud explosion. I look at the Longinus and it actually managed to counter miss Farner. His hand has now turned into a huge sword the size of a human being. That's an all-purpose hand he has there.
