22. The Queens Sword

I needed to craft my weapon, and so I focused all of my newfound devotion to the Queen, as well as my hatred for the Jedi, into the crystals and every piece of my light saber hilt. As I joined the final pieces, I felt an explosion of power well up within me. It was then I knew that if I were to fall, even if it were a Jedi who took my blade, they would find themselves becoming consumed by the Queens will, and be driven to seek her out and serve her.

It was then that I felt Her. I felt her reaching out to me,and I knew I had to go to Her. She was calling out, and I felt every fiber of my being responding to her call, telling me where to go, when to turn...

I found myself outside of a massive set of doors, flanked by four bugs that each had four wings. A part of my mind whispered to me to be cautious, that these four were far more powerful than I could ever hope to be. I then remembered one of the bugs mentioning 'Four Generals' and somehow instinctively knew that this was them.

The tall thin one approached, and I felt its presence briefly brush against my mind. I mentally reached out, establishing the link so we could speak.

'Ah, a quick learner! this one will do well, Sister Solen.'

'Yes, but Mother wishes to speak to him, and she must never be kept waiting.' this the thin lanky one I encountered on Tatooine.

'Right. if the two of you are done sisters, she is expecting us.' the big brutish looking one said.

The massive doors swung inwards, and there she was. The Queen. My new Master.

I felt her will flow through me, and I knew what she wanted. I was to be her Sword, her Enforcer and her Executioner. Thoughts and emotions, memories and concepts all flowed into my mind, and I understood instantly.

The conditioning agent the medical staff mentioned not only affected my mind, but also my body, granting me a specific organ that is used to speak through the Hive-Mind. I was granted a version of this organ equivalent in strength to that of her Four Generals, and as such had a direct mental link to my Queen.

She wanted some form of site to site transporter, one that worked instantaneously, and could traverse the galaxy in an instant. A telleportation device that worked on living creatures.

I could hear her, saying that they had expanded my ship, the Scimitar, to be much larger. It could now hold prisoners, and the pods they were to be kept in were identical to the one I was in for the past two years. The conditioning agent and the slime the pods filled with would be automatically produced by the pod itself when a prisoner was placed inside of it.

I was to go to Coruscant, to enquire about skilled engineers, and quantum mechanical theorists. I would then place them in the pods if they refuse to serve willingly. The conditioning agent had been improved dramatically since I was placed in my pod, it now took a matter of days instead of two years.

This mission was handed down to me by the Queen herself. My Goddess, I knew if I failed I would be punished severely, in so far as I would be continuously exposed to the reconditioning agent, and that any sense of self I have left would vanish. Failure is not an option.

I looked up at my Goddess, and She seemed to be focusing on something in her hands. I looked closer, and saw a tiny orb, which appeared to be made of shadows. She stood and approached me, then told me to stand. Her hand holding the orb extended, and the orb was absorbed into my body.

It was then I realized what the orb was. It was dark side tainted midiclorian, and I felt my power explosively increase. I could feel very clearly the force moving around me, I could see it moving. I was given knowledge of the most archaic of Sith techniques, and was granted instant mastery. My force echo was now so strong that I would not be able to hide it completely, even with The Art Of The Small.

I thanked her for her gift, and went to my ship. It was different, as they warned me. instead of metal and circuits, it was now flesh, blood and chitin. I could feel its mind, and it could feel me. It would serve me well, and only me or those I deem worthy may pilot her. She was no longer the Scimitar, and a new ship needs a new name. A pause, a questioning of the force, and a name showed in my mind. The Ravager. A good name for a good ship.

Four drones had been assigned to me. They would ensure the Health and security of Ravager. I had them load the cargo, mostly foodstuffs and water with a few high value items for trade purposes, onto Ravager, then we took off.

I plotted a course for Coruscant and started the hyperdrive, then went to meditate. I may now know every Sith technique in existence, but if I don't process the knowledge it would be difficult to learn and use these techniques regularly. I had yet to make these new powers my own.

Several hours of meditation, and the ship dropped out of hyperspace, before adjusting its heading and continuing along its course. A hyperspace journey like mine would require this many times before it reaches the final destination. I had memorized Mind Twist as well as Force Stasis, along with Mothers personal favorites, Drain Knowledge and Force Drain. These would be useful in the future.

It was several weeks later that we arrived in space over Coruscant. I had Ravager land in the lower levels, then left. I knew the Jedi had sensed me, as I had them. They would follow the echo I left, and I couldn't afford to be found. Not just yet, as failure is not an option
