"Ayanokouji?!" Horikita mumbled her way out as she tries to pull herself out of her brother's hard grip.
She had a tense frown visible on her face.
Deadpan stare focused onto the relatively older person between them, who grabbed the so-called older brother's hand, reaching out for Horikita's cheeks.
Soon another figure stepped in from the shadows and grabbed Horikita by her waist.
The ribboned girl's eyes fell onto the distinct glowing viridescent eyes, that of a predator, and before she could realise, her body was close with her, so much that the taller girl's breathe tickled over her ears.
"And who might you be?" the older guy asked; wariness evitable in his tone.
The girl pushed Horikita to the back, as her hands left the side of her waist and proceeded to plant onto her own; with an escaped sight she answered, "Someone who is of your own sister's class, you see."
An insignificant amount of displeasure crawled inside him.
"Hitting your own sister, is not cool Student council President." A voice came from the back of the Scp.
"Seems like you know me." He pushed his glasses and so he commented.
Thud!
A straight blow of knuckles fell on the side of Ayanokouji, as his eyes stared onto the figure who tried to deliberately hit him.
"Close call." With an unfazed expression Ayanokouji stated.
"You have good reflexes." The perpetrator said with a smug tone. He repeated to blow hits after hits only to land them on the wall; such futile attacks.
Erza didn't want to step in. She knew better than anyone what the guy in the defense could do. She looked at Horikita who showed an anxious expression. Her eyes squinted.
Interested, the Scp asks Ayanokouji if he learned any kind of self defense to which he answered with a non-interested tone, "Piano and Calligraphy."
A bit taken aback, Erza looked over his way. Trying her best not to make the least of that situation.
Moreover he continued to state how he heard about one student from Class-D actually getting straight 50s in the Entrance exam. With a sudden hit of realisation he added, " Also another student with a straight 47 too, quite an odd number, huh?"
Erza's gaze fell onto the man who spoke with curiosity. Soon his arms were grabbed by her and with a scrutinized vision she answered, "Care to stave off from futile attacks?"
The glasses guy thought, 'How strong of a grip-!'
The Scp's sight fell onto the scarlet colored hair, and as soon as one of his nerves were caught off guard, he was pinned to the wall.
"Ayanokouji..!" Horikita's expression filled with exclamation.
The offender, at present, narrowed his sight, as he replied to the egoistic Scp's question, "Coincidences can really be freaky."
Silence fell as the battle of intimidation of eyes presumed.
"Authority exploitation, hm. I wonder what kind of repercussions the statement would cause in the Elite school." said Erza with an unperturbed look in her eyes, as she shows the screen of her phone.
The unfazed guy showed no distinction in his movements, though the man pinned between the arms of the former, showed a bit of reluctance, "My sister has some quite unique friends, if I must add." He commented cooly. Might as well, pretended to be. Perhaps.
"We are no friends, just..." Horikita's voice subdued.
"Classmates, that's all we are." The stern female voice made Horikita looked over her. She gulped the tension forming in her throat.
Ayanokouji unrestricts Scp as he says while looking at Erza, "Not a good way introduce but as you may know, I am the Student Council President, Horikita Manabu." Looked at his sister and adds, "As usual, you've mistaken isolation for independence. Suzune. If you want to ascend to a higher class, struggle with every ounce of strength you have." He finalised one last glance at the two unique individuals and left the scene.
"We should leave this godforsaken alley." Erza prioritised. The others follow. They sat at one of the picnic benches on the park and Erza brought three lime flavored drinks for the rest.
"Here." She handed over the drinks.
Ayanokouji and Erza both notices a murmur coming from Horikita's side as they enquire her to say what it was.
"You both caught me in an awkward situation." Horikita said while looking down. Erza didn't take into consideration to actually console her or anything, she took a glimpse of the ribboned girl and drank the soda.
Ayanokouji on the other hand, noticed the indifference in Erza and said, "It was unexpected but guess it was nice to see a normal girl-"
A shot of glare was directed towards him.
"I said nothin-"
Horkita added how she thinks he is incredible, to which he adds, "Yeah, supposedly I did Piano and Tea ceremony."
Horikita looked forward and inquired, "You said Calligraphy."
"I did that too."
There was pin drop silence from everyone's side. Erza's hair locks fell upon her shoulders as her head was bent downwards with her body leaning forward, supported on her legs.
"Did you- both rigged your scores in the tests?" Horikita asked. She was curious but also she wanted Erza to utter any words from her mouth.
Except the intentioned person, only Ayanokouji replied, "As I said, it was a mere coincidence."
"What would you do if it was intentional?" Erza's voice echoed Horikita's mind as her eyes layed upon the intense gaze evitable between the hairlocks.
The same gaze she once saw during their first meeting. Ayanokouji didn't expect Erza to answer in such a way.
'Her behaviour and thoughts are not aligned properly.' That's all Ayanokouji concluded in his thoughts.
"You...have no intention to move to the upper class, isn't that so Wistaria?" Her gaze not moving away from the forested ones.
Erza fell straight onto the back of the bench as she looked towards the sky; her arms over the edge of the bench as her eyes looked towards the ribboned girl, "Glad you aren't dense, Horikita."
"Though you said you can help me." She persisted in a calm tone.
Erza couldn't help but leave out a chuckle.
'I have no intention to play classmates with people from the classes here. I don't care. Not a bit.' Erza thought. "What about you? You said you can do anything for you to ascend to the higher class. Yet you refrained from being in the Study group; you refrained from being co-operative."
"They are waste of time, nothing good will come out if I associate with them."
"They will be expelled." He adds to the conversation.
The ideology of Horikita Suzune was simple: The better will stay and improve the class and the real defects shall be eliminated.
"That kind of thinking might be responsible for you ending up in Class-D, have you ever thought of that?" He made her realised a point.
Horikita was baffled. All she could think was Chabashira Sae's words from before.
Erza stood and turned back, "Take a tip. Being co operative and anything else in the right time, doesnt make u any lesser than what you are. Stop deluding, only then you can think rationally, furthermore, you might have opportunities you may have never even thought of."
She walked off, leaving Ayanokouji and Horikita by themselves.
