Anonymous Messages

It started like this:

After we all greeted each other a goodnight, we prepared to go to bed in different rooms. Michael and Collins went to the other room by the left far end of the hall while Lena and Sophia took the guest room adjacent to the movie room which the both of us were suppose to stay at.

You were already fast asleep, so i tried not to disturb you while you slept, i gently tucked myself to bed and in few minutes i was asleep i guess. By 2am in the morning i woke up feeling quite hungry, i then helped myself with the snacks i came with in my leather bag. The morning was very quiet, i could hear my munch and crunch loudly but you didn't even move i guessed you were still in deep sleep. After sometime, i started hearing footsteps but not an approaching footstep then soon enough a door went shut. I didn't know why but i felt out of curiosity i went to check. I got out to the hallway and my senses directed me to Lena's room. I knocked a few times but no response. I opened the door gently and slowly expecting to see both Sophia and Lena sleeping. But i found just Sophia sleeping facing the wall away from the door where i came in through. Her white blanket covering her shoulders downwards with her blonde hair brushed sideways. I wondered were Lena was but i decided to go back to sleep as i was still weary.

But immediately i left the room, there were no doors side by side in the hallway anymore, even from were i came through. I brushed my eyes with the back of my two hands, i wasn't sure i had woken up, i felt i was still asleep, funny enough i didn't fight this weird sensation. Directly infront of me was a door, i thought to myself "this door hasn't been here before"--but who cares i just wanted to get back to sleep. Without caution i opened the door, and walked in. My first foot step didn't gain any concrete support as a fell in what felt like a short distance, shoulders first hitting the ground with a big blow. This was a real wake up call to me because now i knew i wasn't sleeping. Then i heard someone rush to me. "Are you okay?", it wasn't very bright but i could see it was Lena.

I asked her what was going on, she told me she was as confused as i was, i could tell she needed comforting but i didn't know how to go about it considering i didn't even know what was happening.

"How did you get here?", i asked still confused. But her story was very similar to mine. She woke up by 2am heard a noise in my room like two guys fighting, she tried to intervene but found herself contained in a big smelly room, which we are both trapped in right now with no phones--nothing.

The room wasn't bright so we couldn't see much but we kept moving around looking for a way out or something--just anything.

Suddenly Lena drew my attention to a monochromatic beam of light on the wall which drew alphabets, it looked like a form of message. The first sets of letters said:

"Humans cannot lead the way"

The second written letter said:

"Divided but Connected"

The third said:

"Cherish the amulet like your only friend"

And before the wall returned to normal the final letter read thus:

"Dream together Live together".

None of this made any sense to Lena and since it didn't spark any light in her it didn't make any meaning to me either. Just at that moment droplets of water echoed the room and that's when we found you. But i didn't forget the writings on the wall, i couldn't remember some of the exact words but i never forgot i saw something.
