After that conversation with Xavier, many thoughts are crossing my mind. I shouldn't agree with his proposal. His intention is not clear to me and I cant trust him. What if he betrays me like others. My past relationship history is not good, and I can't say this will be a success. Maybe Moon Goddess has some plans for me who knows.


Tired of all these thoughts I get up from my bed and went in search of Anna. Maybe she can take my mind off these things. After searching for her everywhere she was nowhere to be found. Exhausted from my search I started walking toward the forest for a better chance of finding peace there. There is no guard on patrol, and I find it strange. I kept on walking until I entered the deep part of the forest. Everything is quiet here, and my sense is sharper right now. I want to hurt so bad but if someone caught me everyone will know that I am a hybrid.


I was lost in my thoughts when I felt someone's presence. I recognized the scent of the person, and my whole body froze. I don't know what to do.


"Well, what a pleasant surprise to see you here my darling Bella."


"Don't call me that from your filthy mouth," I angrily replied him.


"Whoa! Bella this, not the way to meet your past lover. I am just surprised to see you here, and it's been a long time since we saw each other maybe 100 years or more."


Alexander started walking toward me and stopped just an inch away. My breath hitched at this closeness. He noticed my uneasiness and said, "Relax Bella I am not going to bite you well that's my hobby but I am not going to that l swear."He is smirking at me now, and whatever he is up to is not good.


"Why are you here Alex and don't lie to me cause you know I can easily catch you? I questioned him wanting to know the reason for his arrival.


"Well, I am just here offering my alliance to the Alpha as his pack needs assistance and my vampires can help them, and what about you?"


"So you formed your own team and now you are not a loner. Well, I am just a prisoner here."


"OH! My dear Bella is caught up again, but one thing I am curious about do you know what?"


I know where he is going, and this isn't going to end well. He whispers in my ear" Do they know that you are a hybrid or I can tell them and do the deed".


"Don't you dare do that, or I am going to end your existence"? I warned him and this did something to him as he takes a step backward.


"You know that you are not going to do anything to me."


"What makes you think that after I have many reasons to end your life and you know me I take my revenge very seriously."I evilly smiled at him and took a step forward toward him.


"Bella, you think I will easily let you take my life?".


"Having much confidence my beloved Alexander," saying this, I lunged at him, and my sudden action didn't give him time to move, and using this opportunity I started punching him in the gut. He grabs my hand and turns me over now he is straddling me and I started struggling against his hold. He bit me in the shoulder and I hiss in pain. Without a thought, I swing my fist forward and hit him square in the jaw. Alex cups the side of his face, startled by my sudden attack.


Using this as an opportunity, I kicked him in the rib and scramble to my feet. He started coughing blood and now he was glaring at me.


"Look Alex I am telling you now this is not going to end well."
