"A Birthday Party at a Private Island-2"

Everyone was having a good time. Sydney and Olivet were making a sandcastle, while Matt just stared at their failed creation.

"I don't get it, why does it fall…" Olivet uttered, "Should we add more water?"

"Hmm, I think so," Sydney then turned to face Matt, "Hey, can you get us a bucket of water?"

"Sure," he stood up, "I'll be right back."

He grabbed the empty bucket beside Sydney and walked towards the sea. He bent over to fetch some water when suddenly someone patted his shoulder.

"Hi, Matt."

When he turned around, he saw Juana in her sexy swimsuit. He asked her, "What do you want?"

"Uhh… Can you teach me how to swim?" she asked while displaying puppy eyes, hoping he would give in to her request.

But he refused, "I'm busy," he answered, then he looked around. He then saw one of their classmates who just came to the shore from a swim, " Hey, Pee-Jay! Come over here!"

PJ, who was obviously the thinnest guy in class because his ribs could be seen as he appeared topless, stood up and approached them, "What is it, Matt?"

"Teach our Class President how to swim," after filling the bucket with water, he told them, "Bye bye," and left.

"Class Prez, why are you wearing that?" PJ said and he chuckled, "You are so obvious."

"What do you mean?" she rolled her eyes at him.

"We've been classmates for so long. You're the conservative type."

"Why, can't I wear something like this? And why do you care?!"

"Don't get me wrong, I don't care about it. It was merely an observation," he said, then turned around, "And I know that you swim very well, so I'll leave now. See ya around."

Pissed off about what happened, Juana grumpily walked towards Sydney's direction to see what she wore. She wanted to know if she wore a swimsuit sexier than her.

To her surprise, she was just wearing rash guards and a pair of knee-length swim shorts.

"Ugh, I don't get it… Why is Matt so obsessed with her?!" Juana angrily muttered to herself as she stared at Sydney with contempt.

A few moments later, everyone changed to their sleeping attire. A bonfire was set up by Greta's maids, and the students gathered around it and listened to her birthday speech.

"Thank you for being with me on this very special day! I hope you all enjoyed staying on this island. Even though some of you forgot their gifts, being here with me is already enough to make me happy. You can give your gifts to me when we go to class on Monday…"

"Olivet," Sydney whispered to her bestfriend, "Did you give a gift to her?"

She nodded, "I gave her a Pleocatra Hand Bag."

"That's expensive…"

"You did not buy anything for her?"

Sydney shook her head, "We're not close."

"Oh, dear. She assumes that everyone in the class will give a gift," Olivet then turned to Matt, "How about you, what did you give her?"

"None."

"Huh? She said that your families are close, so I assumed that you gave something to her," said Sydney.

Matt chuckled, "Well… I forgot," he then stared at her with a grin, "Sydney, are you jealous?"

"Wha… No way! In your dreams!"

"Matt, if you activate her orc mode, we're going to have a hard time calming her," Olivet giggled, amused with the two, "You have to take responsibility for it."

"Even if Sydney's in her orc mode, she's still the cutest girl in the class!"

While the three of them were having a lively conversation, Juana just stared at them frowning.

'Sydney's not the cutest girl in class,' she thought. She didn't really know why Matt even took an interest in her.

Juana knew Sydney even before they turned Junior Highschool students, and just like Greta, they were also long-time classmates. She knew her to be a simple girl who never had a crush on anyone, and she never had a boyfriend. She never excelled in class and was never the teacher's favorite. She didn't have many friends because she's a bit short-tempered. Also, Juana saw her as an annoying person. But if there was something she was good at, it was her talent in music.

And that's the only good thing about her.

Juana was confused why Matt liked her very much. 'Perhaps… It's because she sings very well…?' she thought as she stared at the two who were bickering in front of her. She sighed at the thought of why she wasn't the one who he liked, even though she's the top in the class, she's the class president, and most of all she behaved very well.

It's nearly ten in the evening. Olivet had already fallen asleep, while Sydney tossed and turned, 'Great. I can't sleep.'

Losing every hint of sleepiness, she took a flashlight and crawled out of the tent.

To her surprise, she saw Matt just outside, holding two sticks of grilled corn. She asked jokingly, "Why are you here? Are you stalking me?"

He laughed at her, "Yes and no."

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"My tent is just beside yours, Sydney," he said pointing at it.

"Then why are you right in front of ours?" she raised her eyebrow.

"I didn't hear you snoring, so I thought you might be awake," Matt said with a grin, obviously teasing her.

"Hey, I don't snore!!!!! Why you-"

Her violent reaction got cut off when Matt placed the grilled corn on her mouth!

"You'll wake everyone. Keep quiet and eat with me," he said, then winked at her.

Afraid that she'll disturb Olivet's sleep, Sydney took the stick of grilled corn and stopped talking. The two of them enjoyed the cool wind as they stared at the calm sea. There was a long silence, but it wasn't awkward because they were both munching the corn kernels.

Then, Matt took a pause in eating. He stared at Sydney, who had some kernels on her cheek.
