Tang Yongrui was about to reach the Transcendence realm when a zombie virus broke out all over the globe. Instead of continuing his cultivation, he chose to 'protect' his sect from the zombies but they were greatly outnumbered. 

He suffered a single bite and that's how his life ended. 

But life is sometimes fair as it is unfair. He was given a chance to live again. 

Waking up five years after the Virus Outbreak had started, Tang Yongrui has to work from the ground up to ascend from the Mortal Realm to the Transcendence Realm, rebuild his sect, and annihilate the zombies that ruined his life. 

But to his surprise... he woke up as a one of the infected ones?!

"Yeah, he should be. This was where I last traced his Qi Energy which was still interconnected with ours."

"What if he's not here? We've looked everywhere, all over the lower planes and higher planes."

"He's going to be here. This is the last location where he could be. There's no way he won't be here."

From what I could gather, there were three voices right outside. I could make out the second voice to be that of Natalie. As for the other two, though, I don't recognize their voices at all. Ye Zhiyun, Yu Sying, Mei Mei... I went through every name of the women I met in the past, and I still had no idea as to whom the other two voices belonged to.

"What's taking so long? We don't have all day, you know." Another voice spoke up.

"Wait, I'm too nervous, please don't open it just yet."
