As I stood in the living room staring out at the window with a cup of coffee, I realised how bright the sun was today, despite it being the coldest parts of winter. I could feel the sun shining brightly, it reminded me of summer for some reason, but something else was on my mind. I would be visiting Jasmine's sister Juliet today. She had asked me a week ago whether I would be free and I agreed to come along with her, I too wanted to pay my respects to someone who was close to Jasmine. I felt like it was necessary for Jasmine as well, but more than that, I wanted to be with her at the moment where she finally moved on from her sister. Though it was impossible to immediately move on from something like that after holding onto it for so many years. I wanted to see her and be with her when she took that first step.
