Chapter 26

Today is my first tutoring class with a new tutor at the school library. Since it was still early, I decided to grab some snacks before torturing began. It was after school hours so there weren’t many students left, Camila and Dee are at cheerleading practice with Rebecca and Geralt is at volleyball practice. I heard Geralt is so good at volleyball that he got a scholarship to play professionally in college.

“Hey girl. What Chu doin’ here?” Daniel approached me in the cafeteria. He was wearing another designer jacket on top of his uniform that looked straight out of a runway. He was really tall, even taller than Rye, probably standing 6’4 feet and it looked comical how small I looked beside Daniel.

“I have math tutoring in 30 minutes. How about you?” I asked between bites of the chocolate chip cookies.

“Can you keep a secret?” He leaned in, taking a seat in front of me.

“Of course. Tell me” I got excited on what Daniel wanted to tell me.
