Orphan teen Alexa Costas died in a tragic car accident at the age of 17 years old. With no one to claim her body, her heart is then donated to Jayelina Lee who suffers from a rare heart condition. After a successful heart transplant surgery, Alexa wakes up as Jayelina trapped inside her body. Now, Alexa must navigate someone's else life while also attending the elite private school as "Jaye" who was a smart and timid girl the opposite of Alexa's carefree personality.

The Heart Transplant 

“I’ve decided to take Geralt as my partner for the Ball,” Rebecca told us over lunch. 


“WHAT. What about Rye? We even toast to it?!” Camila was bewildered at Rebecca’s decision. 


“Jaye’s right, Geralt is the son of the headmaster. His reputation improved dramatically now, he’s rank number three in the entire school.” This school follows a rank system based on your GPA placing you the highest GPA, number one and so on. Currently, the person with the highest GPA is Rebecca Harrison making her the number one. Following are Rye and Geralt respectively. Before the surgery Jayelina was ranked one. But since my arrival, Jaye’s rank dropped to tenth place.
