Chapter 15

When the school day was over, Frida ran home and told her parents that she was going out into the woods.

After that she ran out into the woods and up into the Pine Tree to Pine. She knocked and saw Pine sitting in one of the chairs with her legs on the table.

He got up when he saw her and shouted:

Hi!

Frida replied to sit down on the other chair.

Suddenly she heard a strange murmur!

He chuckled and saw the little bear lying on its back on the floor.

Frida looked at it skeptically before she slowly and gently scratched it on her stomach.

The bear murmured again and began to lick Frida's hand.

The licks were comfortable and Frida told Furu about the hamster plans.

Congratulations! said Furu excitedly and clapped his hands. You deserve it!

Thanks! said Frida gladly.

But come, said Furu, waving her hands. There are some I have to introduce you to.

They went down to the top floor where an old lady was knitting.

Hi mom, said Furu.

Oh, hey Pine! say the mother.

Meet Frida, my best friend! said Furu, waving forward Frida.

Frida walked slowly forward and greeted Pines mother.

But when her mother was about to reach out, she quickly pulled her hand to her and just stared at Frida.

Frida looked around a little worried and her mother said:

Pine, we need to talk.

Furu apologized and went to her mother.

Frida withdrew a little and let them wipe alone.

After a few minutes, Furu returned to Frida and looked back at her mother with an angry expression.

Come on, he said as he climbed the ladder to the second floor, I have to show you something!

Frida followed and when they had climbed down from the tree Furu said:

I'll teach you to hunt!

Frida looked at him in horror.

I'll show you, he began and lay down, then he jumped and landed in the middle of a bush.

Frida began to howl and lay on the ground while holding her stomach.

Pine rose from the bush and looked at her strangely.

What is it? he asked.

Why are you hunting in a bush? giggled Frida.

What did you think? sighed Pine, we're not hunting for birds in the trees, are we?

Are you not hunting animals then? Frida asked cautiously.

NO! shouted Furu in horror, you do not mean that?

No ... Frida started slowly, but that's what hunting is all about!

Have you never heard of berry hunting? asked Furu.

Ehhh ... no? in Frida.

Well, now you have it! in Furu. Then he began to explain:

First you lie down, no! With your back up! There you go.

Then you take a jump and aim inside the bush.

Wow! It must have hurt !?

Well, next time you try to take the elastic inside the bush!

Like that!

Your turn!

Yeeeeess!!

You made it!

Then take one of the sticks from the bush and stick all the berries as you look at it.

Wait! Frida stopped him, those berries are poisonous!

Yes, Pine started, but we'll squeeze the juice out! Just stay tuned!

After a few hours, Frida was in bed.

She had fallen asleep faster than usual and was full of all the berries she had eaten.

She was happy and content but still, it felt like she was torn in two.

As if two different people were in each other's arms.
