"God !

I really can't believe you two are going to be a team .If you keep on arguing like kids ,then how are we going to help these people out ?"Corazon asked bluntly.

"I'm sorry mummy ,I just got carried away by his insolent behaviour !"Liza added .

If people's gaze could kill then Clinton would have already been dead by Liza's glare at him .

"Aunt Corazon ,there is no need to worry about them .They will make a perfect team because it concerns their work .

They will handle it like matured attorneys and not rivals !

Just trust me aunt ,this is Klara's promise !"Klara stood in their defence unexpectedly.

"Alright ,we will take our leave ..!"Liza said , giving her parents a hug while Clinton did same .

"Let's use my car !"Clinton said opening the door for Liza to sit which she gladly did without a word .

"Ha !

I know you won't thank me because you are still angry .Never mind ,forgive me for what happened earlier at home !Aunt Corazon scolded you because of my joke !"Clinton said steadily while driving .

"Do you call that a joke ?

Oh come on ,if you knew your jokes were as terrible as you are, then you wouldn't ever utter it again from your mouth !

Boring you !"Liza said , turning her gaze towards the window and breathing in fresh air .

All of a sudden ,Clinton stopped the car in the middle of the road leaving Liza to panic .

"Why did you stop the car ?"Liza asked as Clinton stepped out of the car and walked to the other end of the road , ignoring her questions.

" How strange !"Liza thought ,going after him .

He made his way towards the leisure bench and comfortably took a seat as if he had nothing to do .

"Ha !

What new drama is this ,Clinton ?

Damn it !

Working with you was the worst of all decisions I could ever make in my life ! Instead of helping me out at the eleventh hour ,you have taken a seat as if you had nothing to attend to ,huh?!

If you think that I will beg you ,then you are mistaking because I won't !

Sit here all you want and rot !

I don't care !"Liza angrily stopped a cab and left him behind .

"Seriously!"Clinton said , passing his hands through his hair .

"Miss ,where should I drop you off ?" The cab driver asked .

"I'm sure he noticed that my silence all this while was because there was something else on my mind !"Liza thought before deciding to get back to reality.

"Just drop me in front of the Bureau Of Corrections Prison !"She said and after a while they arrived .

She paid off the cab driver and walked through the large gates of the prisons bars .

"Why is Liza here and what is she doing inside this prison ?"Clinton who was following Liza stopped his car abruptly.

He then quietly followed her as she entered the private visiting area ,desperately longing to know what she was doing there .

"Melody !"Liza said hugging her tightly .

She was back to normal ; her face was covered with smiles and Liza could sense that happiness was filled within her .

Liza wished she was in her place ,filled with happiness and so much smiles across her face too but it was only a dream in her head.

"Liza ! I'm happy to see you ..!"She said giving her a seat .

"When I received your call ,I quickly prepared a list of prominent and wealthy people for you who can be donors in supporting the victims of the flood !

After what happened to our cartel ,I know they won't easily believe you !Especially being a well known attorney and the daughter of Ben Carson ,they will not give in to your plead .

But if you could come up with something that would protect them ,then I bet you that their donations will help these victims a lot !

They are people with high class rankings in society and they deal in blackmail and other illegal business as well .

If you could trap them ,it's not only their money that will be of great use but their companies as well !

Secretary Sylvia Banzon is the head of operations for Lipzy Group of Companies .

They manufacture beverages and other food items that help sustain human life .

Their company is spread through out the city .

However ,they perform their illegal business of blackmail and cover it up with the prestigious name of the companies .

Attorney Carlos Ibarra is the sole owner of Vega and Associates Law Firm .He launders money obtained from drug lords through the firm and that's why he defends drug addicts all the time ! However ,Maite Ibarra who happens to be his wife is the Chief Executive Officer of Ibarra buildings !

General Santiago Guerro is the Chief Executive Officer of Guerro Companies .They are in charge of supplying hospital tools and equipment to the medical centers across the cities but he gains his wealth from selling illegal drugs !

There is no doubt that these people are expect criminals and wanted by government badly .

However ,they are still free because no solid evidence has been brought forth to prove them guilty of all the charges .They perform their work in broad day light yet leave no trace behind .No one will tell you that they are mafias !

Liza ,they can help you if you only find a way to win their trust .Their illegal business is not known to all so I suggest you sought for help using what is known to all as legal !

I only told you about their illegal business because of self precaution and that's why no one must hear about it .

They have got people around and even in jail who are purposely here to silence anyone who speaks against them .You should find a way to deal with them Liza ,but if you can't ,then I suggest you back off now just to avoid any trouble !"Melody said , worriedly.

"No Melody !

I can't do that because we need their money and companies to safe lives .You forget about their illegal business and let's focus on how we are going to convince them to come to our aid . Trust me Melody ,I got this .I promised to help my father so I won't back off now .

"And what makes you think that we will fall for your tricks again ,Melody ?

You are deceitful and I won't allow you to get Liza involved in any act that will pose danger to her life and family . If you have no better help to offer ,then go back into the cells and rot over there ,which is where you truly belong!"Clinton interrupted their conversation from behind and angrily lashed out at Melody for trying to put Liza's life into trouble .

"Clinton please!

Let's go ...!"Liza set him aside and whispered a few words to Melody before leaving .
