Chapter 60- Welcome Home

--Alexandria POV--

Nico stood there, confused for a second until he saw Val kneeling in front of me and a grin slowly but surely crept onto his face.

"You, my friend, are one, sly fox," My brother pointed at Val, wagging his finger and jumping forward to pull me into a hug.

"I am so happy for you. I knew that one day you both would end up together. It's destiny, surely," I don't know how to react. I didn't exactly say yes.

"Come. Let's go to the main deck. Alexa, my dear baby sister- you have to go control that wild eagle of yours. I think he's drunk," Nico said.

So for the rest of the journey, Nico was busy planning our wedding but never let me correct him to tell him that I didn't agree to marry anyone. He's surely in for a surprise.

When he wasn't talking about the wedding, he was talking about Azurith and filling me in on our family. My father died of lung disease, my mother's alive but she's emotionless and apparently, my twin has gone mad.
