Three eleventh grade students who have spent a larger part of their high school days on the receiving end of it's challenges, are faced with two options, to leave high school with a terrible reputation or to force an upgrade before final year.

Usually, I had my weekends to myself, but now I was on the school basketball team and they owned most of my day almost every Saturday. I was excited to be on the team, but losing my Saturdays was going to take a while to get used to. 


On the bright side, I was not the only one losing my Saturday this weekend. Tyler had to audition for the school play, Ashley was to meet Catherine Sanders and Claire… I had no idea why Claire was going to be in school, but she was. 


As I approached the school entrance, I saw Mr Peter's car driving off, leaving Tyler behind. It was strange and very unlike him to have come to drop Tyler off. 


“Hey man. ” I said as I got closer to where Tyler stood. “How was yesterday?” 


“Not bad. He actually prepared a healthy meal, instead of giving us a box of pizza and two cans of soda. Also, there was no party and he didn't drink any alcohol or he did a very good job at hiding that he did.” 


“It won't last.” Tyler said dryly.
