Chapter 326: To Lake Steel pt.1

Matthew and the chimaeras left the West Omni Hunters Station and proceeded to head toward North Omni first. Matthew rarely comes to North Omni, so the border guards were quite suspicious of him and the chimaeras compared to the Northwestern border guards.

Inspections were done and the chimaeras were processed by the guards. They had some dispute about letting the chimaeras pass. In the end, they did let them pass since they were doing the city a favour by getting rid of the Hydra. It was already very late when they arrived in North Omni. Matthew decided that they should rest in an inn for the night and set out the morning.

Matthew entered an interesting looking inn and walked up to the counter where an old elf with grey hair was cleaning a mug. The elf must be tens of thousands of years old to be old for an elf. The inn was also a restaurant where a lot of people were enjoying a meal and drinking to their heart’s content.
