Matthew was a high schooler who somehow transferred into another world after playing a certain game along with a friend. He did not know what happened but he had set his sight to get back home. To do so, he became a Hunter, an adventurer. Amidst his struggles to find a way home, he met various allies and enemies and even his true past.

Morning came and Matthew was woken up when the sunlight from the crack in between the windows reached his eyes. He felt something was weighing him down on his stomach. Matthew raised his head a bit and found that Mala was sleeping soundly with saliva slowly flowing out of her mouth. It disgusted Matthew, but this was not the first time it happened. At this point, Matthew was used to it. 


Matthew nudged Mala’s head several times until she woke up. When she did, she immediately jumped to hug Matthew and greeted him. Matthew patted her head while gently pushing her away as he stood up. He opened the window and found that the sun was just above the horizon, so it was just past dawn now. 


“Go wake your brothers if they’re not up yet and get ready to head out.” Matthew told Mala.
