She smiled at him as the boy stood at his place, still processing what just happened to him, then the woman talked, "You must be the one my friend, Calendin, sent to me. I did not expect you were this wise as a human boy"
Abel raised one of his eyebrows and directed all his attention toward the woman in front of him. He asked her, "Are you Calendin's friend? What test are you talking about and what happened to your eyes that you covered it with a piece of cloth?"
He asked about the cloth he saw, covering her eyes, some veins could be seen near it, she then responded, "I know you, Abelard, a normal person from a noble family, you may not know me, now let me introduce myself, I'm Rayene, one of the sages of the elf"
[Acquainted with one of the 5 elven sages, Rayene]
Abel has a firm expression when he heard all the words from her, but he is still waiting for her answer regarding the text she is talking about, he got his answer shortly after, "Now human, based on the test, I concluded you are very humble, selfless and rational"
He tilted his head and raised one of his eyebrows in doubt. The boy then asked her, "Okay, okay, now all the other things don't matter. My only question at this point is what do you mean by that? Can you explain it more detailed about this test?"
She was silent for a few seconds but continued her words, "To put it simply, all the things that happened to you is not real, it was an illusion. That girl, Gertrud, wasn't real, she is only an illusion I created, but that land and all the information, however, was real"
He was even more confused but now shocked as well that he dropped his jaw hearing her words, he thought to himself, 'That all felt so real… all of it even that feeling on the bed with that girl which I don't really like… how does this person…'
She was silent again but continued her words once again, "I know not what you are thinking but I know you are confused. But we can't talk for long here, my power is not as strong as you think, meet me at the north area of the land you have just been to, I will temporarily disable the mountain barrier when the time comes, good luck"
Then all of it disappeared in a mere second. He woke up and found himself still on the bed on the dwarf ship he is on. He looked at both of his arms and pinched his cheek and felt the pain as he thought, 'That was all an illusion…? Then I'm still on the ship?"
He got up from his bed and stumbled as he reached for the door. As he opened the door, he saw his friend, Halius, yawning as he opened his door too. Both of them looked at each other for a few seconds as the awkwardness could be felt, Abel tried to cool the situation, "Hey, how are your night? Is it good?"
Halius nodded at him and answered the question, but with a little extra of unrelated words, "Yea, it was a great and comfortable rest. You must have heard the voice too, apparently, the prince called for us from above the deck"
Abel nodded as he understood what his friend was saying. They then made their way toward the deck and saw the prince of the dwarf, Thorgrim, standing on the edge of the ship and looking at the scenery.
Both of the boys approached him and Halius then asked the prince, "Your highness, I heard you called us, is there something bothering you?"
When he heard the voice, Thorgrim turned around and leaned against the short wall on the edge and answered, "Ah yes, Halius and Abelard, sorry that I called you here. The crew informed me that we will be arriving soon, you could start packing and get ready to take your first step in the city of Valfield!"
Both boys smiled and looked at each other, they were excited and ran toward their room and started packing their stuff. When both of them were done, they made their way up to the deck once again and saw something unbelievable.
The ship, now entering a cave on the side of the mountain that was purely covered in snow and even with the tall flagpole, the ship entered the cave without any shriek even being heard. Soon enough, they found themselves docking and getting off the ship on some sort of port inside the cave.

The port worker, guards and others greeted and welcomed them warmly as the two boys followed the prince while being guarded by some guards from the port. They found themselves on a spiral staircase afterwards and were making their way down.
While on the way, Abel was thinking as he took his step carefully, 'I don't believe that there is actually a city this deep. Maybe Thorgrim is just fooling with me? But if it were true, I would simply be amazed…"
When he finished his thought, it was the same perfect timing that he exited the staircase and saw the city. Similar to the dwarf city governed by Thorgrim before, there was a hollow, giant space underground.
And in front of him, about 100 metres was a giant wall complete with guards and a giant gate that could be seen. There were even some farmlands, with windmills and all just outside the wall, but what shocked him even more, was a big ball emitting light on the cave ceiling.
It acted as a sun at that place, giving light to all corner of the space and even with its presence, Abel could still feel the chilling wind on his skin, he thought about it as he was walking, "I can't believe that this kind of place actually existed… it felt like its own world here'
Well… Once he was inside the city,

A guard approached the group and whispered something to Thorgrim, then more guards came to escort them. Not long after that, he found himself kneeling with one knee.
In front of him, a dwarf with the golden shining and magnificent crown with some gems embedded on it. A notification popped up right in front of his eyes.
