Everything's Funny Today

By the time I woke up I could hear what sounded like a fire crackling a few feet away but it didn't sound alarming so I didn't open my eyes

Well I didn't open my eyes until I felt a tiny body jump on top of me

My eyes shot open startled from feeling the unexpected new weight on me and the first thing I saw when I woke up was a smiling face only a few inches away from my face... honestly it kinda freaked me out

I glared at him for a moment before smiling

I wonder if I looked scary while smiling as a dog....?

Either way the kid didn't look scared so It must not have, so I just licked his face and slowly slid to the side successfully knocking the kid off

"Hey! that's mean!" I heard the kid squeal but I just ignored it

You could also hear a few knights stifling their laughter in the background

I looked around a realized that I was moved a bit further into the cave and that one of the knights had started a little fire not so far away along with the kid wearing some of the knights spare clothes to stay warmer, which to be honest didn't fit him at all

I looked at the kid who was now rolling around on the cave floor with clothes pretty much wearing him instead of him wearing them

He looked utterly ridicules'… but still cute and defiantly funny

He just kept rolling back and forth... it became annoying after about the 29th roll though so i just pinned him down with my paws to finally stop all that nonsense

He was forced to stop because of me being on him but he just kept smiling like an idiot

I hopped off him because I thought he finally would stop but once I was off he went straight back to rolling

I hopped straight back on him to stop him again while glaring at him yet he just kept smiling

I thought maybe sense I started glaring he would finally stop so yet again I got off

Yet once again once I got off he started rolling all over again even going so far as rolling away from me and starting to try and roll around the cave

In a huff I ran straight over to him and stopped him yet again

But he just started laughing and giggling and even snorting ever once in a while as I stood on him which made the knights join in on the laughter

I was still a bit frustrated and didn't really understand what was so funny but I smiled either way cause of all the laughing going on

It took a full five minutes before I finally got off the kid again... thankfully this time he truly did stop rolling around like a weirdo

He reminded me of one of my friends which made me like him a bit more then I already did

Now that I calmed down I looked around for where Hunter was sitting but noticed he wasnt even here so after making sure the little kid was playing with the knights that were hanging out at the cave I went out to see where he went

Once I stepped out of the cave slowly snow started falling of me making me shake it all off just for it to all come back a moment later

To be honest I loved the snow so it was fine but all that snow on my fur kind of tickled which was the only real reason I was shaking it off

I looked around to see where Hunter was and found him not to far away on the stump of a newly chopped down tree looking all serious and thinky or whatnot

Did they do that while I was asleep?

Part of the tree had fallen down right next to the stump but you could see that some of it was missing. The tree was probably what the camp fire thing they built was made of

Either way I didn't really care

I walked over to the fallen down part o the tree and jumped up on top of it while doing my own mini cat walk in my mind as I walked up and down the fallen tree trying to look as cool as possible

When I reached the end I turned and did some flick of the tail movement while I walked back on the tree to when the stump was and where Hunter could be seen raising an eyebrow at my antics

Once I was about to reach the stump though I slipped off the tree and ended up with a ass full of snow on the ground

I was kind of embarrassed and the laughter that followed from hunter didn't help so I quickly pulled my head out of the snow and glared at him while frowning

Once he saw my face he just started laughing more though which made me tilt my head to the side kind of confused

Which sadly for me ONLY MADE HIM LAUGH HARDER

I was still ashamed as he started wheezing from laugh to hard and my face got all puffed up a bit in anger

I admit It wasn't one of my coolest moments but DOES HE HAVE TO BE LAUGHING LIKE THAT!!

UGHHhhhh, idiot! stupid, wheezing, strange, dog talking, clingy, IDIOT!!!

I lunged over at him and started jumping up and down on his laughing body hoping it would stop which it didn't

So I did what I do best I stood on his head while pushing his face into the snow to shut him up

In my head I just keep repeating profanities as you could hear his muffled laughter still continue even in the snow
