DENYING HIS FEELINGS OVER AND OVER AGAIN

"Oh! You don't know, boss?" Marvy asked. "The woman who had been pestering us for a month to get a job here decided to work in that convenience store. Ever since she came, the store never ran out of customers." He stated which made Jacob frowned. "Also, many students idolize her but no one would say what they like about her, telling that it's a secret."

"Is she doing something to get their attention?" Jacob questioned once again.

"I don't think so. Base on what I've seen, she only stays behind the counter since she's responsible for the money. She's always polite and she didn't say anything excessive. Although, she would cheer the customers to do well at work or at school. I also heard that she asked the owner of the store to sell porridge in order to help those students who don't have enough money to buy a decent school meal."

"Really?"

"Hn."

"So, you've been there?" Jacob shifted his gaze from Marvy and looked outside the café.
