Ava's eyes were cloudy and red with anger. Ava couldn't hold the humiliation any longer she shouted out, "In your eyes, what kind of woman am I? Did you asked me to move in with you to humiliate me just like you did tonight?" Ava's heart turned cold.
"Did you mind what happened tonight?" Oliver's cold voice sounded like a cold cellar, gloomy and terrible.
She hesitated, whether she accepted it or not, but her heart really felt sour like eating vinegar. Although she already knew that there will be many women around Oliver but being with other women in front of her while he was sleeping with her was too much for her to take in, she really felt cheap.
She gritted her teeth and said, "I don't care at all Mr. Knight, you can be with anyone you want you are surrounded by women anyway."
"You mean you're not missing out on any opportunity?" He said playfully.
Oliver's tone told Ava that he knew well tonight's event had affected her, She suddenly felt like a stupid. Why did she say all those things to him? She really was no match to him, however, she will never admit it.
"No," Ava said flatly.
Oliver suddenly held Ava and forced her to the corner of the wall so she couldn't move at all. Oliver had a wicked smile on his face. Playing this game with Ava has stirred his interest more. This woman was really stubborn, interesting! Now the game will be even more exciting. 'Oh, Ava! I will make you say, you love me willingly, you just wait and watch.'
Oliver's face slowly came close to her and in a very low voice he said "I don't like stubborn women".
Looking at his face, Ava couldn't help but think of the kiss just now. For a moment she felt a sense of possessiveness over him as if she wanted him just for herself. The time when she had been with Jacob, Ava and Jacob had also kissed, but Jacob's kiss was different from Oliver's. Oliver's kiss was powerful and domineering, just like him.
"Ava, three words, say it, I will be yours." Oliver's bewitched magnetic voice whispered in Ava's ear, and his hot breath sprayed on her ear. Ava's face turned red instantly.
Ava's hazel eyes stared at him with a trace of panic but she said calmly, "Keep on dreaming."
It's also three words, just not the one Oliver wanted to hear. Ava was such a rebellious woman. He simply smiled at her, he was expecting this answer from Ava.
"Ava, do you know you are really charming." Oliver reached out and gently stroked Ava's cheek with his knuckles.
Unconsciously, Ava wanted to lean back, but Oliver's eyes were so sharp she was afraid to move.
"Mr. Knight, what do you want from me?" Ava suddenly gathered her courage and asked him.
"I want you." Oliver smiled badly, there was a playfulness in his eyes.
Ava was shocked. She turned her face to ignore him.
"Do you know the end of the dead duck" Oliver asked jokingly.
"I don't know, I don't want to know." She said looking anywhere but him.
"Yes, I know. Actions are often louder than words." Oliver laughed wildly. As soon as his voice fell, he put her on his shoulder upside down.
Ava's was so shocked she grasp for air and started to struggle desperately, resisting and shaking.
Oliver walked to the second floor, when he saw Ava's protest, with an evil smile on his face he stretched out his right hand and spanked her hard.
Ava's whole body shook like she had been hit by lightning and she stopped struggling. But she kept scolding Oliver a thousand times, ten thousand times in her mind, she didn't dare to say anything out loud though. She knew well enough when Oliver was angry he wouldn't care about anything.
In the Bedroom.
Like the living room, this room was also decorated in European style giving a warm and homey feeling. This was not the room where she found Kiara. The decoration in this room was extremely luxurious. It looked like the master bedroom. Everything here was different from Ava's imagination. In her imagination, Oliver's room would be cold and dark, but it was bright and warm in here, which made her calm at once. Oliver put Ava on the big bed and pressed himself on her.
Ava turned her head and saw a violin in a transparent crystal box. The light was shining on the crystal box. Ava felt dizzy seeing the dazzling light. She got distracted thinking why did Oliver keep a violin in his bedroom and in such a prominent position.
Following her eyes, Oliver found Ava was watching the violin. His eyes become heavy and cold. The violin was the same gift that he didn't have the chance to send out. So was the villa. It was his unsettled past.
"Can you play the violin?" Ava suddenly asked.
She couldn't picture him playing violin, he didn't look like the type who likes music. People who like music are very simple but Oliver was too complicated.
"Yes." A short word but the answer was very powerful.
"Then will you play me a tune?" Ava's eyes flashed and recalled an old image of someone who also played the violin very well.
"No." his lips spat out the cold word, he simply refused.
"Oh!" Ava's heart felt lost for a moment. Yes, she expected him to refuse, it's just she didn't expect him to refuse her so coldly.
His deep eyes were on the violin for a long time, then Oliver moved over from Ava and stood up. Tonight, he lost interest.
"You have a good rest here." Oliver left.
Looking at his leaving back, Ava suddenly sat up on the bed. For a while, she felt that the man was a little lonely. She seems to see the sorrow in his face. Why was he sad and why did he leave just like that? Ava's mind was full of questions, but she didn't know where to find the answers.
That night, Ava couldn't fall asleep. In the strange room, she tossed and turned all night and Oliver didn't come back for the rest of the night. It was dawn when she finally fell asleep.
