Ava was close to Oliver, hugging him tightly. Her fragrance surrounded him making his heart beat faster, her soft body pressed against his body making him burn with desire. Oliver swallowed hard, he wanted to push her so he wouldn't lose control but the way she was holding him so tightly, he didn't want to let go of her. The next second, he pushed the woman slightly and started to kiss her like crazy, pouring all his desire into that kiss, feeling her marshmallow-like, sweet, soft, and delicate lips, savoring the moment.
Ava was stunned for a moment then she gave in to his kiss, they both seemed to forget where they were at that moment until Oliver's big hand started to fumble on the buttons of Ava's dress. Ava came back to her senses and pushed him.
"What are you doing? We are still outside." Ava said in a hoarse voice. Of course, his passionate kiss affected her, she also wanted him but they were outside on the street, people were passing every now and then.
When Ava pushed Oliver, he also took notice of their surroundings but looking at Ava's flushed face, swollen lips he couldn't hold it anymore, she looked too alluring. He stood up dragged her to his car, opened the back door, and pushed the woman inside with a force.
Ava was dumbfounded at his action. What the hell was wrong with him? What was he trying to do? At first, Ava thought he was angry but when he pushed her inside the car and started to kiss her again passionately, only then she realized what he was doing.
"Oliver, here? What if someone sees us?" Ava said panting between kisses.
"I don't care, I want you right now and right here," Oliver said in a husky voice. He wanted to take her in front of Starbucks however he kept his desire deep inside until this stupid woman threw herself on him. How could he keep his calm anymore and now this woman was worried that someone will see. He didn't give a damn.
After almost two hours the insatiable beast finally let go of Ava, after a lot of begging. Ava got out of the car to get into the passenger seat but her knees almost gave away and she was about to fall when Oliver held her. She looked at him fiercely but the man looked at her with a smug smile. He looked so refreshed but she felt exhausted.
Oliver started the car and put down the car hood, the night sky was full of stars brightly twinkling, it looked beautiful. The wind was slightly cold which felt good on the summer night. Ava looked up at the vast starry sky with a beautiful smile on her face.
"Oliver, shall we go up to the hill to see the stars?" Ava asked gently.
However, Oliver who had been in a good mood the whole evening suddenly turned cold, he held the steering wheel so tightly his knuckles turned white. His face became hard and fierce and his eyes became deadly.
Ava noticed the changes in him and she was a bit scared. She could see that Oliver was very angry but she couldn't understand what did she say that made him so angry all of a sudden.
"Ava! Don't ever mention stars in front of me again, never," Oliver said word by word, with deep warning and indifference.
Ava shivered to hear his tone but she felt more confused because of his words. Why he reacted so fiercely at the mention of the stars and why did he forbid her to mention it again? Does he have some kind of bitter memory relating to the stars? Ava's mind was full of questions but she didn't dare to ask any.
"OK," Ava said lightly.
They didn't say a single word rest of the drive. The atmosphere was very awkward and Ava felt very uncomfortable in her heart.
520 Haibin road.
It was very quiet at the villa. After returning home, Oliver went straight to his study, he was still very angry.
Ava didn't know why but her heart was very restless, she wanted to call Oliver several times but didn't have the courage to do so. She went to the kitchen and warm up some milk and put it in a glass for Oliver. She went to his study and was about to knock on the door suddenly Mrs. Lee called her.
"Miss Green, why are you here?" Mrs. Lee asked anxiously.
She came upstairs to say good night to Ava and happen to see her in front of the study door. She remembered when she came here the first time Oliver told her specifically that Ava could go anywhere in the villa except for his study and the locked room on the third floor. So she was almost scared when she saw Ava was about to enter the study.
"Well, I was going to give Oliver the glass of milk," Ava said feeling a bit confused at Mrs. Lee's reaction.
Mrs. Lee hurriedly said, "Why don't you let me do that and you go and have some rest."
Ava felt something was not right why was Mrs. Lee acting so weird?
"Why? Since I am here I will do it." Ava said firmly.
Mrs. Lee saw that Ava wouldn't listen so she decided to tell her, "Actually Miss Green, Mr. Knight told me that you are not allowed to enter his study. There is also another room on the third floor which has a white door with a golden frame, you can't enter that room either. Except for these two rooms you can go anywhere in the villa."
"What? Why?" Ava was very confused. Why would Oliver forbid her to enter his study? Does he not trust her? At that thought, she felt a bit angry.
"I don't know why, I am just following orders." Mrs. Lee said quietly.
"Well, I see." Ava gave the milk glass to Mrs. Lee and went back to the bedroom.
