Taken

Hotel Peninsula 13th floor, 1314 Presidential suite.

Oliver was sitting on the sofa, wearing a crisp white shirt and black fitted pants that hugged his toned legs. The first two buttons on his shirt were undone, revealing his strong chest and sexy collarbone. He was looking out of the window and lost in thought. This was the suite where his and Ava's relationship started. A lot of memories were tied to this place. After Ava was gone he often came to this very room and drank his sorrow away. But those days are over, 'Ava Knight you have punished me enough and made me wait for a very long time. It's time to take some action and pave your way toward me again, just like the last time. Only this time I will make sure you don't have any way out. No escaping from me my love, you belong with me and will eventually come back to me, Oliver thought to himself. A wicked smile hung on his face as he picked up his phone and dialed Ava's number.

Ava was sitting in her office at the academy, talking to Samuel when she got Oliver's call. Ava frowned and disconnected the call, she had no desire to talk to him. However, Oliver kept calling her. After the third time, Ava realized Oliver will not give up until she takes his call. She sighed, excused herself from Samuel and got out of the room to pick up the call.

"CEO Knight, aren't you a free man? Why are you keep calling me? Can't you see I have no desire to talk to you?" Ava said annoyed.

"We need to talk. I am waiting for you in the same presidential suite." Oliver said in a very calm voice ignoring the annoyance in her tone.

Ava let out a humorless laugh and then said "And what makes you think that I will come, Mr. Knight?"

"Oh, you will come baby. You certainly will come, because I have something that you want." Oliver said with a wicked smile.

"And what that would be?" Although Ava's tone was calm but she got a little worried. However, Oliver didn't answer her he just laughed and disconnected the call.

Ava stared at the phone and kept thinking about what could he have that she wanted. She was about to ignore Oliver's strange call and go back to the party when her phone rang again but this time it was Sister Li. Ava quickly picked up the call.

"Sister Li, how is it going at home? What is Nina doing?" Ava asked in a soft tone.

"Madam, baby Nina is missing. We were playing outside and Nina was running after Radish but after a few minutes, I couldn't find her anywhere. I have already checked the whole neighborhood but she is nowhere." Sister Li started to cry. She was blaming herself for not going after Nina as soon as the little girl ran after her rabbit.

Ava frowned, and started to rush toward the exit as she asked, "How can she just disappear? Did you check the surveillance?"

"I did but Nina ran out of the surveillance range so I couldn't see anyone. I am so sorry Madam." Sister Li said and kept sobbing.

Ava couldn't understand where did Nina go? Did someone kidnap her? Suddenly Ava remembered Oliver's word. 'I have something that you want,' isn't that what he said? Could it be that he took Nina? At that thought she felt rage boiling inside her, how could a man be so vicious as to kidnap a little girl? Then again it was Oliver Knight, there was nothing he couldn't do. Ava clenched her fist and ran toward her car in a rage.

Daniel saw Ava rushing outside, he excused himself and followed her out but when he saw she was running towards her car, he got very confused why would she leave the party without even informing him?

"Ava, where are you going? Is everything alright?" Daniel caught up with Ava and asked when she got into the car.

"Danny, Nina is missing but I think I know where she might be," Ava said in a serious tone.

"What do you mean she is missing? Where is she?" Daniel instantly got hyper.

"Danny calm down. As I said I might know where she is but I need to check first. Do you trust me?"

"Of course I do. What you are saying?"

"Trust me I will get our girl but could you please wrap up the party and see the guest off? I will keep you posted and if I don't find her I will inform you immediately. OK?" Ava said in a calm and collective tone. She was very sure Nina was with Oliver. If that's the case, then Nina was not really in danger. This much she knew about Oliver that he wouldn't hurt a little girl. He wouldn't stoop that low so she asked Daniel to stay behind instead of accompanying her. Moreover, Oliver did ask her to come alone, and she didn't want to cause more trouble.

"OK." Although Daniel didn't like the idea of Ava going alone wherever she was going but he trusted her and knew if it was dangerous, she wouldn't leave alone So he decided to wrap up the party and go home as soon as possible and find out what exactly happened and how his little girl got missing.

Ava sped up her red Ferrari and head toward Hotel Peninsula. On her way, Ava dialed Oliver's number and waited for him to pick up the call. She needed to make sure Nina was with him. However, Oliver wasn't picking up the call. Ava felt frustrated and knew he was doing it on purpose because earlier she did the same thing. When she was almost sure he wouldn't pick up the call he finally did pick up.

"Hey sweetheart, how far are you? I am still waiting."

"Oliver, where is my daughter?"
