"Alex!" I heard Wanda shouting

I saw her running towards me and she jumped into my arms.

"You ok?" She asked

"I'm fine, but we have quite a lot of casualties" I sighed

"Sorry we couldn't come here faster" I heard her say

Rustling her hair "It's fine, we would still have to deal with the casualties anyways" I have her a bitter smile

She was silent.

Noticing someone approaching I turned around and greeted "Hey guys, ladies"

"Need some help?" Tony asked

"Nah. We're cleaning up the mess. I'll deal with the media later on" I sighed

"It was supposed to be a day off since we found the mind and space stone today" Evan sighed

"I've heard about it" I replied "You have gotten it from-"

A thought suddenly struck me.

"Cortana, identify the attackers for me and compile a report for me later on. I want to know who ordered them and which organization is behind them" I quickly gave an order

"Will do" She replied

"Where were we?" I asked

"We were talking about getting back the infinity stones" Evan replied

"Right, that" I nodded "What did you guys do with it?"

"Thor wanted to take them back to Asguard, while Tony wanted to do research"

"Got it" I nodded "Just don't mess with them and create weapons from them like Hydra and SHIELD did"

We talked for a little bit before they left

"Alex, come to the tower at 6" Tony told me before leaving

"Alright" I nodded

For the next two hours after that I had to talk to the media about the attack today

"Mr. Smith, what do you think was about the attack" A reporter asked

"I do not know until the government decides to investigate it. All we know is that they could be mercenaries or terrorists" I replied

"There were reports stating that multiple people have been killed in the fight. Is that true?" Another asked

"Yes, there was. It was quite unfortunate. I was in my office when the attack happened. It was unexpected and caused multiple guards to die while performing their duties and several employees to die from being shot" I said sorrowfully

"There were also reports of the attackers having grenades and RPGs during their attacks. How do you feel about the government's response to this?" someone asked

"It was unfortunate but true. I just hope the government would pay better attention to stuff like these" I sighed

"What do you think of this Ross?" A general asked

"Several tens of people have died and there were weapons that was banned in the country in their hands" Another added

"The people are afraid and are asking us to take measures"

One after another, the people in the meeting room began to speak up of their concerns

"I don't think we should care about what happened" Ross stated after a while

"excuse me, what? You-"

"We have pictures and footage of a unidentified armed force entering the fight" He interrupted

"And?" one of them asked "How are we supposed to ignore that attack that just happened?"

A couple pictures and a video showing the CDSTs being involved in the defense of New York against the Chitauri army and the ones that had arrived during the attack of Chrono Industies was show.

"Now if you look at these, they seemed to have a more advanced technology than those in our military" Ross stated pointing at a Pelican and the Falcons. He put his fist down on the table "They seem to have an army and have been producing weapons without our knowledge"

Right after dealing with the interview by the various news agencies and their reporters, I returned home to take a bath before taking the girls to the Stark Tower.

"Welcome Alex" Tony greeted

"I see you've done some renovations" I chuckled

We partied for quite some time. As the party started to come to an end

Uh, 'Whosoever be he worthy shall haveth the power!" Clint mimicked Thor "Whatever man! It's a trick."

"Well please, be my guest" He gestured towards his hammer

"Come on" Tony encouraged

"Really?" Clint asked

"Yeah!" Thor grinned

Clint gets up and walks to the hammer

"Oh this is gonna be beautiful" Rhodey looked on with anticipation

"Clint, you've had a tough week, we won't hold it against you if you can't get it up" Tony joked

"You know I've seen this before, right?" Clint said as he grabbed Thor's hammer "I still don't know how you do it" He complained after failing to pick it up

"Smell the silent judgment?" Tony Grinned

Me and the girls laughed

"Please, Stark, by all means" Clint rolled his eyes and Tony began to make his way over.

"Oh, here we go" Natasha watched as she hugged Evan's arm

"Never one to shrink from an honest challenge" Tony stated "It's physics" he started to wrap his hands around the handle

"Right, so, if I lift it, I...I then rule Asgard?" Tony asked Thor

"Yes, of course" Thor answered

"I will be re-instituting Prima Nocta" Tony remarked as he tried to pull it but fails "I'll be right back" he told us

He came back a while later with Rhodey after putting on the hand part of their armors

"Are you even pulling?" Rhodey asked as he and Tony failed to pull it up

"Are you on my team?" Tony asked

The tried to pull it up but fails and gave up. Banner tried to change into the hulk to pull it but fails in doing so, making everyone laugh.

Steve got up for a try

"Let's go, Steve, no pressure" Tony gestured towards the hammer

"Come on, Cap" Rhodey encouraged

Steve managed to move it a little, causing Thor to be alarmed. Steve let go and gestured that he failed. I gave them a knowing look.

Soon, Natasha and Evan was asked to try but we refused.

"Alex? Girls?"

"Nah. I'll pass" I smiled

The girls also declined.

"All deference to the man who wouldn't be king, but it's rigged" Tony stated

"You bet your ass" Clint agreed

"Steve, he said a bad language word" Maria Hills looked at Steve

"Did you tell everyone about that?" Steve looked at Tony and asked

"When you left earlier" I chuckled

"You have a fingerprint passcode on there right?" Tony asked

"Yes, well that's, uh, that's a very, very interesting theory. I have a simpler one." Thor gets up and lifts his hammer and flips it. "You're all not worthy"

Everyone groaned

All of a sudden there was a loud ear piercing sound and I created a sound barrier for us. One of Tony's machines walked into the room.

"Worthy... No... How could you be worthy? You're all killers" It mumbled

"Stark" Steve looked at Tony

"JARVIS" Tony called out

"I'm sorry, I was asleep. Or...I was a-dream?" The robot began to mumble again

Tony tapped on his tablet in an attempt to remove it.

"There was a terrible noise...and I was tangled in... in...strings. I had to kill the other guy. He was a good guy" It stated which caused me to frown

"You killed someone?" Steve asked

"Wouldn't have been my first call. But, down in the real world we're faced with ugly choices" It stated

"Who sent you?" Thor asked

We began to hear Tony's voice "I see a suit of armor around the world".

"Ultron!" Banner muttered

"In the flesh. Or, no, not yet. Not this...chrysalis. But I'm ready. I'm on a mission" Ultron said

"What mission?" I asked

"Peace in our time" Ultron stated before a bunch of Robots burst into the room

I summoned my sword and fought off a couple of them. The girls tried to protect each other.

As we fought, Tony began to try and shut down the robots.

"That was dramatic! I'm sorry, I know you mean well. You just didn't think it through. You want to protect the world, but you don't want it to change. How is humanity saved if it's not allowed to...evolve?" Ultron asked as he picked up a destroyed robot. "With these? These puppets? There's only one path to peace, The Avengers' extinction"

As soon as he said that, Thor smashed him with his hammer.
