The mad house

Crystal stares at her fingers deep in thought as she pondered on how she was going to tell Sakura about what she had seen at the park.

Hunter was not who he seemed to be. As she had suspected, he was some type of criminal. Or maybe even a gang leader since he even had body guards.

But the problem was, how was she going to tell Sakura about her boyfriend? Sakura already knew she wasn't fond of Hunter so telling her something like this would definitely trigger Sakura's bad side. She'd never believe her.

So how was she going to convince her?

More worried thoughts cloud the brunette's head suddenly cut off when her phone rings.

Crystal picks it up checking the caller ID. Unknown number.

She eyes the phone for a moment, unsure on whether she should pick the call or not. It soon ends several rings later just as she was about to pick it. Shrugging, she's about to keep the phone aside when it starts to ring again.

Ok then. She hesitantly presses the answer button before bringing the phone to her ear.

"Hello?"

"Hello bunny" a familiar voice answers which makes cold shivers go down her spine. Instantly recognizing who it was.

"Hunter" she whispers with gritted teeth and he chuckles on the other side like the maniac he was.

"How did you get my number?"

"That, I refuse to share" she could feel the smirk in his voice as he spoke them, "are you still upset about earlier?" He asks as if concerned. She knew better.

He simply asked that just to get her not to spill the beans to anyone. How wrong he was.

"I'm going to tell Sakura about you" she warns hoping to at least intimidate him a little. But he only chuckles making the girl frown.

"That's a cute little threat little girl" he chuckles, amusement dancing in his voice.

"I'm serious"

"Be my guest then. If you do then I guess we'll just have to tell her the whole truth right? About our little hookups?"

"You're the one that kisses me even if I don't want to" Hunter chuckles once more.

"But you started everything bunny girl. Don't forget that you're the one who kissed me for the very first time. I'm just returning the favor. Several times" once again, Crystal could feel the smirk in his voice as he spoke. In fact, she could imagine the smug look he was wearing on his face right now.

He knew exactly how to play her. He knew exactly what her weakness was. Why did she tell him about her plan on telling Sakura anyway?

She could already see it in her head. Even if she did manage to tell Sakura about Hunter, or course she wouldn't believe her. And on top of that, Hunter would tell her about the first time they kissed and the several other times. And the Sakura would hate her for sure.

Hunter clearly didn't care about Sakura's feelings so telling her something like this wouldn't bother him at all. Crystal on the other hand, to her it would absolutely kill her.

"You look stunning in you little nighty by the way" Hunter speaks after a while startling the girl. She had been so deep in thought she had forgotten that she was still on the phone with him.

"What?"

"Your little night gown looks stunning on you" he breathes out again as Crystal furrows her brows in confusion. He could see her?

Crystal looks around her room in suspicion. Clearly he couldn't be in here. She would have seen of heard him. So then..

"Where are you?" She speaks unsure.

"Somewhere, watching you" he answers and Crystal couldn't help the goosebumps that rose on her entire body. She was creeped out. Beyond creeped out in fact.

"You're stalking me?" She asks hopping down her bed walking towards the window. He had to be outside.

"I wouldn't exactly call it stalking" he laughs a little, "more like keeping an eye on you and admiring you from afar without your knowledge".

Crystal's eyes narrow at his words as she looks around trying to find him. The window to her room lead to the garden so he had to be behind a bush somewhere. Where the hell was he?

"Where are you?" She more like demands making him laugh in amusement. She could even feel the mockery behind that laughter.

"Look up the tree close to the pond" he says after a while of laughter. Slowly, she looks at the large tree standing just across. Squinting her eyes through the darkness to see him.

And there he was.

Seated on the Sakura tree with a smirk on his face as he stared at the girl.

Crystal's jaw drops slightly, wondering how the hell he got there unnoticed.

"How did you.." she trails off watching as the smirk on his face turns into a grin.

"I can be very very quiet" he states licking his lips, "especially when I really want to see something".

Crystal could feel the blush crawling up her neck as she looked away. Thankful that she was too far away and it was dark enough to hide her blush.

"That night gown looks stunning on you. But it'd look better off.... And you'd look better under me" Hunter smirks and Crystal couldn't help the small giggle that escapes her. Quickly stiffening it by covering her mouth.

"Why are you here?" She says into the phone as he raises a brow chewing on the gum she just noticed was in his mouth.

"To see you of course"

"Well now you have. So bye" the small brunette grits out forcing a smile in which he returns mockingly.

"I can't do that. I need a strong dose of my favourite addiction. You" Crystal blushes at the statement.

"Why am I your addiction?" She stupidly asks. Mentally slapping herself for asking such a dumb question. But then again she really wanted to know why he was so interested in her so it wasn't entirely stupid.

Suddenly, she watches as his face drops from where she was standing. She wasn't sure if it was the lighting but she could have sworn his eyes had darkened a little.

"You're... the only one.... that makes them go... Away..." He whispers through the phone, eyes gazing intently into hers, "you're the first. Ever" he finishes the last part with a deep sigh which makes the girl squint.

If a person really wanted to get confused then Hunter was the right person to do the job. They? Who was they?

She's about to ask the question but he cuts her off instead.

"Go to sleep bunny"

Her eyes narrow, "why do you always call me that. I also browsed on what that Conejita meant and it translated to bunny girl. Do I look like a rabbit to you?" Crystal whisper yells clearly offended. She was genuinely confused on why he always liked to call her bunny related names.

"Your buck teeth. They're the most adorable thing I've ever seen" he grins making the girl flush pink for the nth time tonight looking down.

"And I'll get to see them every day.... Soon" this catches the girl's attention as she glances up at him with and annoyed look.

"What makes you say that? I'm never gonna date you.. you know" Crystal says smugly with raised brows as he smirks. Does he ever not smirk?

"I wasn't asking little girl..." He chuckles, "you already belong to me and no one else has a say on it. Not even you".

There's a way his voice deepens as he says this. Almost sinisterly that Crystal couldn't help but end the call creeped out. She watches as Hunter drops the phone from his ear, stuffing it in his jeans as his golden orbs stare at her.

Now scared and uncomfortable, Crystal backs away from the window closing it before walking over to her bed. She throws herself onto it, burying herself under the sheets as she tried not to think about what just happened tonight.

She belonged to him?

Crystal scoffs audibly.

"Well, we'll just see about that"

Crystal wakes up to the sound of yelling in the house. As well as things being thrown. Slowly pulling the covers off her, she looks towards the door where all the yelling sounds were coming from. And from the voices, she recognized them as Sakura and her dad.

What was going on?

Slowly getting off the bed, she drags herself towards the door. Placing her ear on the wood to see if she could make out what they were saying. They seemed to be down stairs so the voices we're muffled.

Crystal opens the door, hesitantly stepping out before making her way downstairs. She stops at the foot of the stairs watching the scene unfold.

It was Sakura and her father arguing as she had predicted. She didn't get the chance to hear any further as Sakura marched up towards her grabbing her wrist.

"Common Crystal, let's go. Pack your bags now we're leaving" Sakura says dragging Crystal up the stares.

"Wait.. Sakura-"

"Keep shut. Do as I say and pack your bags" Sakura snaps cutting the younger girl off before stepping into her room. Crystal goes into her room packing everything she needed. Changing her clothes after wards before meeting Sakura downstairs.

The blonde was still arguing with her father as Crystal got there.

"Face it Sakura, no matter where you go you'll always come back here. You need me!"

"Oh yeah? Well then we'll just see about that now shall we?" Sakura glances at Crystal standing at the bottom of the stairs before she grabs her arm pulling her towards the front door.

"Not you too Crystal" Uncle Gray says behind her and Crystal couldn't help but smile in guilt shrugging. She didn't really have a choice and he definitely knew that.

Once the two enter the car, Crystal couldn't help but ask what the matter was between the blonde and her dad. And just like every other time whenever Sakura was mad, she asks her to drop it. Clearly not wanting to talk about it.

Minutes pass and Crystal glances over at her cousin. She appeared a little calm now.

"Where are we going?" She asks hesitantly not wanting to upset the blonde. Just then, Sakura makes a turn before pulling up in front of a very large condo.

"We're here. The place we'll be staying before I get back enough brain power to return to that mad house" Sakura chuckles turning off the car and removing her seat belt.

"And where exactly is here?" Crystal asks with raised brows. This possibly couldn't belong her. So where exactly were they?

As if on queue, someone walks out of the front door in which Crystal recognizes as Hunter. The dark haired man proceeds to fold his large exposed arms since he was wearing a tank top, over his chest. Staring down at the two girls still in the car.

Crystal suddenly realizes just exactly where they were and she couldn't help the bile that rose up her stomach.

"We'll be staying at my boyfriend's from now on!" Sakura exclaims with a grin, glancing over at a very sick Crystal.
