Her hands were holding on to his tightly. He could see her bleeding from all over, severe fractures on her ribs through the torn dress she was wearing, blue bruises. He couldn't imagine the kind of pain she must be going through.
Auran did not wait any longer and took action immediately. He put her inside the tent and ran for help. Half the way he reached down, he got range in cell phone and he made the call to authorities to come with help and ambulance for a severely injured person.
At the same time, he dug a pit below the tree and hid her purple sword, her pouches, her jewels and her tiara. He was sure that she is not a simple person. He made sure he remembered the place well and buried them safely for people to never find it. He then waited for help and fed her with water again. It was getting colder and colder but luckily the wind had stopped and it did not rain. Her body temperature began to fall and it scared him more afraid that she might not make it. He was not aware that she is a Demoness but believed she could be a mutant like the ones he has seen in the X men movie series.
Half an hour the help arrived. Auran was glad and they carried her in the stretcher. With in an hour of time they reached the hospital and she was taken into the emergency section. The doctors came from her took her into the intensive care unit. They ran quick tests and informed Auran that she is severely injured but there is nothing else wrong so far. Doctors took her into the operation theatre next to do surgeries on the fractures but nobody knew why she fell into coma according to humans.
After hours of long surgeries and providing treatments, Volca was moved into a room. She had so many medications and equipments attached to her, to monitor her health every minute. Auran explained how he found her lying alone inside the forest and called for help. But he requested to not take him as the guardian since he is a student and is going back to the city soon.
The doctors understood him and let him go. But Auran showed up everyday. He could not easily let go. He wanted to know more. He was intrigued.
He waited everyday for her to wake up. Doctors said speaking to her about things she might be interested in might help her in speedy recovery. But he had no idea what her interests were. He just talked to her randomly about several things around the world. But he didn't know he was opening up to her in one way. He started sharing about his own worries, his experiences and food hoping she would be interested in food.
He did it all for two weeks, but then the college reopened and he had his project to deal with. He had no way to stay but leave since a new academic year was beginning and had the internship to complete. Then he never returned back for months, but even to his home for almost a year. Then he slowly forgot about her as his life got busy. Everything was back to normal. And he hoped that she would have returned back to her place safely.
