"Do you two know each other?" Jiah pulled Auran and Volca back to reality, looking at each at her son and Volca, who stood staring at each other.
"Er.. No ofocurse not," Volca said.
"Yeah, how are we supposed to know each other,?" Auran played along with Volca. Volca took a deep breath and looked Auran who extended his hands with an alluring smile on his face.
"Hi, am Auran," he introduced himself.
"Hara," Volca said and shook hands with him. Jiah looked excited and stood smiling wide.
"Hara is the sensation now, she is living with us, she rented your room, I have mentioned before remember, " Jiah informed her son.
Auran raised his brows. "Oh so this was the person you were talking about, amnesia and self made homebaker," Auran recalled.
"She just finished shooting a Christmas special episode for a channel. Jiah said proudly.
"You sound really proud as if she is your daughter, " Auran said and put his arms around his mother.
"Ofcourse am her guardian for how, 18 years old definitely needs a guardian," Jiah said and pulled Hara's hand hugging her, holding birth Auran and Hara in both her arms. "Auran take us to a good place for dinner," Jiah asked her son as they walked towards their car in the parking lot.
"How about a fancy restaurant tonight?" Auran asked and gave a quick glance at Volca who was lost in her thoughts as she walked. She did look pretty but since he has seen her real form, he worried about his mother. His curiosity to find what kind alien she is increased in his heart and he decided several things in his mind.
"Hara, where do you want to go?" he asked Volca.
"I am not used to dining out much, asking me won't help," she said the truth.
"She is right, she has not dined out much at all, all she does is baking, we just take her around the city, to a good restaurant and then find us a hotel to stay at,"
"I will pay," Volca said before hand. She did not want Jiah to spend money on her.
"That's a given," Auran said looking at her. Volca was not liking him much. The way he was being around her, made her feel uncomfortable, and some what disliked him. All because she is scared that he might reveal her truth. She couldn't believe that of all the people on earth, he had to be the one to know about her, Jiah's only loving son who she us proud. Volca felt tired and frustrated. She was careful every moment she spent with them.
Auran took them to hotel that also had a fine restaurant. Volca booked the room and Jiah made it into one suite since instead two. "What about Auran?" Volca asked.
"He will go back to the dorm, we are close the university anyway,' Jiah assured Volca and looked at Auran.
"Oh okay, I will just come early tomorrow, I will take you two to the nearby Aquarium and mall," he said. They got into the luxurious suite and looked outside the window. The beautiful night view of city. Sky scrapers, towers, traffic lights, billboards, nonstop vehicles passing by, shining bright light from everything. Volca's eyes grew wide and she felt excited. She smiled unknowingly and Auran noticed her expression. Anyone who looked at her could tell that this is her first time seeing something like this. He smiled and looked at his mother who was busy unpacking her bag to fresh up.
"Get ready and come downstairs, am starving, let's grab some dinner," he said and walked out of the suite.
