The Date

Jane's POV:

(This is amazing I never thought I would ride on a motorcycle especially with Jade driving I guess she has changed alot but more beautiful and dareing. Why do I feel so comfortable and like we never were separated to begin with.) *sigh* (Why does she seem so relaxed and like she's done this before? I don't know how many people she has had on this bike or how many girls she's had given rides to I feel like I should ask her friends maybe they know. I know she will tell me a short explanation and leave something out unless I'm very specific about what I want to talk about.) I leaned into her more and started to feel my heart speed up but we came to a stop and she started leaning against me more and I could feel her heart was going really fast but it slowed back down as she said, "We're here! Are you excited your not talking much?" I gave her a knowing smirk she's having way to much fun with this. Two can play that game but I need to figure out where she's going with this. "Are you ready to go in? If so let's go have some fun we don't want to keep them waiting to long or we'll be signed up for a whole night of teasing and sexual jokes. I'm used to it but you might not be." She smirked at me as she got up off the bike and held out her hand and smiled. I grabbed it and got off the bike and we headed in.

As we made it to the door and she snaked her hand around my waist and I'm stunned. (why around my waist? Is it just me or is she more comfortable with intimacy and affection? Maybe she's just making sure we don't get seperated again..... That must be it I mean I don't believe she'd have auternate meanings for this. It feels nice.) I decided to snake my hand around her waist and put two fingers in the side loop on her pants to see if she would have some kind of reaction to but nothing she was still smiling like nothing happened. ( This might be harder than it used to be but I can't be the only one who blushes tonight.)

Jades Pov:

( There's to many people here so many ways this could end bad if we get seperated I be damn if something happens to her and I loose her again then I'm screwed. I've missed her so much I'm not going to take any chances.) I looked down because I felt like something had tugged a little bit on my belt loop and noticed that she had put two fingers in it I smiled a little more but not enough to be greatly noticed because I'll see how the others react to it. We finally made it to the booth with Jasper and Alexis, Jasper nearly choked on his drink while Alexis was the first to speak up. "Well it didn't take long for you to state your claim on her huh?" I was confused but decided to say "Who stated their claim? What do you mean?" She snickered and said, " I was wondering who stole your heart and claimed it for themselve." I looked over to Jane and back to her hand and then at Alexis and realized what she was talking about. " Oh I suppose but I don't think you got the situation correct though but who knows." I sighed and said, " Jane this is Alexis Jasper's girlfriend you've met him when you came into the hotel. Alexis this is Jane we've been best friends since middle school she's very special to me and as for the one who stole my heart I'm pretty sure she doesn't feel that way about me but I could be wrong but thank you for the invite and you were right she loves the bike." I smiled and she laughed Jane looked confused but happy. "Would you like me to get you something to drink or anything darling?" I asked Jane and she said, "Yeah sure but I'm going with you as long as it's ok." I smiled and said, "Okie dokie but wouldn't you like to sit down for a minute?" I smiled and waited for a response then she spoke with a smirk, "Well yeah I would but not without you." I was stunned but stepped back and said, " Okie dokie then after you." She snickered and said, " We're not doing this again no need for formality especially tonight ok?" I put my hands up and said, " Okie dokie whatever you say Sugar." I smirked and started to walk toward the bar when I was suddenly grabbed by the wrist and pulled back the music suddenly changed from a guns and roses song to a Thousand years I looked at the person who grabbed me and said, "Do I know you sir?" it was a young guy who looked to be a little older than me but he reaked of beer he said, "come on you don't recognize me baby I feel a little hurt" " Ok and I don't care ofcorse I wouldn't recognize a bastard like you so do yourself a favor and back off before you end up hurt." " Now there's the fire that I used to know." "What do you mean I don't know you." "Ok I'll give you a hint what was the name of your ex?" "Oh great I don't have time for this!" Jane finally found me and said, "What's going on here? Are you ok Jade is this guy bothering you?" I smiled and said, "Hey Sugar I'm glad you showed up this is the ex I was telling you about over the summer a couple years ago, you remember hearing about Dusty right?" "Yeah but I recall you saying you dumped him because he kept trying to force you to do something you didn't want to so why is he here?" I said, "I'm not really sure he came up and grabbed me before I could reach the bar. Why are you here dude?" He looked pissed and said, "I finally found you I came here to ask if you'd give me another chance but seems you are pretty busy huh...? You must be her best friend of 8 years am I right? So this is the bitch you left me for the one who has a kid?" I was so angry That my eyes turned red and my face turned red aswell and without thinking I grabbed his hand with my free one and broke it he screamed and shouted as he hit his knees to the floor I reached out and grabbed his shirt and lifted him up to were his feet was a little bit off the ground and said, " For your information yes I dumped you for the fact I was tired of toying with your emotions because I only have loved one person and I thought if I told her that I fell for her in 9th grade then she'd reject me I was going to tell the person I fell for about it at the end of our junior year in highschool but I moved away again so I began to think that I lost my chance but I couldn't get her out of my head so I decided to give myself a distraction but instead of going out with someone that I knew I decided to go out with the person that was physically infront of me at that moment and that was the only fucking reason that I went out with you. Just for the record and you better get this stuck in your head Never EVER CALL HER A BITCH OR ANYTHING ELSE EVER AGAIN OR IF YOU DO YOU'LL END UP IN THE HOSPITAL AS A FUCKING VEGETABLE!" Jane ran up to me and put one arm around my waist and the other one on my other arm and said, " Jade come on that's enough." she said in a very soft voice right next to my ear. I didn't move and she said, "Jade put him down I'm sure he gets it now come on let's finish this double date and we'll go home to talk about this later. Let him go please." She kissed the back of my neck and he dropped. He scampered to his feet and ran through the crowd and everyone else shouted at him in disgrace and hate as he left they all shouted out in joy as I was standing still wondering what just happened my vision was blurry and I felt like I was drunk my body started to buckle and I felt someone steady me and I felt my head go forward and land on their shoulder. I closed my eyes and focused on their heart beat and we stood still as I registered what all happened I decided to wrap my arms around them and reopened my eyes to see everyone went back to talking amongst themselves and the sound of the music was soft and slow when I decided to look up at who was there and saw Jane smiling at me and said, " Do you feel any better now?" I blushed and said, "What happened? Why are we on the dance floor? Why do I feel drunk even though I'm pretty positive I didn't drink anything yet?" She started laughing and I was confused. "Well a lot has happened within the past hour or so but the most shocking thing that happened was seeing you lift a guy up off the ground and drop alot of curse words at him because he called me a bitch. Speaking of the rest of the conversation we need to talk about why he said you left him for me." I was shocked but said, "Ok do you mean now or after we're done here? Am I introble or something?" She looked stunned but leaned forward and whispered in my ear and said, "Not really but I'm pretty sure you don't want me to start kissing you in public infront of everyone here unless that's changed aswell over the past couple years but I don't think it has by the way your blushing right now but don't get me wrong I'm still extremely tempted." She pulled away a little bit and I leaned forward and said, "We need to return to the others but before we do let's get our drinks first." I kissed her on the corner of her mouth and said, "Told you it was going to be a fun and interesting night." I grabbed her hand and led her to the bar we were greeted by one of my bosses he is a middle aged man and he said, "Well look who we got here the mistress of danger and the best damn bodyguard you'll ever find in this city. How've you been doing Jade and who's this lovely lady here I didn't know you had a sister she's really pretty. Hi my name's Derick what's yours tuts? Are you taken if not would you like to have some fun at my place?" Jane said, "Bodyguard huh I kinda expected that but a mistress I didn't expect that you don't act like one. The names Jane I'm not her sister but as far as your concern yes I'm taken." I smirked and looked back to him and said, "I'm doing well and enjoying my vacation." "Well that's good and a bit of a bummer may I ask who your seeing because I bout garrantee that I'm ten times better than him in more ways than just one if you catch my drift." I started growling when Jane said, "I'm afraid we're going to have to agree to disagree because I think that having a girlfriend with the title of mistress of danger is a very unique and magnificent individual beyond compare." "Wait you like girls well that sucks and you have a girlfriend with the same title as Jade's that's cool I'd love to meet her at some point maybe the next mixer or something. What's she like?" Jane leaned against me with her arms around me and turned me to her and said, "I'm sorry sir as much as I'd love to introduce her to you I'm afraid y'all already met now ain't that right my dear let's finish ordering our drinks so we can get back to our date shall we?" She kissed me on the lips and I kissed her back we broke away from each other and smirked as we saw his mouth drop open before he walked away then we started laughing once we ordered our drinks we went back to our seats hand in hand and silent acationaly we would look at each other and blush but not say a word until we sat down and was bombarded by different questions about what happened then we went home after I nearly broke somebody's arm for touching me inappropriately.
