Deku's POV

"Don't worry be happy," we were all singing along with Jiro's music laughing all the way back to class.

"I wish I knew you two loved music so much," Jiro laughed happily. "And you two can actually sing! We should all do Karaoke like all the time," she halfway teased. I think she was worried that we were going to turn her down or make fun of her for it.

I smile really big then Kacchan leans on my shoulder, looks at her and growls, "Only if you're ready to lose 'like all the time'." He couldn't keep a straight face though and his face lit up before he started laughing again. Jiro watched with what I could only describe as wonder as she happily fired her own comebacks at him.

"Uraraka is really good with hard rock music or even better at Celtic metal and Iida does an amazing pop/rap. We can make it a regular thing. It will actually help with my quirk training too!" I smile really big at her

"How would it help you with your quirk?" She asked, slightly confused.

"I could better control my fire either with intensity or area by training my breathing method," I shrugged as if it were obvious, because to me it is.

"Oh that makes sense!" She cheered, kind of making me wonder if I could somehow upgrade my classmates' quirks. Of course not actually but maybe I could find a way to make them stronger and more agile. Theoretically our class could be the strongest class and then the strongest graduating class. Then we could pick and choose where we want to go and have more control on when and where. It would make meeting up easier or even working together. Hell if we were strong enough we could start our own hero agency and work together so that not only Kacchan and I would be the top two heros but we could run the number one agency in the world.

Bakugo's POV

Deku is in his own little world and I hear him muttering about everyone getting stronger and making a hero agency ourselves. I can only smile at him and Jiro looks more than slightly concerned.

"Do you think our class could actually be the strongest heroes in the world one day? Like Midoriya is talking about?" She looked up at me with her eyes wide.

"If Deku is in charge then there isn't a doubt in my mind," I smile and I watch as her face lights up and she quickly walks over to the rest of the Baku squad and starts talking excitedly. Something tells me that Deku isn't going to have any trouble convincing our class to join us in our training.

We finished the course and then we were given the last hour of class to work on our math assignment in case any of us actually needed help. To be fair it is a little odd how easy the homework was. When Deku and I finished we went ahead and turned it in at Aizawa's desk before going back to our own and working on our other homework. I think Deku and I are the only ones who found the assignment easy though, but to be fair we hold the top two ranks in class.

When class was over I decided to finish the last couple of questions on the page, History. Can't say I'm a fan but it is way better than our English assignment. I already finished the rest of my homework so I would only have the one paper to work on when we got back and it wasn't due for a couple days. I figure I could write the rough draft before dinner tonight and worry about the editing tomorrow. Then that will leave plenty of time to train or hang out.

Yep, I'm going soft. I tried to shake the thought out of my head when I packed my bag and turned in the History assignment before waiting on Deku. When I turned around I saw him scribbling away his bag already packed and soon enough he was standing up smiling turning in his paper as well.

"Shitty nerd," I huff but I couldn't help smiling. I finished the assignment before he could, that had to say something right? Wrong.

"Sorry, I kept getting distracted." He apologized, great so I only finished first because something distracted him. I felt my cheeks tint pink as an image of my back filled my mind and I could see my own muscles glide almost effortlessly under my clothes.

"Really, well maybe we can fix that back at the dorm? We can work on the English assignment then too?" I asked, feeling the heat spread from my ears down my neck. No, I will not let it reach my face. I will not walk around blushing like a weak, innocent-.

My thoughts came to a screeching halt when I saw Deku bend over to tie his shoelaces. Of course he had to bend at the hip instead of kneeling like everyone else. I decided that now is a good time to get revenge and send him the image of his ass, I heard him squeak before kneeling down to finish what he was doing. But not before I saw him blushing like a fucking idiot. Yep that did him good. I can't push the image out of my mind, sending it again from memory. I watched his face turn scarlet as I bit my lower lip. Crap, well that backfired.

Kirishima's POV

I can't believe that both Bakubro and Midoriya already finished the assignment and it looks like they may have finished the history assignment as well. Maybe they could help me understand? Wait wasn't Jiro talking about making our own hero agency run by the two of them? If that's the case then we can't fall behind in our classes. Goodbye bottom of the class testing I will not miss you. I will study as if my life depends on it. I will not disappoint Bakubro and Midoriya, otherwise they might not let me train with them anymore!

My days as a slacker are over! I grab Kaminari and Jiro and we head to the dorms leaving the two love birds alone. When we are finally alone I tell them my plan.

"So you're saying that in order to join their agency we would have to have top grades so that we can actually be the best and support them, not weigh them down?" Jiro asked, making sure she understood what I was saying.

"It kind of makes sense, why would they want to carry us if they could find others better at the job. That's what everyone else does." Kaminari responded, surprising me a bit, I nodded my agreement.

"In that case we will have to study like all the time and find ways to remember it better. Maybe we could ask Momo for help?" Jiro thought out loud.

I shook my head no, "Asking for help is okay but we can't depend on others to get us there or we will just end up weighing them down anyway. Let's meet in my room. I have an idea and I don't need to meet Bakubro and Midoriya until after dinner. So we can plan on studying together everyday after school until dinner and then maybe meet up again after training but before bed."

"Honestly I like that idea better. I hate looking stupid and being ranked last in our class. The thought of getting smarter and stronger, well it's more than appealing." Kaminari sighed. I didn't know he knew such big words let alone how to use them.

"Jiro can you send a text to Sero and Mina and then we will have the whole Baku squad together?" I ask her before adding, "It doesn't help that we are also the dumbest ones in class it stings that Mineta is number 9. Jiro is the only one of us that had better grades than him." I groaned a little and they flinched more than a bit. "That's our goal then, to raise ourselves above the pervert and make him see we will be the number one hero agency! We will make Bakubro proud and then we will be top heros! Everyone will know our names!" I announced and they actually cheered. We quickly go to our rooms and it's not long before Kaminari, Jiro, Mina and Sero are at my door. Let the battle begin.

Deku's POV

I can't help thinking that it is odd that all of Kacchan's friends disappeared after class but they seem to be giving him space whenever he is around me. Maybe they are doing it on purpose? That kind of makes sense actually. If memory serves, Mina and Sero were flirting all the time, maybe they are dating too?

I look up at Kacchan as we are walking back to the dorms and send him an image of my door number, I see him smile and ever so slightly nod his head. English is going to have to be finished quickly!

We went to our separate rooms and gathered our things, changing into more comfortable clothes that we could train in later and I made sure the area was maybe just a little cleaner before I heard a knock on my door. "Kacchan it's open, I'm just putting away a few things to give us more room to work!" I yell towards the door hearing it open. "I'll be right back, I know you don't like all of my All Might merch staring at you all the time so I'm just putting a few away. Go ahead and get your stuff set up and we can start as soon as I get back," I called again from the closet I was in, stacking my collectables on a shelf.

"Great, so I was thinking about using 'Where the Red Fern Grows' for my report have you given any thought to yours?" I asked before walking into the room to find both Kacchan and Todoroki standing there. "Oh, Todoroki. What are you doing here?" I asked, I am a little confused now.

"Well I wanted to apologise for today I didn't think before answering Eraserhead and I'm told that you two had to have an extra lecture because of it. Truly I am sorry." Todoroki bowed, staying bent at a 90 degree angle. I know he didn't mean to cause trouble, it's the reason our laughing fit worked to calm me down. Otherwise I would have still had it out with him.

"I know you didn't mean to cause us any trouble. I accept your apology, thank you." I tell him, smiling. I meant it too, I'm glad I was able to calm down and think about it rationally. Todoroki stood up and smiled before looking at Kacchan and bowed his head to him as well. Although not as low as he had to me but it was enough that it made him uncomfortable.

"You heard Deku, WE accept your apology," Kacchan growled trying to turn away before he could do something embarrassing. He thankfully didn't stay long saying he wanted to finish his math assignment while it was still fresh in his head and left closing the door behind him.

Kacchan and I looked at each other for a second before we just smiled at each other. We quickly sat down and started working on the assignment. Honestly it was just a short report on one of the books we were assigned to read over the last month so it's not like we were overly weighed down by it.

Once I finished writing the last paragraph I looked up to see that he wasn't too far from being done himself. Once he was done we traded papers and marked each other's errors to rewrite tomorrow. Honestly it will probably be the best English assignment either of us have ever completed. I read over my assignment seeing that many of the errors were simple things like commas and semicolons much the same as his, before putting the paper away for tomorrow.

We look at each other and I motion towards my bed to see Kacchan smile. I really want to cuddle!

Bakugo's POV

My heart lurched when I saw Deku motion towards his bed. I can't help the smile on my face before getting up and sitting on the edge next to him. Damn, his large green eyes are beautiful. "I love you Zuki," I whisper barely registering that I had spoken out loud at all.

"I love you too Kacchan," he leaned into my hand that I hadn't even realized was on his cheek until now.

I pull him close and give him a small sweet kiss before looking into his large eyes again. I could feel my heart ache and it was nothing like when the tree fell down. It was like I was being tugged towards him and if I fought it I could only feel regret and guilt, but if I followed the tug; I felt his arms circle around me, his lips pressed against mine and my hands could pull him in close. I followed the tug and at some point we lay on his bed, still dressed. Just kissing each other softly, gently and I was praying that I didn't somehow mess this up. The way his lean, sculpted body pressed against mine was almost too much but at the same time, not. We were only kissing, cuddling a little and holding each other tight; yet it was probably one of the most amazing things we have ever done together.

It's not long that I am pulled from the haze of my thoughts when the alarm on my phone starts going off to check on the chilli. Damn I forgot all about it. Well that was the reason for the alarm in the first place.

I looked at Deku smiling at his sweet face as he waited for me to tell him what was going on. "It's time to check on the chilli and serve it. Dinner time." I want to groan, I want to be angry but I can't. Not with Deku looking at me with those big eyes of his.

He smiled, "Good thing I'm hungry or I would tell you to let it burn." I can't help laughing at that and we both make our way to the kitchen, our hair a little messed up but we were still presentable.

"Could you just text everyone that dinner is ready while I get down the bowls and spoons?" I watched him nod and we went about our task. First I stirred the chilli, it was perfect of course. Then while I was getting the bowls and spoons out he brought out the crackers and sour cream and shredded cheese. This is just too nice, we kept looking at each other grinning and chuckling whenever we would catch the other one starring.

Kirishima's POV

I walked into the kitchen finding Bakubro and Midoriya being all sappy and smiling like a couple of love sick puppies while they worked serving the bowls together. It was really cute and I just let a bunch of our classmates pass me while I watched them probably for too long. I am love sick too but I don't even know if he is gay or not. I stifle the sigh about to leave my lips before grabbing my own bowl and loading it up with toppings and a handful of crackers. The notebook in my hand was not forgotten as I sat down at the table and continued to work on my history homework while I ate the wonderful meal.

It was the plan to try and finish our homework before training and then afterwards we would study on material that we had barely passed that led up to the current stuff. I figure this way we could build on what we know and the next lesson wouldn't be so hard. I looked over the next several chapters in our math book and we will definitely need the old lessons to pass. With history though that was harder.

It was actually Kaminari who came up with the best plan, and that was to just read it front to back. I vaguely remember Bakugo doing that in the first couple of weeks of the year and when I asked him about it he said, "Now it won't take me by surprise." I didn't understand what he meant at first but I think I do now. History can be kind of interesting at least the parts before people got quirks. Everyone had to do everything themselves or find a way to make it work.

I glanced over at Jiro who was also working on her History and I asked about question 15 making sure that we both actually understood what they were asking. I have to get done quickly. Dinner will be over soon and I still have so much to do!

Deku's POV

That's odd, all of Kacchan's friends are working on homework during dinner. They all thanked us for the food and were liberal with the compliments but it didn't take long for them to get absorbed in their homework again. Most were working on history but Kaminari was still working on math.

"Kaminari are you done with your history homework?" I asked him hoping he wasn't having too much trouble.

"Hmm? Oh yeah I finished that in class. It's like the only subject I'm good at. I've been working on Math since school let out. Don't worry I get it now, it's just the formula gets a little confusing so I was trying to go over it again before finishing." He smiled at me.

"Maybe if you are all done with your homework you could join us training then? We are going to be waiting another 30 minutes after we eat so our food can settle anyway." I asked him, glancing at Kacchan who smiled in response.

"If you are willing to let ME check your work that is?" Kaminari seemed to look up at Kacchan in awe when he said that.

"Yes! I know, I know you'll blow it up if it's stupid but at this point it would be easier just to start over if I'm doing it wrong." Kaminari smiled happily as he quickly went back to work, this time with a smile on his face.

"Bro, will you check ours too?" Kirishima asked even though he was working on his history homework at the moment. "I'm pretty sure I have it right but just in case, you know? The squad has been studying and working together since we got back to the dorms."

"Uh," Kacchan froze, not expecting them to take him up on his offer.

"It's okay Kacchan I'll help, I'll even burn it if it is crazy wrong too." I smile, happy to see him not only helping his friends but seeing his friends grow from it as well. I just have a good feeling about this.

"Okay then right after dinner go and get it and we will look over it," he smiled at me. I think he forgot that he was talking to his friends though.

"Great!" Kirishima smiled really big before returning to his own homework. I blinked, since when did they work so hard on their homework? I shrug the thought away, returning to my own dinner.

It wasn't long before the crockpot was empty and I set it in the sink letting it soak while we finished eating. I could overhear Iida talking about how proud he was that they were taking their studies seriously as he talked to Uraraka who suggested that they all work hard to finish before bed so they could ask us to check it for them as well. Everyone seems to be studying hard tonight.

Bakugo's POV

Something smells fishy, they might be extras but they are my extras. And they don't study unless it's to keep from failing out. I narrowed my eyes trying to study them but they were actually working hard on their homework as they ate. What are they up to?

I decide to ignore it. Knowing our teacher, Eraserhead, probably told them that if they didn't raise their grades he would expel them. That sounds like something he would do, it's not the first time he threatened as much anyway.

Honestly it is kind of sad, they can all work so hard and well when they actually try. They might have even been able to beat Glasses, not me or Deku of course but four eyes is #3 of our class so they could easily get there. Of course during our first midterms I wasn't expecting the extras to actually be somewhat smart so him and the ponytail chick had pulled ahead of me and Deku. Never again! We raised our grades and Deku went from 4 to tied for 1 with me. The chick had a meltdown when she found it she wasn't 1 anymore.

Deku and I quickly clean the dishes leaving the crockpot with fresh, hot soapy water to soak until after we were done training and went to the common area to find Kirishima, Mina, Jiro, Kaminari and Sero busy working on their homework sitting on the couches their math sitting in front of them on the coffee table.

I walk over and grab one, it's Kirishima's. I take a pen and mark the only one that he got wrong so that he could look it over. I also circled the part of the formula that he had gotten wrong before picking up the next one, Jiro's. They each managed to get a different problem wrong but it was done that same way. Deku gave a short lecture on how to avoid it, because it was an easy mistake to make but also an easy one to avoid.

When we were finally done Kiri and Kami were both ready for training but the rest of my fucking extras were nowhere to be found.

"Oi, where are the others?" I growled at Kiri.

"Uh, I don't think they knew they were invited?" He made it sound like a question instead of an answer.

"They worked so hard though, I was hoping that they wanted to come." Deku pouted.

"You heard him, get their asses down here so we can go!" I hissed and both Kiri and Kami pulled out their phones and it was almost like I blinked and they were all standing in front of me.

"We were going to train anyway, we just didn't want to barge in." Mina cheered, jumping around ready for the challenge.

"Yay let's go then!" Deku was practically bouncing ready to go, I couldn't stop my eyes from wandering down his back inspecting his tight muscles as we went to the training grounds.

Kirishima's POV

It was a little surprising how mad Bakubro was that the rest of the Baku squad wasn't planning on coming. We had planned for them to watch from a distance and train trying to use similar methods as what we were doing so that they could eventually join us. The scowl that used to mask his face was back only briefly though once he looked at Midoriya his whole face softened and wait, was he checking him out?

I was following behind them and sure enough Midoriya was leading our group and Bakubro was inspecting every inch of his form from behind. Does this mean that they finally got the alone time they needed? I inspected their walk, no. If the books I have read are anywhere close to right they should at least be stiff, at least one of them anyway. So they must have been all lovey-dovey instead.

Training was much like this morning but with more people. They actually assigned workouts to the others to see if they could handle it. Sero was practically lifting weights only it was boulders and he was using his tape. Can't say I envy him he was sweating in no time.

Mina was literally dumping her acid to see how much she could actually make. Then they had her doing laps and after each lap she was supposed to dump however much more of her acid as she could. Jiro was blasting music on one side and using the other to listen through the ground. Just to see if she could do both and when they found out she could she was told she was in charge of keeping the music going the whole time we trained regardless of what else happened. Then she was given an intense workout; Squats, push ups, planks, running. At first I thought it was boring until I realized she had to keep the music going full blast the whole time. Then I realized they are pushing her endurance like they were having us do this morning.

Kaminari was set at the pond, (we were not at the USJ but a much smaller version at the school) with several dead toy boats. I couldn't help listening in.

"So what you need to do is power each of these boats while they are in the water. One at a time you will send enough power through the water to make the boat go. Then after you get it to work you add another one and another one until you either run out of boats or until you are just short of your limit. Then I want you to keep the current going until we are done training. The goal is to finish training without you short circuiting yourself. Do you understand?" Midoriya asked him before showing him the sack of toy boats he brought with us. How did I not notice the bag? I was probably studying Bakubro too much.

"So I fail if I short circuit but not if I can't get all the boats in the water?" Kami asked, taking one of the boats studying it carefully.

"Well it's not really a test but the goal is to make us not only stronger but able to last. If you can fry the enemy that is great but it doesn't help if you have to be saved yourself." Midoriya answered sheepishly. I vaguely remember him getting the same lecture from Eraserhead. So I guess he is putting what he has learned into practice. I look down at his hands remembering how devastated he was when he learned he couldn't break his hands again or they would never heal again. I freeze, his hands didn't have any scars on them anymore. How? When?

"Hey Red are you ready? We are doing the same thing as this morning so you need to pay attention." Bakubro snapped me out of my thoughts. I nodded and looked down to see a large pile of rocks at my feet.

This time we would be staying on the ground and I would have to find my own ammo. The goal is that not only can I take the impacts of their attacks but also attack at the same time. My aim is horrible but by the end of our training I should be a sharpshooter when it comes to these stones.
