CHAPTER 327: That Is Why They Were Beautiful

"You what?!?"

They couldn't believe their ears.

"I told you to send me your mana fires at the same time. The same way I gave you the mana of light in specs of light, you will do just the same."

"We were already in pain when you sent that to us," Willow worriedly said.

"Yes but it would hurt lesseer if we do it at the same time because I will have to face it only once. You do understand what I am saying right now, right?"

Thinking deeper, it made sense.

If Saphira were to accept things one at a time, she will have to feel th epain six times.

It may be lesser but it will take longer.

If she were to feel the pain then she'd rather have it all at once and get it over with faster.

"How did you come up with this?"

They took it as a natural thting that the light ability could be accepted by them since they held the highest abilities among the ranks.

But they didn't know it would be the same the other way around.

"As I gave you the mana of the light ability I felt even more connected to your abilities. I mean I even caught a glimpse of your own mana pools."

They all stared at her in shock, "You did what?"

"I don't know why as well but I did and that made me realize, the connection between all these elements and the light ability was just that strong. The resonance the light ability has allowed me to actually connect to you that deeply."

It was unbelievable for them but isn't this the same when it comes to the darkness?

Once one has darkness within them, then the more resonance the dark ability will have with them.

So why did they never think that the light ability will have such effect as well?

"No wonder we felt so weak against them," Drake commented.

"That's right, that is also what I felt when I first realized these things. I mean it was supposed to be the opposing power but why is it that it seems too lacking as compared to the dark ability?"

She chuckled, "It was because we all have the same thought. Light ability was the strongest against the darkness. It can stand against darkness that in the end we all felt the same. It could stand alone. But that was never the case. Light ability can work together with the rest. It doesn't have to be on its own."

They each nodded their heads in understanding and agreement.

Saphira was right, this is the most logical thing to think but at the same time, the one that could be neglected the most.

"Can you handle it?" Hunter asked her.

"I can and I will. Because I finally found a chance for all of us. A chance to fight back properly and win."

Her resolution made all of their complaints die in their throats. They no longer had the desire to actually stop her.

Seeing as they finally felt the same as her, she made them surround her.

"Just give me purest mana fire you can produce and don't hold back."

The only exception to this is Felix, who was the same attribute as her.

The rest did things at the same time, sending her the specs of mana fire and allowed it to be absorbed by the mana of light that was surrounding her.

"It is not exactly being absorbed, more like her mana was swallowing ours," Drake spoke after they were done withs ending her the amount that she needed.

"Yeah, she was devouring them making them completely her own," Hunter answered.

"Then I guess what we can do now is to ensure that the light ability will be ours to own," Nixon commented nest.

He was referring to the mana of light that they absorbed. As of this moment, they were still unable to completely take it in as their own.

There was still a bit left that was simple lingering around their mana and not completely combining with their mana.

With a nod, they walked back a bit but wass still sitting in circle around Saphira, who has her eyes closed now, she was frowning and sweating but she didn't utter a single moan of pain. Instead she remained quiet ttelling them that she can endure it.

And so they sat down on the ground and closed their own eyes, they were now in the process of completely taking in the light ability and combining it with theirs.

As they did these, their beasts were also training their own strengths. Vermilion Bird has already given them the mana, now they are also in process of absorbing it completely.

They are also in a circle form surrounding their hosts.

So at the moment, there are two circles surrounding Saphira.

Vermilion Bird was flying above them, he can't enter at the moment or he will cause disruption on Saphira and Lily's concentration and might cause damage. So he opted with watching from above.

As he did he could feel warmth spreading all over the place they were training at.

It was the warmth that will make one calm and peaceful.

The complete contrast of what they had been experiencing on the lands infested with darkness. It makes one feel cold and gloomy.

It didn't take long for their parents and siblings to come. They were the only ones allowed to check at the eight of them who are training.

"It's warm," Carmilla commented.

After she found out the truth, she was in her most depressed moments but as soon as she got close to where they are training. She felt light and at peace.

Archie, who was the same as her, placed his arm around her shoulder and agreed, "It is indeed warm."

All of them silently stood on the side, watching all eight of them strengthen themselves.

"They are all beautiful," Felissa spoke.

"Too beautiful for this wicked world," Reginald answered.

Somehow everyone silently agreed.

These eight are too beautiful for this tainted world.

Tainted that it caused all of them torture beyond words, yet all of them stood tall and got back up their feet without letting this torture to pull them down and make them give up.

That is why they were beautiful, because they didn't give up.
