CHAPTER 331: She Is Beautiful

Lerissa giggled at the reminiscence of the past.

"She was enthusiastic when she told me, 'I came here to learn not to pity you when you are not pitiful at all.' She never pitied me nor did she feel bad I was always cooped up in my own laboratory. Instead she was... 'I look up to you at how you can give your everything to what you do. How you pour all your love to it. Others may criticize you but you never find fault with them. You are an amazing person so don't look down on yourself.'"

When she realized she talked to much, Lerissa covered her mouth.

Saphira smiled happily, "Yeap that truly is my sister."

"She is beautiful, inside and out. No matter what, that is how I see her," Lerissa spoke with seriousness.

"I do too," Saphira replied after her initial shock from Lerissa's words.

"And so... why did you look for us. It doesn't seem like the others knew of it, seeing as you are alone right now," Gideon went back to their topic.

"Yes, there is something I wished for the two of you to do. Not even the king or the rest should know."

Seeing her serious look, both looked at one another before nodding their heads.

"The things is..."

Once they heard everything, both had a shock look on their faces.

"Are you serious?" Gideon asked.

"I am and so I need you to be discrete about everything. No matter what don't do it in large numbers. One by one is good enough."

"But don't you think that... we could be..." Gideon continued.

Saphira smiled in helplessly, "Who knows. I couldn't know of it myself. I simply wanted to prepare. Whether or not this is known, while we still can. Let's just do what we have to do."

Gideon sighed and looked at Lerissa, "Are you okay?"

"It is an overwhelming information but I think I am fine," she answered.

"Then do you have the names?" Gideon asked again.

"I'll send it to you through Lily or Vermilion Bird, I need time. I just felt I needed to inform you as early as possible."

Gideon once again nodded his head, "I understand. Let's do it then. Allow us to take part in the burden that you all are carrying."

Lerissa smiled at her in acknowledgement.

"Thank you."

"So what is this all about?"

Reginald asked.

Somehow all eight actually called for a meeting towards the seven families.

More like six of them did.

Ridge and Felix were simply tag alongs.

The heads of each family and their parents, if they were not the head, were in the conference hall.

A platform in front and rows of seats one level higher than the row before it.

Their number wasn't high but the meeting room is still small for it.

"Well basically father, we all are here for some kind of confession."

Hunter frowned obviously not liking the word he had just used.

"Confession?"

"There was never a rule about inter family marriage between the seven families. That is why Saphira and I were engaged. But two families are one thing..."

His frown deepened.

The whole room was silently waiting for what else he has to say.

"Why am I the one doing this?" he asked Saphira who was beside him.

Saphira laughed, "You're the crown prince?"

"I mean why must we do this with all the families present? Can't we just have it between the two families involved?"

Saphira was amused, simply put, it was her who told him to "confess" to the rest of the families that they were all couples.

Just that it was not necessary, she was actually just teasing him.

Beacause to be more precise, what they will really speak of right now is about their plans. The confession about the coupples are just some additional information.

"Go on, Nixon," she called seeing how Hunter was really not liking the idea and seeing as he realized she was just playing with him.

"Uhmmm we are confessing that Drake and Willow are a couple..."

Nixon started.

There are a few who was shock but the involved families were no longer shock as Drake had already told his family. He also already talked to Willow's father.

"And.. uhmmm... she and I are a couple?"

He pointed at Stormie and at himself while saying this.

Saphira burst into laughter, joined by Ridge and Felix.

"Why are you saying it as if you are not sure?"

And there it is, Stormie instantly exploded.

"I mean, I just realized we have not spoke about it towards our family," Nixon replied.

"Geez, great way in confessing then," Stormie rolled her eyes.

"Then how would you have said it then?" Nixon didn't back down.

To be honest, he suddenly felt shy when he was already in the middle of it.

He was thinking that it was easy while Hunter was starting but when it was already his turn, he turned shy all of a sudden.

Well, as everyone could see, the two of them loves bickering so it was not really evident that they are already together.

As they bicker, the rest of the families turned to their parents and grandparents.

Shock was visible in their faces and soon Chester Celeste, Nixon's grandfather, massaged his temples.

He looked at Nixon's parents.

Kiera and Leo Celeste.

"Were there signs?"

The parents shook their heads before Leo looked at Ernest Fletcher, Stormie's father.

"Uhmmm is there where I am supposed to apologize for his current behavior?"

Ernest laughed before looking at his wife Regina Fletcher.

"I mean, Stormie was never as energetic as she is towards your son as compared to the others. Isn't this a good thing?"

"Oh we are going to be in-laws," Regina happily said to Kierra.

"There were no signs but it seems exciting, their life will never get boring," Kierra replied.

Reginald and the rest were obviously happy to see this but they can tell this wasn't all that these kids wanted at the moment.

"Okay, that's enough both of you," Chester sighed.

"We will talk about this once this meeting is over."

Stormie and Nixon stopped instantly.

Noticing that sweat appeared on her face, Nixon frowned and pulled out a handkerchief.

"You use too much of your energy just to retort, look at you sweating now."

He wipe the sweat himself while Stormie was pouting.

"Ooooh, exciting indeed," Regina spoke to Kierra.

Saphira and the rest were even more amused seeing the reactions of the parents.

"And..."

They turned to Reginald.

"What is it that you really want to say at this moment."

Saphira looked at each of them before raising a finger.

"There is only one thing we all wanted to say to you.
