CHAPTER 340: I Am Proud Of All Of You

Stormie felt her body go light while she seemed to see a thin layer of light covering her left shoulder.

"This..."

"You want to finish this right? Then finish it, I will support you no matter what," Saphira spoke again.

Stormie smiled as she rushed in to attack.

Willow was shock when she saw this, she can clearly see how Stormie's movements turned sluggish after receiving that wound. But now she was attacking with more vigor than before.

Though worried, she still has to face the plants in order for Stormie to attack without worrying about distractions.

"I thought you were a selfless person, but I guess I was entirely wrong. You are the most selfish person I have ever met," Stormie spoke when she finally got the chance to get close to Fiona, whose whole body sprouted different kinds of attacking flowers.

"Shut up," Fiona spoke but even her voice was already distorted that it sounded like it was coming from a demonic beast instead.

"You always see the faults of others while not seeing your own fault. You act as if you were always right, you were always kind but you were never one. I can clearly remember how much you acted back then but thinking back, your eyes always showed how much you hated what you were doing. As a child we didn't even notice it but as an adult, it was very clear. You are nothing but a hoax."

Fiona growled as she attacked again. But due to Saphira's help, itallowed Stormie to be able to see the attacks better and defend and attack back just fine.

Willow was looking at her in shock, Stormie was doing much better than before.

One plant after another, Stormie was able to cut down the flowers that sprouted from Fiona's body.

"The reason why you were never loved."

Then a pause from Stormie.

"The reason why even now you are being used to hide the real one, to not show the enemies that he himself has a weakness."

Stormie spoke the next words, but the words actually came from Saphira.

Though confused, Stormie said as she was told.

"Shut up… Shut up… SHUUT UUUUP!!!!!"

Fiona blindly attacked while Stormie continued her counter seeing clearly the openings that Fiona ended up showing because of losing her mind.

"I pity you."

Fiona's whole body trembled when Stormie spoke of this.

"You never had the love you wished and even tried to make one be attached to you alone yet here you are. The one you loved just played with you and the one you hurt and traumatized was able to found love himself. He was able to find someone he can cherish despite what you have done."

This one came from Stormie this time.

"My lord!!! Help me my lord!!!"

Stormie simply watched her call out to the person she had been clinging to since they reappeared in Stormie and the rest's lives.

Hearing no reply or even a slight feeling that Ardel was watching her, Fiona felt like a joke in front of these people.

Fiona wanted to get mad but, in the end, tears dropped from her eyes instead. Stormie looked straight in her eyes, the color changed from violet to black, without the whites on the side. Her eyes were completely black now.

It was both eerie and pitiful due to the tears that she was shedding.

Just then Willow defeated her accompanying beast, causing her strength to drop drastically.

"If only you loved yourself more than others, paid attention to yourself more than those whom you are jealous with. Then maybe you will be able to see that there are people who loved you genuinely."

After saying this, Stormie pierced her body with her sword.

"No… one…. loves… me…"

Fiona spoke as black blood flowed through the wound and from her mouth.

Stormie shook her head, "I did love you genuinely wishing for you to be my real sister. I told you, it was you who was not looking properly."

Using her wind ability, letting it pass through the blade of her sword and just like spikes, it pierced Fiona's flesh from within.

Fiona slowly closed her eyes.

Stormie took a deep breath, she wanted to blame Fiona and speak more for Nixon who suffered a lot. But as she kept talking, she found that instead of anger, what she's feeling is actually pity.

The complete contrast of what she was feeling when she said she wanted to fight Fiona.

"I'm proud of you."

A smile appeared on her lips when Nixon spoke and complimented her.

"I am proud of all of you," Saphira followed.

"Now get out there and help everyone else."

With that, she felt her connection with Saphira being cut. Together with their connection with each other.

Stormie stretched before suddenly remembering that she was deeply hurt.

Yet at this moment, she does not feel anything at all.

Her eyes went wide when she looked at her shoulder.

Not just her but Willow as well, who came close to her to see if she really was fine.

Her clothes were in tatters but her wound was gone.

Other than the amount of blood that drenched her shirt, there was nothing else.

"Is that?" Willow asked.

"It was Saphira, somehow she was able to support me while I was fighting with Fiona a while ago. And it became easier for me to go on fighting when I started thinking about Fiona, not with hatred but with genuine desire to let her rest."

Willow defeating Fiona's accompanying beast allowed Stormie to have an upper hand but the other factors were what helped her even more.

"She can even do that now?" Willow asked.

"I guess, she cut off the connection now. She must have been worried about us," Stormie sighed.

They somehow understood the reason why Saphira kept all the connections from the get go. She wanted to ensure that they are fine, just like how she had helped Stormie moments ago.

Willow smiled, "Well, just as how much we worry about her on overworking herself, she worries for us as well. Isn't that the same for everyone else?"

Stormie smiled as well, "Indeed. Come on, it is time to clean everything up before Ardel decides to appear."
