After roughly an hour or so, Timothy began to head back to the cave. Since there were not many demon beasts compared to what he originally thought, Timothy was already able in a short amount of time to plan out which ones to attack slowly over time in order to eventually eliminate all of them before one of the level two demon beasts would get involved on some level whether through a warning, or personally acting against them.
Once he returned, Timothy could not help but notice that Jacob had finished his work on tidying up their temporary home. For someone who only helped with farm work for his clan while cultivating in his spare time, it looked like Jacob really could thrive as a carpenter of some sort for smaller types of projects. "So how do you like it?" he asked Timothy. Jacob wanted to lay down on his new bed and it looked like the last thing he wanted to do, was to get up.
"Jacob, if I ever buy a home one day, I want you to be the one to build the furniture." Timothy teased halfheartedly. "As for the headquarters of the Golden Finger Merchant Group, I still want to leave such matters to the best professionals."
Sitting down on his bed, Timothy began to give Jacob all of the details of his scouting run up the mountain. Hearing that there were two level two demon beasts in the area did make Jacob feel uneasy, but they had ordinary bloodlines, so at the very least it would take quite a bit to cause them to act against the two brothers.
"Why not just go out and start right away?" Jacob asked Timothy as he stood up and out of his bed. "The only reason I was laying down is because I felt bored after making all of this stuff."
"How about you just go and take a look yourself, the view is actually pretty great even though there are no trees in sight and only rocky looking hills separating each demon beast's living areas." Timothy suggested as he laid down because the bed he was now using, was somehow even more comfortable compared to the one back at the Holy Sword Institute in Mist City.
"Fine, but if I see an opportunity to kill a demon beast that is close by, do not blame me for taking that opportunity without you!" Jacob said with a sour look on his face. Between the two of them, Timothy was supposed to be the more serious one. However, he was now acting very carefree which was also part of Jacob's personal charm.
Now that Jacob had finally left, Timothy decided to take a nap. After spending all night cultivating and cloning items, he felt rather sluggish even though energy and strength wise, he was fully charged. As he closed his eyes, he felt a strange force tampering with his soul. However, this was not enough for him to awake, now that he was fading.
After trying to utilize his soul to overtake what had been trying to pull it away, Timothy after several minutes of struggling had finally given in as his soul was taken from his body and appeared above of it as the cave shifted into a different scene. Timothy was now looking down in a massive and dark hall. He saw two lightly lit candles on an altar with a familiar looking figure.
It was his master sitting on a strange looking mat underneath him. There were at least three hundred very strong looking experts in the hall with him with their legs crossed as they listened to his teachings. Timothy was unsure what was happening, but suddenly another expert that had three eyes on their head barged inside the hall in a hurry. "Master, they have come like they mentioned and their intentions are to kill us all until there is no one left!"
Opening his eyes and pausing his words, Master Sei looked towards the figure before a smile appeared on his face. "For them to openly declare war where only one side is able to survive, means that they must have realized the treasure I now have in my possession as well as the fact that I have learned its uses. Let them come, if they wish to die, who are we not to make that wish come true?" he said as he remained sitting.
"But Master, it is not just them, they actually came to an agreement with that High God expert with the ancient Black Dragon Physique. If he is included in the mix, I am afraid that even we are unable to assume that we could get out without any losses. Please punish me as you may for speaking up, but master I think we should try to reason and negotiate with them for the sake of your Empire!" the servant told Master Sei as he kowtowed.
"You have been serving me since the moment I began my conquest of building up this Empire, yet, you still believe that I must not be capable of handling such matters? I am disappointed in you little one. You are hereby excommunicated, and if you even take a step on one of the many worlds within my Empire, the rulers are to kill you with no mercy." Master Sei replied with a saddened look on his face as if he was throwing his own child into the wild with nothing but the clothes on its back.
"As for the rest of you, it is time for us to head over to the front lines. You will all have one hour to gather your forces, for today we will be fighting for our own survival and need every last cultivator that we could muster up!" Master Sei gave his orders to the roughly three hundred cultivators who were still sitting silently almost as if they were awaiting their orders.
Suddenly each cultivator present opened their eyes, and as they did, a large and indescribable force began radiating out of each one of them. Timothy felt like if just a single cultivator out of this force were to arrive in his world, that they would have enough strength to possibly even destroy it! Not just that, but all of these figures looked to not all be human, similar to the three eyed servant.
