Assault on the Goblin Village VI

In the dead of night, a figure was dashing around through the dark. Its quiet, fast movements would send a shiver down the spines of any who faced it.

'That should be all of the ones outside. Roy said there are probably some inside too, but if we destroy all of these the chain reaction should take them out...' Making her way back to the meeting spot, Solus deactivated her body enhancement.

*Huff*

'Still takes a lot out of me. I didn't use it long though, so I should be fine by the time the battle starts.'

As Solus approached them, she gave a thumbs up. "I manage-ed to find all the ones outside. Two on each side." Giving her report, Solus sat down to rest for a bit, as Roy walked towards the side of the building to get a good view of the village hall.

Fifteen minutes later, the group were surrounding the village hall. Roy in the back, while Solus and Terren were standing on the left and right side. It wouldn't take much effort for any of them to tear down the support beams of a building in disrepair with their current strengths.

Roy, being the slowest of the group chose the back of the building, making it easier for Solus and Terren to charge at the two front support pillars right after taking care of the side ones.

Making sure to time their attacks correctly, the group charged in unison.

*BOOM*

Roy obliterated the first support beam, chunks of wood spewing everywhere.

Roy ignored it all though, charging straight for the second pillar. As he arrived, Roy used his momentum to slam right into the pillar!

*BOOM*

The second pillar snapped like a twig, as Roy's momentum was barely halted. His body continued forward directly into the building.

'Shit! Too much power!' Roy was shocked, as he attempted to cut his momentum, he began rolling. As he finally came to a stop, Roy was now standing on the outer rim of goblins, who were now on high alert, staring at the intruder that dared to attack them.

"Ah... Hi?" Roy said in Gobish, as he slowly backed up, then began running for dear life.

"Attack!" one of the tier one goblins screamed, as they attempted to chase after Roy.

"Fuck, I didn't want to waste mana on the god damn minions!" Roy screamed out, as he pulled his two spears out of his backpack.

Pointing both spears forward, Roy activated [Enhanced Drill Shot]. Immediately after, the two spear tips shot forward and an incredible momentum. They immediately tore through the tier zero goblins, causing some of their bodies to explode in a gory mess.

The survivors, seeing what just happened, immediately cut their momentum and stared at the intruder with fear and hatred.

"Buhihi! Just stay right there and die, dumbasses!" Roy cursed the goblins out in English, as he finally made it out of the village hall safely.

Most of the goblins stayed in there, but a few did come out with him. These stragglers were quickly taken care of, as Roy pulled back to a safe distance, waiting for the collapse.

'Any second now...' Watching the building with anticipation, Roy began to worry. As he was wondering if they needed to take out the inner support pillars though, the wanted effect finally came.

Horrible creaking sounds erupted from the walls and ceiling of the old building. The goblins inside began panicking and attempted to run out, but unfortunately for them it was far too late. Only the last couple tier one goblins managed to escape in time with body enhancement.

*CREEAAAAK*

*BOOOOOM*

A huge gust of wind was thrown out as the building collapsed, crushing the screaming, horrified goblins underneath its weight.

Soon after, a long list of notifications dinged in Roy's head.

"BUHIHIHI! TAKE THAT!" Roy exclaimed, pumping his fists in the air.

Roy's cheers were cut short, as a black mist began to pour out of a section of the collapsed building, followed by a small explosion.

*BOOM*

Standing in the middle of the clearing dust cloud, a single, red faced goblin stood. The first thing it locked eyes with was Roy, as he began to menacingly walk towards him after a moment's pause.

'Seems like the boss is finally here...' Roy slowly regenerated the spear tips, as he looked towards the approaching menace.

As he was trying to wallow in his own self pity, Tiklan has been constantly bothered tonight. First, he was woken up for a meaningless order, then he was forced to go on a patrol to look for intruders, finally he was attacked by the very intruders his shitty subordinates missed!

'I am truly, and utterly pissed off right now.' Tiklan thought, as he lay there under a layer of debris.

Tiklan activated his body enhancement, as well and a simple shaman ability. He coated himself in his black mana, before forcing it outwards to clear the debris around him.

Slowly standing up, Tiklan took a look around and spotted an intruder. The creature seemed to be an orc, covered in a unique looking armor, with a fist sized pill bug on its shoulder.

"What the hell..?" Tiklan stared at it, confused for a moment, before his original anger replaced the confusion.

"I'm going to make that freak suffer for waking me up..." Tiklan slowly began walking forward, as he was choosing the best shaman ability to make it suffer.

Unfortunately, as he was just about to choose, the small orc charged forward. "Hah... A simpleton tier one orc wishes to challenge me? No... you must be offering yourself to me as apology for waking me!" Tiklan began casting his pain curse ability. A wicked smile formed on his face, as he shot a dark cloud towards the approaching orc.

*Fwoosh!*

"WHAT?!"

Suddenly though, as the cloud was nearly on top of the orc, it suddenly launched to the side. The soles of its boots flying in the opposite direction. As it attempted to stabilize itself, It looked back at Tiklan.

"HOW DARE YOU DODGE MY PUNISHMENT!" Tiklan screamed in pure rage as he shot a paralysis ability this time. It traveled much faster than the pain curse, so he was sure it would hit!

Sadly, as it was upon the freak, it suddenly shot to the side in the same way. Barely dodging his attack a second time, the small creature gave Tiklan a taunting smile.

It then spoke Gobish to Tiklan, releasing even more taunts. "Can't even hit a slow moving orc, not even half way through tier one. What a loser..." Hearing what the creature said, Tiklan was almost berserk at this point. The drunkenness Tiklan had suppressed with his body enhancement, now returning as he lost his fine control.

"I'll kyill yoouuuu!!!" Tiklan slurred as he charged straight at the small orc, black mist surrounding him.
