Familiar, yet not

They took off the black ski mask covering their face. Long strands of brunette locks fell below their shoulder. My eyes slowly traveled up to see, plump soft lips perfectly parted just enough to show the exhaustion. It was a girl. Around my age, probably older. Just as I was examining her, she was studying me. Her eyebrows were bushy but somehow sat perfectly on her symmetrical face.

She looked familiar for some reason. Now that the mask was off, her eyes reminded me of someone. An unknown memory from my childhood was unlocked. Her stare was very intense. She looked at me like an eagle eyeing her prey. In one fell swoop, she aimed her gun at me.

"Finally, we are alone. Finally, I can do what she wasn't able to do. You are the real problem. If you weren't alive, none of this dumb fuck shit would be happening right now." She harshly pushed me against the wall and kicked me in my abdomen. "You have created way too many problems. Do you not have a fucking brain, huh? I guess not." She swiftly covered the gap between us. Before I realized it, the gun was tracing my jaw. She moved even closer.

She whispered in my ears, " Don't worry. I will fix you." Her lips brushed mine, her tongue slithered out of her mouth and explored every single crack on my lip. Her mouth opened up to bite my lower lips. Our lips were about to come in contact when someone yanked her away from me. I looked up. Stella gripped the girl by her and pushed her on the floor.

" You fucking bitch! Why the fuck are you here?"

" I don't know, why do you think?"

" Just answer the goddamn question" Stella's hand harshly slapped the girl.

The girl let out a psychotic laugh. A thin line of blood was flowing out of her mouth, but that didn't seem to bother her.

" Damn, you still the same hothead. I guess old habits do die hard, huh?"
